He got me scheduled quickly and was able to patch up the spots despite the rainy weather. This year when a skylight cracked, I reached out to Tyler again for a quote and also asked for a quote to replace the whole roof. He again provided a very competitive quote and I went with him since I knew he did great work and he just had great customer service. We had a small leak…read more However, during a recent wind event, a portion of the roof blew off, and we realized, finally, that it was time for a new roof. We opted to keep the same style - Spanish tile - but wanted all new tiles. Did a considerable amount of research and asking around, about which company to use. We received a few quotes, which were all similar. But Statewide Roofing stood out for the number of customer reviews received. And the reviews were all 5 stars. I know reviews can be shill/fake reviews, but these all seemed legit. They have someone answering the phone. No voice mail. Once we were under deposit, Cody came to our home to tarp two vulnerable sections of our roof before a rain storm. Once they started working, they moved efficiently and quickly. One crew strips and cleans your roof. Followed by a carpentry crew who replace any bad wood. Then the roofers come and lay down a double layer of paper and then install the tiles. They work cleanly and they work hard. Lastly, they brought our roof up to code by adding attic vents and installing a bunch of vents that we need, but which our previous roof was missing. Statewide roofing earned this 5 star review!

In preparation for "el ninio" I knew I needed to take care of this problem. My house has had multiple room additions over the years, multiple sky lights and a chimney, there could of been numerous places where the water was actually coming from. I was also missing about 15 tiles that I thought would be impossible to find a matching replacement. Jensen came to my home and was quick to point out the problems. Turns out my chimney shute/flask whatever you call it, had been done incorrectly by the previous installer(roof is only 5 years old). He also told me he had some exact matching tiles, i was not expecting that. He also pointed out a few other potential problem areas that could use some maintenance. We scheduled for him to fix the problem areas and do an "all around" maintenance to the roof. Im no roofer, but i went up and checked out the work after he completed it. Everything looked great. Everything was clean and tidy. I love having a complete roof now that the missing tiles are replaced. The work he had to do with the chimney was really clean and I felt confident it will no longer puddle and leak. The true test was to see how it handled during the next rain. We have only had a few light rains and the roof has been great, not a single issue. I even went up into the addict to see if there were any leaks coming in. Not a drop of water. We had some pretty heavy rain here today, I am happy to say that everything is DRY. Thank you guys.
