Been using this company for my carpets for a while now. I decided to transition to wood flooring a couple years back and to my surprise this company also services wood flooring! Claudio did such a great job with my floor polishing I was amazed at the quality of work and pricing was reasonable. I didn't get a chance to even have service from this place. I bought a living social deal after checking the website and it stating that they service Los Angeles and orange county. I call to schedule service, get a message back stating to text what date I need service. I text and then they ask for my address, they respond they don't service L.A. I screen shot a picture of their website staying they need to update their website in that case and that living social would not refund me. The owner apparently has ZERO customer service skills as he continues to argue with me through text. The end result should have been an apology and that he would update his website since I couldn't get a refund even though it states that he services the area. Called before I bought a Groupon to have whole house done for $69 to make sure they came to my area and availability. Claudio called and asked if he could come early of course that was a nice suprise. He was very friendly very upfront about what it covered. They were in and out in 10 minutes. And the carpet looks as though maybe they went in and vacuumed. Nothing was removed. Do not use this company for your carpet cleaning. Claudio did a superb job cleaning my carpet and kitchen tiles. He was very professional and friendly and explained the cleaning process up front. So I knew without deep cleaning my carpets they wouldn't look like "new." But even with basic steam cleaning the carpets looked incredible.
