I love Pacific Catch, but man do I hate this location-- only because of how crowded it is and parking sucks. Otherwise, the food is great! I like that they have a wide selection of food. It's great for a team lunch since it pretty has has something for everybody. My go-to dishes are the ceviche and poke appetizers. The fish tacos aren't bad, but I prefer their plates (salmon with misoyaki broccolini) or their sashimi bowl. Delicious! read more

My friend and I had a blast here! Everything went well from the service, ordering process, the ambience to the freshness of the food and fantastic drink and dessert! This Pacific Catch location is conveniently located in the Pruneyard, next to Marshall and on the Trader Joe's side of the plaza. Parking was reasonably available. We went there on a Monday night at 7pm and the place was pleasantly not crowded at all. We loved that we were greeted warmly and then seated promptly at one of the most beautiful places in the restaurant - in the heated patio and next to the cool blue-light "fireplace". But honestly everywhere in this restaurant is pretty! I love the vaulted ceiling with statement rattan lights hanging off it. Our server Zach was attentive yet gave us some space and time. He also gave us some suggestions on which drinks to order, which we appreciated. We went for Spicy Pacific and Mango Daiquiri for drinks! They're phenomenal ! For the main dishes, we opted for the Trio Sampler, which had original ahi tuna poke, Serrano ahi poke and Baja shrimp poke, and the West Coast style salmon. We dived into our food as soon as they came out. The dishes were aesthetically presented. All the ingredients tasted so fresh and healthy. We were surprised to find the brown quinoa rice (which came with the grilled salmon dish) were soft and flavorful. The salmon was delicious with the right amount of moisture and flavorings. The Trio Sampler also held a candle to the grilled salmon dish. We couldn't decide which poke we loved the best as we finished them all LOL Zach was smart to present the dessert menu to us in the middle of our meal so we knew to pace ourselves. After not much of the debate, my friend and I picked the Hula Brownie Sundae, which was another highlight of the night. The brownie was moist and had that night balance of bitterness of chocolate and sweetness from the cake. My fam had been going to Pacific Catch for years and have been at various locations. The restaurants are clean. The service is typically good. We have tried numerous items on the menu from the fries calamari, sushi rolls, fish and chips, sticky ribs, poki, and lobster roll just to name a few. I have to say we are disappointed how the quality of the lobster roll has declined. The size has gotten smaller with inflation of $32.50 and now the quality of the lobster declined. My husband took the kids to this location a month ago and mentioned to me the lobster meat was rubbery. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and tried it for myself and also disappointed. The lobster was over cooked. The fries were also overcooked and old. That was not the first time either. Find something else to eat when there. The fried fish and the tempura roll was spot on as usual, however we will no longer order the lobster roll. Also note they now automatically include a 3% surcharge on your bill. There is a TON of variety in the menu for food and drinks alike. Everything comes out fresh and jam packed with flavor in every morsel. Stopped in with my boyfriend and my mom and we all had an excellent experience. Drinks were strong yet flavorful and food was served piping hot. You can taste the freshness in every ingredient and we ate every bite! On a side note, it's really awesome that for a hustlin' and busslin' seafood place, it doesn't even smell fishy! (Major plus, in my book). I only have two small gripes with this place. One, is that when the bill came, there were a few mistakes in pricing on it--Always be sure to check your bill if you took part in happy hour pricing and check to see if you are double charged for anything! Secondly, my boyfriend was missing a part of his order for quite some time before we were able to flag down our server and retrieve it. On Sunday we had a family photoshoot with my sister and her twins after the photoshoot we decided to go to dinner. My kids requested ( as they always do) Pacific Catch. So our party of 8 ( 4 adults and 2 sets of twins! ) arrived and we were sat almost immediately which is impressive for a Sunday night! Our amazing waiter ( i forgot his name but ive seen him before and we were sat on the patio) brought us drinks and even got the boys blood orange lemonade which they loved. The boys always get the chicken teriyaki bowls which they devour. The sushi is to die for ! Love it. The drinks are fabulous i could drink the shark fin any day of the week. And if you join their rewards program you get options of what you want off your bill. It will come as no surprise that we will be back very soon. I LOVE the crispy cod fish taco on their happy hour menu ($6.50)- it's a decent sized portion with some chips on the size. I wouldn't mind if there was a bit more extra seasoning, but that's just me. Then I had some of her Crispy Calamari, now that was my cup of tea. We made a reservation because we were a party of ten on a Friday, and based on how busy it was I would say to make one before visiting on a weekend. Most of us ordered off the sushi bowl list on the menu and there were only raves. When we walked in, on a late Saturday night, we were immediately sat in the bar area. We didn't mind a booth with space. I ordered the Trio Ceviche/Poke mix and match. If you've ever seen Guys Grocery games the judges love to say "I would bathe in this sauce" THATS how I felt with these ceviches. Yes, they were that good. I picked the yellowtail ceviche and 2 Baja shrimp ceviche. The plate came with delicious chips and fried wontons. 10/10! My MIL ordered the Mixed Catch which she loved. You can never find a good fried fish that doesn't have thick batter but PC knows what they're doing. Everything was seasoned well and fried to perfection. My friend ordered the Mexican grill Bowl and let me tell you it looked amazing. Most restaurants when you order the food it does not look like what they had on the menu obviously bc of lighting etc but PC food looked like they pulled it straight from the menu. After an early morning round of golf, my friend and I decided to get some lunch at Pacific Catch. It was definitely a very hot day and I was able to find parking under a tree. The restaurant itself was quite modern looking and my friend said they seem to have recently renovated the interior. I arrived just before the lunch crowd and there was ample seating indoor as well as in the patio area. By the time I finished my meal, the restaurant was quite full. Service was prompt and professional and they brought out our waters very quickly. I decided to try out the Ahi Chirashi Bowl while my friend orders the Hawaiian Pork Belly and Korean Chicken from the Street Food Summer menu. All orders arrived within 10 minutes. I did enjoy the Chirashi bowl which was chock full of fresh ingredients and very tasty. My friend enjoyed the Pork Belly the most. The pricing is quite in line with getting a poke bowl from a poke restaurant considering the amount of fish in the bowl. The bowls were both good and portioned well but a bit sad on the poke side. Service was quick & kind but given the portions of the takeout I'm going to rate it lower than my usual :( I have been here in person, the ambiance and food portions were more reasonable. Steamed clams are back! I've been here 3 days in a row! I used to come everyday for the steamed clams! Go hang out with Lupe! Lupe is the best bartender in the game! I had only been to the Sunnyvale location before, which I was obsessed with. This one was clearly a bit older, and the interior looked like it could use a refresh. However, the indoor patio we were seated on had a nice ambiance - dim lighting, comfortable seating, water feature, etc. For drinks, I got the Mint & Lime "Nojito", which was tasty and refreshing. We also ordered a few shared plates for the table. Unfortunately, they were out of guacamole, so we chose the Original Ahi Poke, Coconut Shrimp, and Chips & Salsa. All three of these were great, and perfect to share as a group. For my entree, I chose the Sushi "Taco" Trio Mix & Match, which was awesome. The portion size was pretty small, but considering our other shared items, it was perfect for me. Out of the three tacos, the salmon was probably my favorite. We also shared an order of the Chile-Lime Fries. I couldn't get enough of these, and was obsessed with the dipping sauce they came with. My friends all loved their food as well, including the Korean BBQ Steak, Mixed Catch, Hawaiian Bowl, and Thai Brussels. It was a slow Memorial Day afternoon during happy hour, yet we had to wait for a LONG time for any waiters/waitresses to help us order for food and pay for our the food (there were only about 3 other tables at the time we were seated). We were seen by multiple waiters/waitresses (didn't introduce themselves), but they weren't even apologetic for having us wait. Service wasn't this slow in other locations; even in San Francisco locations on busy days they were on top of it, but not this location.
