I told him we didn't want them anymore and we would like at least a partial refund. He agreed to a refund of $125, but the refund didn't come. I called again and he said they had a miscommunication. Now it would be sent. Still no refund ... We found a new person, a handyman - he said it was challenging, but he found the broken connection and he only charged us $250. Mirsky? Never again ...
