My neighbor got serviced by this company. The company workers parked in front of my house and other neighbors houses. Trash that was thrown onto the street and left without clean up: 2XL work shirt packages Packaging to new tools used on site Coffee Cups Coffee Lids Empty water bottles and crushed receipts thrown onto my boulevard and lawn as they parked in front. Embarrassing to think they were proud enough of the job to put an advertisement sign out of how they like to spread their filth and do not clean up after themselves. I decided to renovate my Kitchen this summer. My wife and I found a stone slab we wanted at MSI in Maple Grove and then reached out to 4 installers. We decided to work with Pacific Granite because they could get the job done quicker than others and their price was very competitive. I worked on the phone with Cameron which was great since he always responded within minutes. The gentleman who did the measurements and the 3 installers who came 3 weeks after first reaching out to Cameron for a bid were all very professional and polite. I have no clue why there are so many negative reviews here on Yelp for Pacific Granite. I recommend working with Pacific Granit and advise you to give them a call to find out for yourself. read more

Buying counter tops from these guys was the worst mistake of my life .. the free sink I got with my countertop purchase wasn't installed properly, it had a slow leak, over time it became a big leak and it ruined my kitchen floor, cabinets and ruined my basement ceiling ... when I spoke with pacific granite staff and owners about what happened, they said it was my fault because I used to much water in the sink !! WTF ??? They were so generous and offered to redo my Calk .. No thanks ... maybe you should of done it right the first time.. now I'm making payments on a kitchen that has now been completely gutted and I have to start from scratch ... I'm thinking I'm not alone -- has this happened to anyone else ?? If so message me .. this was my house 3 days before Christmas !! Skip this place -- you'll thank me !! read more

We were doing a mini make over of our kitchen and our contractor recommended a granite company. When we spoke to the company they said they were about 8 weeks out and we could not wait that long. The company told us that if you find someone that can provide new counters for you right away, be leery. I WISH I HAD LISTENED TO HIM! We hired Pacific Granite, picked our quartz and a new metal square sink for $300. They asked if I wanted them to remove the old granite for $300 and I said no need to dispose of them as I had someone that wanted them. Day of the install the workers installed our new quartz. BUT, the workers said the owner cut the quartz for an oval sink and they had a square sink to install. Our counters were installed when they told us the bad news. We had a phone call with the sales person and he finally agreed to give us the sink for free if we would be okay with oval vs square. Again, we made a mistake on agreeing. Our final bill had a charge for $300 to remove old countertops even though I said no. They said the charge was for moving them 10 feet from where they had been installed. WHAT? Then the sales person said the owner did not measure correctly and we needed more quartz than quoted. We had many conversations with the sales person and went back and forth. It was pretty obvious that he had to make up the $300 for the sink he had to give us but the additional costs were just plain wrong. This is probably the worst customer service company I have ever worked with and I would tell you to not use them. There are plenty of good companies to work with and have good customer service. read more

We contracted Pacific Granite for our kitchen in fall of 2017. We had excellent service from the sales floor, even after changing our minds on product choice. The installers were on time, very capable, helpful and did a very nice job as this was a remodel and all the walls were not perfectly square. They did a nice color match on the seams. As this was a do-it-yourself project, we were very careful to make sure the cabinets were level before install. Thank goodness for shims! Lovely job, Cameron and staff. read more

I worked with Pacific Granite to replace a bathroom vanity top. The sales process went smoothly and the price was very good. I was also pleased that the measuring and delivery were scheduled promptly. However, the installers were very late--hours late--and nobody bothered to call me. I finally had to call and ask why they hadn't shown up yet. I was told their truck had broken down. Well, it happens, but then CALL the customers who are giving up their own work day to wait around for you. I was also not happy with the way they had cut the stone. I understand that natural stone has a lot of variation and that is part of its beauty. But it seemed to me they had been very careless in deciding which piece of the slab to cut. One quadrant of the piece is so weirdly different than the rest, bordered by a big yellow streak that makes it look like that whole portion broke off and was badly reconnected with yellow glue. Had they chosen a different cut it would have been a beautiful piece but instead it just looks strange and cobbled together. The installers left me with no care instructions and no clue how the 2nd half of the payment would be collected. The salesman never followed up with me either. I had to call them, days later, to inquire. I was not impressed and I have buyer's remorse that I ended up with a piece of stone that is 3/4 beautiful and 1/4 weird looking and butt-ugly. read more

This place sucks! The communication is terrible, they cut the wrong size granite for my kitchen island, then blamed me for it.

We had them install quartz countertops in our kitchen and they look beautiful. Everything happened on time and workers came exactly when they said they would. We had one small problem on a corner that wasn't cut at the right angle and the company had someone out he next day to fix it. We are very happy with the service we got. read more

Unbelievable how terrible their attitude is. Went in to see about granite for a bathroom and were told immediately that we were limited because they only sell whole slabs. Also, told us it would be a puck up order. Pick up order? For granite? No customer service at all. Go elsewhere immediately. read more

Just did my new bar area in Copenhagen that makes the top just pop. Cam was awesome to work with! I recommend this place for great work at discount prices. I was told that they have done over 10,000 jobs since 2005, so they sure are helpful with ideas on doing all of my jobs so far. Good work guys! read more

I contracted with Pacific Granite to install granite counter tops in my kitchen. The sales process was flawless, but there isn't much positive to say about the installation process. First, the installers showed up about 90 minutes late because they had to pick up materials on their way to my house. Okay, I've been late before. I can forgive that. Once they did show up, they moved pretty quickly to install the granite. But, once installed, they did nothing to clean up their mess. They left the wood plugs from drilling holes for my faucets lying in the bottom of my cabinet and sawdust all over the floor and cabinet. It just seems that they could equip their installers with a little hand vac to do a quick cleanup job. It would go a long way in leaving a positive impression with the customer. But instead, they quickly wiped down the counters and did not seal them as promised because according to the installer "it takes too long". But the worst was that they installed a piece of granite that had a long scratch in it that I noticed as soon as I started wiping down the counters to seal them. Unfortunately, the installers had already left. So I contacted Pacific Granite immediately and was told they'd have their guys back out the next day to replace the scratched piece. I was impressed with the response - wow! But that was November 30th. They still haven't been out. I've contacted them multiple times but they have not resolved this yet. The granite itself is lovely - well except for the piece that's scratched. Even with the scratched piece I would have given them a pretty good rating if they had just followed through with a resolution to my problem. But they didn't so I can't. Don't use them. read more

You will notice a common theme with this organization - the sales process is smooth, until the work is being done. Like other reviews, Pacific Granite did not cut the stone the way I requested. I called the day of the installation to explain it was not correct, they assured me they would fix this. That was back in October 2017, this still has not been fixed. I have backsplash pulling away from the wall, and incorrectly cut pieces. I visited the showroom with pictures, they agreed it was not correct and assured me they would make it right. Yet they won't call me back, nor reply to my emails on how to correct this. This is far too large of an investment to be treated with a lack of follow through. PLEASE, find another installer so your project is completed correctly. read more

I highly recommend Pacific Granite for any needs. Not only were they so incredibly friendly from the first call (Dana) to actually grinding and polishing our granite (Leo), but the work was flawless and inexpensive!!! Their cost was 1/5 of the cost I was quoted by another granite company. The chip on our granite isn't noticeable at all; we can't even find it anymore! The chipped granite edges around our sink and island (where kids hit it with the barstool backs) are completely smooth now, just like new. I am so incredibly impressed by them and their candor. Just rearranged my day to stop in their store in Maple Grove which opens at 9:00. I unloaded my door and tile samples in the freezing cold and went into the store at 9:15 - only to find out that they weren't open. Their door clearly stated they were open 9 - 5!! Frustrating. read more

We looked around at other Granite shops. Went with Pacific Granite we have been very pleased. They were on time and did a GREAT job.

First, granite installers were 4 hours late, said they had a "big" job to go to prior to us. Then the left a big mess and didnt clean up. They did not seal all the countertops with caulk and they countertops were not LEVEL. Call the owner Cameron to come back and fix it and that was a hassle. They didnt want to come back and when they did, they BROKE the kitchen cabinet and the new piece of granite off the counter. As of now, the the counter tops are not level because when they came back no one had a 4 foot level on them and the granite counter tops are still broken and i have a hole in my cabinet. good luck getting them to fix anything. Do not recommend them to anyone and complain to the BBB read more

Pacific's sales person was nice and informative and I believe it was the owner, Cameron, who got back to me very fast with all of my inquiries. I asked him to come out so that I could point out a special concern and he said that it would cost half down to have them come out to which I said o.k. I did not hear back so I contacted him and he said he needed the half down. I told him I had already written the check out and it was waiting for them. Then he was back to responding quickly. He initially said they had "plenty" of openings the 2nd week of Nov. Within days it turned into that they were booked until the last week of Nov. Our concern is that our stove slides in to a wall, but the stove doesn't push in flush to the wall, there is about a two inch gap. There is a stainless steel "lip" that runs along the sides and back of the stove and that sit on the counters, however, you can't just cut the granite without carefully measuring because there is something below the oven that sticks out further than the steel lip so it is a very precise measurement to have enough granite for the lip to sit on, but not too much that would push up against whatever is sticking out below. I measured the amount and gave it to the measurer and it was in my initial sketch. After the measurer left, our tiler pointed out that the existing counters had an inch of wood placed on top of them to give the counters extra height and the granite guys would need to consider that or we would lose a ton of height and #1 our counters would sit low, and #2the oven would tower over the counters. The measurer assured me that ovens have legs that adjust down to make them shorter and we would be fine. The owner on a separate occasion concurred that we would be fine. Fast forward to the day of installation. The owner told me it would take 2 hours tops to have the counters installed. They were scheduled at 1:00 so while I was at work, with my mom at the house to let them in, I looked at the clock at 3:00 excited that the project was done and I couldn't wait to get home to see the new counters. At about 3:15 I got a voicemail from Cameron that his guys were at the house and no one was there to let them in. My mom was in fact there but had been there since 12:30 waiting for them with no call saying they were running late. So she had just walked the dog around the block and came back and let them in. When I got home at 5:45 they were still working so I took my kids and left because of the strong smell of epoxy and all of the dust. I believe the guys finished up at about 9:00 but guess what, the lip behind the stove was about 4 inches and made our stove jut far out past the counters and into open kitchen floor. A little frustrating since I specifically gave the correct measurement and they cut it bigger than it should've been and all of this was happening at 9:00 at night after thinking the work would be done at 3:00. The guys that did the install were nice and they worked hard and very late. I don't believe it was their fault - the granite was measured and cut by someone else, they were just installing, but we insisted that they fix it. I don't know if it is protocol to do the cuts right there in your kitchen where the counter is installed but they did the rough cut, and at least the stove lip covers it. By the next day the epoxy color turned dark yellow. (Counters are ivory/gray granite with red specks) The small strip behind the stove I thought would be one whole piece connected with both counters on either side. It was just one small strip glued to the two side pieces and the epoxy cracked and it looked like it was not even glued, just a gap. The two pieces on each side of the stove ran in two different directions. Fourth we had 3 counters, 4 seams. That's a lot of seams. The counters as we feared, were lower and the stove sat above the counters with a gap between the stove and counter. The guys pulled it out took the legs all the way off, and there was still a gap. The counters were not level. Last the dishwasher was secured too tight into the space to where it sat very slanted. We called Cameron the next day and he asked to see pictures. He offered only to pull up one piece and re-level (in reality you have to do all of them) and re-epoxy the seams that cracked (but not the yellow seams) So we would have to pay to have the tile ripped up to provide height for stove, an appliance guy to level the dishwasher, and we would live with granite in diff. directions. Pacific would not cover any of that cost, and no apology. Money was not an object to us we just wish there had been more proactive communication initially. We would've been fine to spend more money or make other decisions. We told Cameron we would stop the check until we worked things out, but he cashed it anyway before we agreed on anything. Wow! I bought granite kitchen countertops from Pacific Granite, and they were a joy to work with. Dayna and Steve (in the retail sales area) were very helpful in the process -- from telling me what to expect, giving me tips (especially suggesting to do a tape-out in order to specify which sections of granite, exactly, I wanted for the different parts of the counter), and explaining the process (timing and action). They made it really easy and a lot less overwhelming. Steve did the tape-out with me at the granite warehouse, and the finished pieces were exactly what he taped out for me. Measurement -- Leo was awesome! He arrived on time, and had some tips to share that enhanced the look and utility of my kitchen. I ordered a sink from a retailer to be installed with the granite, and Steve ensured that it arrived and was delivered to the installers on time. The day before install day, Dayna called to make sure I was up to speed with what I needed to do for the install to be successful. The installers arrived within the window that I was told to expect them, and they were quick, thorough, and professional. It was a joy to watch them work -- artisans. After they left, I noticed that there were a couple of small rough spots and a defect at one of the seams, so I emailed Dayna with photos, and she promptly scheduled Leo to come and fix them. They were a couple of weeks out, but that was totally fine. Leo just left after completing the minor finishing touches/repairs, and again, I was so impressed by how thorough and competent he was. I would DEFINITELY order from them again, and recommend them very highly. read more

Bottom line first, find someones else. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. A fine man named Steve called my wife and myself dumb and kept saying DUH. Is that what you want to deal with. We cancelled our order after being told we could only pick granite from their back room. Steve said, "what do you think? You think you get to pick granite and we install what you want?" Yeah that's what I thought. We had 70 sq. ft. to install which takes one slab and a third. We were then told there was an up charge for the 1/3 slab of 400 dollars because it was under 40 sq. ft. Needless to say we went to 6 other fabricators each of whom let us pick our slabs with no up charge. We actually picked our two exact slabs and since we got such a good deal at TC Granite we went ahead and ordered our bathrooms. Night and day between every other place we went. Heed the warnings and save yourself time and aggravation and go elsewhere. Two thumbs way down. YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
