Jason and his partner, Steve, do impeccable work. They are transparent in their pricing to add sq footage. Plus how they factor in moving aside moderate to heavy furniture in order to clean underneath coffee tables and beds, for example. This is a long overdue review for Pacific Carpet Care and mostly Jason who cleaned my carpets after a 3 year hiatus of no cleaning (since the pandemic started)! Needless to say, my 15 year old carpets were filthy, especially after quite a few accidents by our aging beagle. From the beginning, the service was stellar. After scheduling the cleaning, Jason was able accommodate my changing schedule when our out of town guests informed us they were possibly arriving early due to flight cancellations! This didn't end up happening, but Jason was able to move up the cleaning by a day to calm my stressed nerves! What I had read in all the reviews is completely true. Jason was able to remove stains that other companies had previously tried but were never able to accomplish. The carpets looked so clean and smelled so fresh! Sometimes things don't go off without a hitch and a day after the carpets were cleaned a few of the pet stains reappeared (which I have read can easily happen). I called Jason and he was extremely responsive, knowing exactly what to do to correct the situation. He came back the next morning to do a quick additional treatment (at no cost) which completely erased the stains and they have not reappeared since. It is very obvious that Jason is extremely knowledgeable in his trade and takes tremendous pride in his company. I am happy to support a small business that does such excellent work. It may sound strange, but I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning so I can have that new carpet feeling in my home again!! read more

I called to have my carpets cleaned and explained that one room had pet urine problem in the room. Spoke with Jason who informed me that they could take care of this for me. Jason and Steve came out on time and explain what they could do, they had a tool that could detect urine and after seeing the problem area we agreed to do the OSR with water claw, to get deep down into the carpet and pad to remove the urine. Their price was very reasonable. They did a fantastic job my carpets look brand new and smell great. I'm totally satisfied and will definitely be using them in there future. My son's student apartment carpet was already dirty and stained when he joined a set of students that had been together for many years . After two years, my son took over the lease and was getting all new roommates. I decided it was time for a full carpet cleaning. Jason (the owner) is upfront that he can only give an estimate over the phone since he does charge by the exact size once he sees it (square footage, number of stairs and landings, size of sofa to be steam cleaned, etc.). After he came and did the sizing, he provided an exact quote before starting which I found reasonable. He uses a truck mounted system with very long hoses which is the way to get a deep cleaning. Jason and his helper spent about 3 hours cleaning the approximate 1,000 sq ft apartment and a sofa. They protected the wall corners with bumpers so that their hoses would not scrape them as the hoses were being pulled. They steamed cleaned areas as far as they could go including closets and under beds. They moved tables and furniture around to get to areas that were being covered. Afterwards, I saw that they had put stips of plastic sheets under the wooden parts of the furniture to protect them from the damp carpet. The sofa was fully cleaned including all sides of the cushions and a pull out section that turned it into a bed. They were able to remove the extra dirty stains that were all over the carpet which I thought would never come out. Afterwards, they raked the carpet to fluff it up. The carpets now look very clean and I am really happy with the result! read more

But black through and through from the dogs and all the people to come over Took a look at the carpet and measured it and give me a price I said OK he got right to work. Jason did a fantastic job on our carpet! Our house is 20+ years old and we still have our original carpet. I'm embarrassed to say that even though we vacuum our carpet once a week, we have not had our carpet cleaned more than just a couple of times. The carpet started to have some high spots and bulging and therefore needed to be stretched. Pacific Carpet Care came out and stretched and tacked the carpet down before they began to clean. Now our carpet looks brand new. Since our master bedroom carpet needed stretching, they moved all the heavy dressers and entertainment center around to remove all the bulges and rolls. The stairs, which had the highest traffic, needed a thorough cleaning and now looks clean as a whistle. We have a circular loft at the top of the stairs and the carpet there needed stretching also. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Jason and his assistant Steve. I was very impressed with the detail in how they cleaned my area rug. They removed it from the inside, flipped it over on a tarp on my driveway and went over it with a beater twice to remove all the deep down dirt. Once that was completed they flip it back to it's right side, vacuumed it for several minutes, spot treated it and then cleaned it. It looks and feels brand new!! My previous cleaner just cleaned it in the room that it was in. Jason also was able to remove a rust stain on my inside carpet that previous cleaners could not remove. Additionally, he cleaned my upholstery. Jason is meticulous and very detailed in making sure every area/item is thoroughly cleaned. They were at my home several hours.
