Although necessary we had a contract, our project was based on trust and respect. His initial quote was a bit higher than my other quotes, but he committed to staying on budget and came through 100%, no hidden costs and actually added a few essential items during the remodel at minimal cost. His main on-site PM, Obed was innovative, gave constructive feedback, and easy to work with. Our project was slated for 4 months. Came in at about 4 1/2 with some materials delays not due to Pat's crew. Lastly, if you contact Patrick, feel free to ask for my reference, would be happy to show his work.

His price may not be the lowest bid, but his work is impeccable and he comes in on budget unlike other contractors that come in low to start but then significantly overrun the project. His architecture background was key in both of our projects. We were able to utilize his expertise and spare the expense of hiring a separate architect. We can't say enough good things about Pat and his team.

We scrambled to find a reliable and reasonable contractor and found Steve on Yelp and it helped that he was local. He came by to take a look and he spent more time examining our floors than the other contractors who came by to give us quotes. He was detailed and was trying to figure out the best and most cost efficient way to fix the subfloor. On the first day of work, he was on time. And was very respectful of our property - he even brought his indoor shoes! He definitely takes pride in his work and will rather do it right rather than quick and cheap. The subfloor turned out solid and high quality. Even the inspector that came out from Home Depot was impressed. We are happy clients and will definitely work with Steve again for future home remodeling projects!
