We've recommended them to countless friends and relatives over the years whenever homeowners in Seattle inevitably need help dealing with drainage issues. We've sung their praises to people on forums seeking help finding the best company to help them deal with drainage and repair jobs. Never again. Even if we set aside the fact that our last annual service appointment took almost 9 months (with four reschedules and three no-shows) to actually happen, this company is no longer even able to bill correctly for work that has been completed. We've now gotten three invoices in a row that are not only the incorrect amount, but they're for a bill that we paid in full back in February. They're not even system glitches for an old bill in the system: someone literally created a brand new invoice for the wrong amount and for services that we've already paid for, and they did it after we paid in full. No one ever answers the phone. No one calls back. We just keep getting texts with this wrong invoice over and over. The last response we had about this was in an email on April 1st, and all it said was that Ryan (the owner) had recently fired the back-end staff person who'd screwed up all the scheduling for 2024 and that he'd asked another person to handle the invoices. No apology, no attempt to resolve, and (most importantly) no follow up since then from anyone at PermaDry to actually fix the incorrect invoice that we keep receiving. We've stuck with the absolutely terrible customer service for over a year now because we didn't want to invalidate the warranty we have for the work they've done for us, and we've tried to have patience since they've done great work in the past. At this point, though, it's probably going to be better in the long run for us to just let that go and move on to picking someone else for future household needs. Do yourself a favor and choose another company.

My husband and I have been working with them since 2020. Our first project was our 480 sq ft casita in our new home. The casita had not been touched since the house was built in the late 80's and it was very outdated. The first two estimates I receives were in the high 40's and 50's to remodel the 480 sq ft. CCD's estimate was in the low 30's and they stayed in budget and only went over schedule a few days which was not their fault. Every tradesman we have to go into the casita has postive comments on the workmanship. Tom and his team created a beautiful space that we could have my mother use while she is here in WA helping take care of our daughter. For example, after having some molding installed we realized it wasn't the look we wanted. While some contractors might have been frustrated, instead Considerate promptly replaced it with one more to our taste, free of charge! The owner assured me that their motto is to not leave a job until the customer gives the go ahead, and in my case they clearly lived up to that work ethic. Two of his techs came over and both were very polite and professional. They checked out both my sump pumps and both were doing well however, one only needed a battery in the alarm. This company has integrity and is legitimate. I will be using them in the future to replace any sump pumps issues and I found out they also clean the drains for my perimeter floor drain system in my basement. I had a leak under one of the eaves of my home. The water would drip out between the (now warped)…read moresoffits. Luckily, it was not coming into the home or walls. I contacted 4 roofers and had mixed success in getting either an estimate or even someone to come out and look. I guess everyone is busy these days... Two of the roofers who came out didn't seem very confident as to what might be causing the leak. Both of them said they didn't repair/replace soffits. That was a non-starter for me. When Premium Solutions Exteriors came out to evaluate the situation, their representative (Rafael) immediately diagnosed the problem and also said he'd replace the 3 soffit boards that were now water stained and warped. I hired them because of how knowledgeable and confident Rafael was. He told me which date he'd be out and said I didn't even need to be home. They showed up as scheduled, did the work on the roof (which entailed replacing about 50 shingles on the roof as well as the starter shingles at the edge). They came back a few days later and replaced the damaged soffits and facia board. Clean up was impeccable. Today was one of the hardest rains we've had in a long time. Actually it's been raining for a week it seems! Not a drip! I highly recommend Rafael and Premium Solutions. They were fantastic to work with, did quality work, and were super-prompt and responsive.
