The Fish 'n Chips with a side of coleslaw is hot, delicious, & very reasonably priced. Relatives from San Diego visited San Francisco a few months ago, I treated them to a meal at Pacific Catch, & my brother & his wife appreciated that the food arrived quickly & waitress was helpful. It's good to have a go-to eatery to count on. read more

We're accustomed to paying high prices for food in San Francisco, where portions are usually fair and the flavors are great. However, $40 for a bowl of quinoa, greens, a tiny portion of fish, and a side of fries is ridiculous even here! Perhaps it would have been worth it if the food had been tasty, but it wasn't. For the type of food, service, and experience it's better to drive to Daly City and have a flavorful, more fish-balanced, and fulfilling meal for less at California Fish Grill. read more

Welcoming restaurant with great service, its decor giving beachy vibes in light pine with punches of turquoise and citrus. Got a bit of a hard sell on half priced bottles of wine on Tuesdays. After the third mention, well okay: I will have a small glass and take it home. The Scarpetta Pinot Grigio is actually very nice, recommend. I was sad finishing my battered cod because it was delicious. The fish & chips came out of the kitchen ***nuclear hot which I appreciate. The fish & chips are available in two or three pieces of fish. Pacific Catch is on Chestnut but just off the main drag so it wasn't busy and it seems they deserve to be. They should advertise. read more

Stopped by Pacific Catch on a Saturday for Lunch and it wasn't too busy. We sat outside and the vibes are immaculate in the summer. The service was a bit slow but I believe they were heavily understaffed and still were very kind. We got their guacamole, shrimp ceviche and cod tacos. The tacos were awesome (don't try to be healthy and get the side salad, it's mid). The guacamole was also quite amazing. However the ceviche I would skip on next time. I would also recommend the Mexican corn side! Overall, come here for a casual no stress lunch and you will be satisfied. read more

Pacific Catch in the Marina reminds me a bit of SoCal or Hawaii spots, except it's more of a sit-down restaurant with higher prices. Overall, it's a solid casual dining option for seafood. We ordered the tacos, fish & chips, California rolls, and the Barramundi Sea Bass. The portion sizes were very generous--so much so that a couple of people in our group couldn't even finish their dishes. The Sea Bass was good, though it could have used a bit more seasoning and flavor punch. The spicy California rolls were the least favorite option at the table; my daughter barely even touched them. The ambiance is great, giving off a solid, beachy, SoCal/Hawaii vibes. It's a nicely decorated space with good indoor and outdoor seating options. To top it off, the staff was friendly, kind, and courteous, and our food came out quickly. It's a dependable, relaxed spot for a seafood meal in the neighborhood! read more

The space is beautifully decorated with lush greenery, and I especially loved the thoughtful touch of a real Thai Constellation Monstera at the hostess desk. It added a fresh, vibrant feel right when you walk in. I ordered the ahi duo bowl It featured two different preparations of ahi: one with a savory Asian soy flavor and the other with a creamy sriracha mayo. The combination was delicious and gave a nice balance of flavors. The bowl was built on a half salad, half white rice base, and came with generous portions of edamame, a crisp Asian cucumber salad, and seaweed salad. My son went with the kid's fish and chips, which was just as impressive. The fish was lightly breaded and perfectly cooked, not greasy at all. It came with a scoop of vanilla gelato for dessert, which was a sweet highlight. You could actually see the vanilla bean seeds in every bite, and the flavor was rich and authentic. read more

First time trying this location. The foods didn't taste as fresh as the other locations I've tried. Their sea bass skewers was the best in my opinion from everything we ordered. The grilled salmon was too fishy and it needed more flavor for me. We came at a not so busy time. Parking is hard in this location. read more

I came here because of the Yelp reviews! I wanted to pick a place near Golden Gate Park where I could have something, fresh, light and healthy! The food did not disappoint whatsoever -- I picked the wild salmon salad & the salmon was one of the best I've ever had! I had to also get the edamame - which I also enjoy as a snack while walking around the Japanese garden nearby. My mom got the side salad (she had indulged too much in the hotel breakfast buffet, but still wanted to pick something from this restaurant). The service was quick, our Server was really nice and helped us pick out our food, and the restaurant was clean with plenty of seating. I would definitely come here again! read more

Was here for a big family gathering a few weeks ago. Unlike in Sunnyvale this time we got some of the signature dishes. They were all excellent and everyone had a good time. This is really one of those places that's kind of good for everything and also good value. Little wonder that our relatives keep coming back and keep organizing gatherings here. read more

Visited Pacific Catch in the Marina and had a great experience. We ordered the firecracker salmon roll, ahi tuna poke bowl, fish and chips, and edamame for the table--everything was so good and tasted super fresh. Each dish was really enjoyable and well-prepared. The restaurant was pretty empty when we went, which made for a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Our waitress was super sweet and friendly, which made the visit even better. We love Pac Catch! I've ordered it a handful of times to my desk for dinner and each time it's so good. Go to is the 3 taco platter. All 3 (steak, cod, and shrimp) are good, but my favorite is shrimp. Vibes and service are usually great! read more

I was looking for a poke bowl in the marina. The fancy sushi places on Chestnut street weren't open at the time so I tried out Pacific catch. The bowl was great sized with plenty of tuna and it tasted very good. You could certainly spend more to get a little more delicacy, but if you're looking for straight down the middle of the fairway Poké bowl Pacific catch works. read more

The Japanese Wasabi Bowl (ahi poke) is fabulous! So fresh and filling. As are the Sticky Ribs (Korean style). Both have Incredible flavor. This location also has fast and friendly service each time I've picked up my takeout orders from their convenient pickup window in front. read more

Perfect poke Happy Hour! Ordered a few things to share with my bf and overall, really enjoyed lunch here! The ambiance is chill and the outdoor seating was nice on a Sunday afternoon. - Poke-guac: my fave thing on the menu tbh! The ahi tuna that comes ontop of the guac is divine and so fresh. No notes. - Serrano poke: when I see serrano pepper on the menu, I expect it to be SPICY! I love and live for spicy food and this was not that. It was mid. Wouldn't order again. - Cripsy fish tacos: delish! Comes with tarter sauce and tasted like a fish&chip taco! - Crispy shrimp tacos: also good, but I thought the fish was better. It got soggy fast and the tortilla fell apart! All in all, decent lunch for $50! Would come back for the normal ahi tuna with a side of serrano peppers to spice it up! Lol read more

Stopped here randomly after seeing they had fish and chips on the menu. We were nicely greeted and told we could grab a seat wherever on their ourdoor seating area. The seating area is on a lively street with lots of foot traffic and people walking their dogs. Fun people watching spot. These fish and chips were some of the best i have had. They tasted fresh and loved that they had the malt vinegar to go with them. Even the slaw that was served with them was a refreshing side. Tartar tasted homemade as well. Overall, my experience here was great, and now i know where to get some good fish and chips in the area. I will definitely be back and try to check out their happy hour. read more

Enjoyed our meal. Served quickly. Satisfied with our choice. No waiting. Don't have anymore to say.

I ordered a lobster roll via DoorDash from this location. Usually I enjoy Pacific Catch but the lobster roll had essentially no lobster - 4 tiny pieces. Really disappointing. I don't plan on ordering from here again. read more

Pacific Catch is a solid seafood chain restaurant. It has several locations around the Bay Area. It's a solid choice as they have super fresh fish, sizeable portions and a vast menu with something for everyone. I went the other day with my dad and my aunt. My dad ordered the Double Rainbow Sushi Bowl (sashimi slices (2 ea) of kanpachi yellowtail, salmon and sesame-seared ahi, crab salad, yuzu tobiko, avocado, wakame, marinated cucumber, pickled ginger, daikon, soy-wasabi vinaigrette, 1/2 mixed organic greens, 1/2 sushi rice), my aunt got the WestCoast Salmon Bowl and I ordered the calamari (not pictured) and the Firecracker Salmon Roll (tempura salmon, avocado, daikon, cucumber, sprouts, crispy shallots, sriracha aioli, sesame seeds). Everything was fresh, came quickly and was so tasty. The ambiance was nice, we ate on the patio. Servers were patient, kind and attentive. Will keep coming back for sure. This is a great date spot and also a great place to dine with a group or have a celebration. It's clean, well designed and modern. I also love ordering their Japanese Wasabi Ahi Poke and always order extra wonton chips cause there never seem to be enough. read more

My first time at a Pacific Catch, even though I'm from SoCal and we have these everywhere down there. I think it's a pretty solid offering for a healthy/veggie based seafood bowl! I'd ordered the tuna bowl myself, and the portion's crazy. I could easily turn this into 3 meals. It came with a lot of rice and greens, and was pretty generous with the toppings and protein as well. I'd ordered online for pickup; when I placed my order on their website, it said that I'd receive a text when my order was ready to be picked up, which the estimate said would be like 10-15min, but I ended up waiting closer to 30-40 minute and didn't receive a follow up text, so I just went in, and my order was already prepared and bagged. The person handing me my order was friendly and had a smile! Only thing I'd have to note to myself for next time is, the rice vinegar used in the sushi rice was a bit much, overpowering & the generous portion of ginger made my nose a bit spicy; will have to omit it in the order notes next time! read more

This place is top notch, one of my favorites in the city and definitely the best on Chestnut! I love to order the poke trio (tuna, spicy tuna, shrimp ceviche) with extra wonton chips on their app. They have a fantastic rewards program you don't want to miss! Everything I've had has been good, including steak bowl with kimchi fried rice, salmon taco, fried fish platter, sweet potato fries and calamari. There isn't much of an area to sit down at this location, so to go is your best bet. read more

The chilean sea bass tacos and food overall was really good and reasonably. Good service and overall just very good

We were visiting and staying around the block from the restaurant. It was our only night in the city and wanted seafood. OMG YUM! The food was outstanding and our wait staff attentive! It looks like most of the food ordered on a Sunday evening was take out but our food came quickly after we ordered. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer and our main courses arrived soon after. I had the Barramundi Sea Bass with the Asian Herb Chimichurri. I chose rice and the Thai Brussels as my sides. The entire meal was amazing and abundant. I took half home and it was just as good the second night as it was the first. The only thing I would do different is double up on the brussels. They were SO GOOD! I would definitely return read more

I frequent the Pacific Catch in Corte Madera a lot (at least monthly)! We love their menu and food. Today I went to the PC on Chestnut and the waiter was not the best. I ordered California roll and sweet potato fries. Because of health issues, I usually ask to cut the sushi in 10 pieces, instead of 8. I've never been turned down. When I mentioned my request to the waiter, he didn't even bother to ask the chef but responded quickly, No, we can't do that. I won't go back to this location -- I think it's the waiter who was the problem. Needless to say, I was disappointed and couldn't eat the sushi. read more

I did not know this was a chain, but I got the 2 taco plate with one shrimp and one steak with chili lime fries. Everything was really tasty and fresh, with a decent portion for San Francisco. It took a long while for them to actually bring the food out (40 mins almost) but it was a nice outdoor seating so I didn't mind too much. I also did not ask about the tortillas, but it turned out to be corn, so if you prefer flour ones then you need to ask for it. Overall, a nice spot for some lunch/dinner. read more

Really enjoy this restaurant. The remodel (over a year ago) is really nice. Service is always good. Nice presentation. Plentiful. Hot and fresh food. I would skip the Clam Chowder. Not what you think Clam Chowder should be. Very runny. I had to clean my own clams and not enough clam taste. Coconut shrimp wonderful. Guacamole delish Tacos are great Fish and Chips o.k. I feel sorry for the wait staff at this location because the food is terrible! Miso soup does not resemble genuine miso soup in any manner. Mayonnaise is the main ingredient of every sauce. Flavorless, bland, boring fish. read more

Honestly this was a disappointment. The dine in experience: First of all, they got our orders wrong- we got one shrimp taco instead of a fish. We also asked for no ginger on the burger and they still added it. Thank goodness it wasn't an allergy. We told the server nicely, as an fyi.. and she didn't even apologize or even offer to correct the order. She just said, oh... and walked away. Then didn't come by our table until we asked for the check. As someone who worked in food service... pretty ill-trained, i'd say... Also, the food was all just mediocre. Nothing to rave about. The fish tacos were the best out of all three orders. But if you're in sf, just find somewhere with better seafood and nicer experience, honestly. read more
