He removed old knob and tube wires (safely) like they were cobwebs, installed a new ceiling fixture, replaced an outlet, added an exterior outlet, and showed me how safe the telephone wires are. He kept asking, "and what next...and what next". Eventually he refused a task because he wouldn't add a new outlet onto an existing knob and tube circuit. I appreciated that safety decision. He replied within 30 minute of my original query, explained his pricing, and sent Josh out the next morning. This one was a tricky one, since the wiring in my house isn't exactly standard. Things are wired together in writers and unexpected ways. It took two visits and a second ejecting to find the problem, but we found it and got everything fixed. Along the way, Josh also pointed out a couple of other things that were not right and that I should deal with.
