We have had all of our carpeted areas cleaned 2x spanning 2.5 years apart before submitting this review. We have also had our L-shaped deep cushion sectional cleaned as well. Jason and his partner, Steve, do impeccable work. They are transparent in their pricing to add sq footage. Plus how they factor in moving aside moderate to heavy furniture in order to clean underneath coffee tables and beds, for example. It is worth it to not have mismatched carpet because you were nickel and diming the service. I echo all of the other positive accolades in putting our trust in this small business. They are truly passionate about getting your carpets cleaned. They can detect exactly what was spilled years ago before you could even retell the story. read more

Jason Team turned my extremely Filthy Linoleum Floor in a shining looking like the first day I installed 20 plus years ago. This floor had not been cleaned in over 4 years. This floor tile is in my Garage where I work on my classic and dailey Drivers. They stripped all the wax off and the floor down to he original surface. The job had to be done in 2 stages because Tool Boxes, Air Compressor, Work Benches, Freezer and Tools all had to be moved from one side of the Garage to other. I cannot thank Jason enough for all the extra work done to make the floor looking Fantastic. Bernie D. read more

The team did an amazing job with our carpet, rug and sofa. There were some tough stains and went above and beyond even repairing some areas of carpet that needed trimming due to pet damage. Definitely 5 out of 5 and will use again. read more

Found Pacific Carpet Care via a referral. The house has beige carpet and its probably 10-15 years. Lot's of problematic stains. We are so impressed with the work, the customer service and the care they took. Did a thorough vacuum, spot remover and then the cleaning. After that, they raked the carpet to make it look picture perfect. The carpets look brand new. All at a very fair cost. Thank you Jason and Steve!! read more

No show no call two times. When I called for a quote, got a pretty steep quote and then he said he would charges by square footage, which I feel is nickel and dime the customer so he said he would stop by to take a look and give an accurate quote. First appointment no show and no call and when I called he seems to have completely forgotten about the appointment. Made another appointment for the following day, no show and no call again. read more

Jason and Steve were fantastic! Great communication, they showed up on time, (a few minutes early even), and did a fantastic job. You can tell they really like to do a quality job and make sure they can get the carpet as cleaned as possible. I had stains that were 14 years old that they were able to remove. My stairs and massive coffee, and pet stains and my stairs have never looked better. I'm so impressed with their hard work and dedication. I've never had another carpet cleaning company work so hard. Thank you Steve and Jason for getting my carpet cleaned. I really appreciate all your hard work! read more

Jason (owner) did an AMAZING job on my carpets! He not only managed to get 3yrs of stains out of the carpets he also stitched my Berber carpet, where the dogs pulled, and repaired it. I cannot tell by looking at it now, where the repair was done. Very professional, easy to contact via text/phone and called when he was on his way over. Will for sure use again! read more

We had carpets and rugs cleaned today. They did a nice job with both and I will use them again.

This is a long overdue review for Pacific Carpet Care and mostly Jason who cleaned my carpets after a 3 year hiatus of no cleaning (since the pandemic started)! Needless to say, my 15 year old carpets were filthy, especially after quite a few accidents by our aging beagle. From the beginning, the service was stellar. After scheduling the cleaning, Jason was able accommodate my changing schedule when our out of town guests informed us they were possibly arriving early due to flight cancellations! This didn't end up happening, but Jason was able to move up the cleaning by a day to calm my stressed nerves! What I had read in all the reviews is completely true. Jason was able to remove stains that other companies had previously tried but were never able to accomplish. The carpets looked so clean and smelled so fresh! Sometimes things don't go off without a hitch and a day after the carpets were cleaned a few of the pet stains reappeared (which I have read can easily happen). I called Jason and he was extremely responsive, knowing exactly what to do to correct the situation. He came back the next morning to do a quick additional treatment (at no cost) which completely erased the stains and they have not reappeared since. It is very obvious that Jason is extremely knowledgeable in his trade and takes tremendous pride in his company. I am happy to support a small business that does such excellent work. It may sound strange, but I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning so I can have that new carpet feeling in my home again!! read more

I called to have my carpets cleaned and explained that one room had pet urine problem in the room. Spoke with Jason who informed me that they could take care of this for me. Jason and Steve came out on time and explain what they could do, they had a tool that could detect urine and after seeing the problem area we agreed to do the OSR with water claw, to get deep down into the carpet and pad to remove the urine. Their price was very reasonable. They did a fantastic job my carpets look brand new and smell great. I'm totally satisfied and will definitely be using them in there future. I highly recommend Pacific Carpet Care for your carpet needs. read more

My son's student apartment carpet was already dirty and stained when he joined a set of students that had been together for many years . After two years, my son took over the lease and was getting all new roommates. I decided it was time for a full carpet cleaning. Jason (the owner) is upfront that he can only give an estimate over the phone since he does charge by the exact size once he sees it (square footage, number of stairs and landings, size of sofa to be steam cleaned, etc.). After he came and did the sizing, he provided an exact quote before starting which I found reasonable. He uses a truck mounted system with very long hoses which is the way to get a deep cleaning. Jason and his helper spent about 3 hours cleaning the approximate 1,000 sq ft apartment and a sofa. They protected the wall corners with bumpers so that their hoses would not scrape them as the hoses were being pulled. They steamed cleaned areas as far as they could go including closets and under beds. They moved tables and furniture around to get to areas that were being covered. Afterwards, I saw that they had put stips of plastic sheets under the wooden parts of the furniture to protect them from the damp carpet. The sofa was fully cleaned including all sides of the cushions and a pull out section that turned it into a bed. They were able to remove the extra dirty stains that were all over the carpet which I thought would never come out. Afterwards, they raked the carpet to fluff it up. The carpets now look very clean and I am really happy with the result! read more

Jason never fails him and his helper came in to my dads house for the third time around and the carpet was awful brand-new carpet never been cleaned. But black through and through from the dogs and all the people to come over Took a look at the carpet and measured it and give me a price I said OK he got right to work. Him and his guy worked for an hour prepping the carpet and putting pre-treatment on it by the time he was done he hadn't even started cleaning the carpet yet and the carpet looked 10 shades cleaner At this point I knew they were earning their money :-) he finally got to clean the carpet and when he was done it looked like it was bran new again I posted some before and after pictures here I'm not sure how they're going to come out for Jasons a true Boy Scout he does not cut corners he cleans them thank you Jason read more

I've been meaning to leave a review for PCC for a while.. Jason has been wonderful in keeping my restaurant clean for a couple of years now. He's excellent at keeping to a schedule and reminding me of upcoming service. PCC has done a great job of working with some tough carpet issues including water damage and replacement and has always done a phenomenal job! I highly recommend Pacific carpet care/Jason for any carpet cleaning needs. He's very personable and easy to work with, and most importantly- does a great job! read more

I was thinking about replacing the carpet since I could not stand the spots in the living room traffic area. Decided to give carpet cleaning one more try before making the replacement decision. I was totally surprised AND PLEASED after Jason and his team cleaned the carpet. It's totally clean and all spots are gone! Very pleased with the result and booked another appointment to clean upstairs carpet and clean/seal the travertine floors. Highly recommended! read more

Jason did a fantastic job on our carpet! Our house is 20+ years old and we still have our original carpet. I'm embarrassed to say that even though we vacuum our carpet once a week, we have not had our carpet cleaned more than just a couple of times. The carpet started to have some high spots and bulging and therefore needed to be stretched. Pacific Carpet Care came out and stretched and tacked the carpet down before they began to clean. Now our carpet looks brand new. Since our master bedroom carpet needed stretching, they moved all the heavy dressers and entertainment center around to remove all the bulges and rolls. The stairs, which had the highest traffic, needed a thorough cleaning and now looks clean as a whistle. We have a circular loft at the top of the stairs and the carpet there needed stretching also. A little tricky, but they were able to remove the bulging there too. Thanks, Jason. read more

Jason and his employee are amazing! They finished cleaning and repairing our white carpet for the second time in a year. We have two pups who are very mischievous when home alone, but Jason was able to seamlessly patch up the ruined carpet spots. His pricing is so fair and reasonable too! I'm always so impressed with how clean my carpet looks and smells after his team is finished. Thank you so, so much Jason! You have 3 very happy customers and we will definitely continue to hire you again for all future carpet/rug cleaning and repairs!! read more

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Jason and his assistant Steve. I was very impressed with the detail in how they cleaned my area rug. They removed it from the inside, flipped it over on a tarp on my driveway and went over it with a beater twice to remove all the deep down dirt. Once that was completed they flip it back to it's right side, vacuumed it for several minutes, spot treated it and then cleaned it. It looks and feels brand new!! My previous cleaner just cleaned it in the room that it was in. Jason also was able to remove a rust stain on my inside carpet that previous cleaners could not remove. Additionally, he cleaned my upholstery. Jason is meticulous and very detailed in making sure every area/item is thoroughly cleaned. They were at my home several hours. I understand now why he is booked out so far in advance! I'd be sure to plan ahead to book my cleaning for next year! read more

Jason and his crew are hard working, honest and offer fair pricing. We called Jason after renovations left our tile and grout floor unrecognizable (completely covered and stained with dirt). Jason does magic with carpets. It can get very dusty where I lived in East Orange and he made them look like new. However, that's only part of the story. Outstanding work from start to finish---from the moment I first reached out to Jason, to the finished product!! My carpets look and smell BRAND NEW! Jason and Steve did a fantastic job on our 20 plus year old carpets. We had originally thought of buying new carpeting, but after Jason and Steve completed their work which also included stretching our carpet we now have that "new" carpeting! We have had several companies clean our carpets over the years, but the work of Pacific Carpet Care clearly is a cut above. They are responsive, reasonable and professional. There will be no need to look elsewhere in the future for carpet cleaning. read more

Amazing job! We had Coit come out to clean and they didn't tackle the job right at all. Our landlord was going to charge us for replacing the carpet to the entire place! He explained in detail how he would tackle our carpet differently and was fast, flexible and friendly. We highly recommend him! I'll consider him to do my business jobs as well. read more

Jason Hensley from Pacific Carpet Care cleaned my 5 year old carpet. He performed the job with the utmost care as if the carpet is his own. I can tell he strive for perfection in the way he does his carpet cleaning, and most important to note is that he doesn't settle until the stain were gone. I had multiple stubborn red stains and he continually trying to make it disappear and he doesn't give up and try multiple different alternative treatment.
