We are rebuilding our house which was destroyed by the Woolsey fire. In 2021, we decided to have Pacific Metal Roofing build our standing seam metal roof. We had multiple delays (not related at all to the roof). Michael Sandford and his team were wonderful working through our delays. When we were finally able to work on the roof, they were totally responsive, and the roof work was done in a few weeks including gutters. It looks beautiful. Once the project finally started (Covid delayed) they were very efficient and they do impeccable work. Our house is complex with a lot of different roof lines. It was a challenge finding someone for our non-standard job. Michael and his company have the knowledge and the skillset we needed. The roof installed by his firm, Pacific Metal Roofing, is a large, curved roof made of Corten, which is a particular metal we had selected, and few had even heard of, let alone having experience working with.
