During inspection of the attic it was identified that we might have a leak issue at the roof line. I called five different Stucco companies that were referred to me for a repair and none of them were licensed. I found Joe who is licensed and he saved us! We were up against the clock in order to close. I was not a repeat Customer. This was the first time I ever dealt with him so he owed me nothing yet he treated me like we were the most important people. He did our repairs over a weekend to be ready for reinspection. His communication was on point and he could have really gouged me price wise but didn't. His number is now forever in my contacts, if you need stucco work at your home this is the guy to call!!

During the huge rains we had in Oceanside we developed a leak in our second floor bathroom in the area below a window. Various companies I called were not interested in trying to figure out the source of the problem and just blamed the windows. When I called Joseph however it was a different story. He is extremely detail oriented and took the time to investigate the potential causes. He determined it was from cracked stucco near the window, but not the window itself. Which made perfect sense with the location and behavior of the leak. He meticulously started opening up the stucco to see the extent of the damage. He found the paper under the stucco had deteriorated pretty severely on that wall due to the extreme sun exposure over the years. He continued to open it up until he was comfortable that he had exposed all the issues. After replacing all the damaged areas, stuccoing the entire wall and repainting, you couldn't even tell the whole side had been opened up. He even took the time to examine all the windows above the area of the leak for any damage, and thoroughly cleaned them and even resealed them. We also had Joseph remove a statue from an alcove and re stucco the area. And again, his work was impeccable. Paint matching was perfect. He took pictures of everything as he worked, he explained all of the things he was doing and why he was doing them. His pricing was very fair and communication was very good. On a personal note, he was a pleasure to work with. I appreciate his attention to detail, and his quality work. But he was also just a kind and friendly person to talk with. He would even offer to pick up food or supplies for us if we needed anything when he was on his way or getting supplies. I highly recommend Joseph in all regards.

Five Stars for Vejars Design & Build!…read more Vejars Design & Build completely exceeded my expectations. I was prepared for a long, stressful process, but Vejars proved me wrong in the best way. They had us back home in less than four weeks, which is incredible given the extent of the damage. 5 stars is not enough! If you are looking for a contractor, stop searching, BEACH CITY is your…read moreteam. Hands down the best contractor we have ever worked with. Our family had the fortunate opportunity to work with Beach City on both our remodels over the last 8 months and they were beyond our expectations, they were the BEST. We purchased our home in August of 2020, in the middle of a Global Pandemic. We were introduced to Beach City and first met with Chris Lord (the man). He met us at the property, and we knew from the first meeting they were the team we were going with. His interaction with our family was truly amazing. He was kind to our children (he would bring snacks for our kids every time he came over) and extremely profession, responsive, caring and authentic with my wife and I. We had a tight timeline to do a total remodel and they took on the challenge. As soon as we closed, they got to work, and despite all the chaos with COIVD (backorders, product delays, etc) they stayed on timeline and budget. As the project got underway, we got the opportunity to work with Chris Cast as the project manager. CHIRS IS THE BEST, one of the nicest, most honest, hardworking, people you will meet. Everything he said would happen, happened, and if something went wrong, he told us and made it right. Cast too was amazing with our family, even down to the dog! The first project concluded in late 2020, November. And my wife and I decided to tackle the 2nd phase in early 2021. Of course, we went with Beach City! This time around we got the opportunity to work with Dave on the planning, Dave was amazing as well. The go around was the master bath, windows, guest bath and decorative beams. The end product was nothing short of EPIC. I seriously cannot fully express how awesome everyone was. Unfortunately, the contractors community has a bad rap, all too often you hear how someone got screwed over or overcharged, the list goes on. Well not here, not with Beach City. They are the best, true professionals, and all-around good people. You have a client for life here! Thank you! Save yourself the headache and stop looking, call Beach City TODAY!
