I've had bad experiences here about three years ago... BUT,in the past 2.5 years I've had nothing but good experiences with the service department. Galo is the service tech I use and Greg B. was a service tech I used until a year ago. They both are great and stay on top of things. Galo always remembers me and makes small talk but stays on top of things and gets me in and out in record time. I'm always in a hurry and I really appreciate his timely service. Greg was super nice, but for me he was too nice! He'd stop what he was doing to converse with me and for most people that's great, but I'm always in such a hurry that I had to sort of be short with him to get things done quickly. My most recent visit I was in a hurry because I'm traveling the next day and need my car ASAP. My TPMS light would not go away and my tires all have air, so I'm a little nervous to take my car on a trip. I sat down with Galo, explained my situation and he was on a walkie talkie, a cell phone, and now he's on Yelp! Because I got my car back in 90 minutes with a replaced TPMS. I watched the Olympics in the lobby and took a conference call while they worked on the car. The girls in the service center gave me a pen and pad of paper and I couldn't believe when Galo came to get me because my car was done! And washed! What a day. Thanks Pacific BMW. I may have disliked this place a few years back but now it's one of the better BMW dealers in central LA. read more

I recently leased a 2013 X1 and I dealt with Greg Poland. It couldn't have been a better experience. He was both honest and not pushy in helping me decide which options I actually needed. There were no usual bait and switch tactics where the deal that's quoted changes once you sit down. The finance segment was smooth as well - I didn't feel fleeced and I was able to negotiate a bit on the "safe lease" option. The deal that I walked out with was actually better than the was quoted in an email. That's a first! All in all Greg is honest and direct and gives you the lowest price without haggling. I plan on seeing him again in 3 years. My best friend swears by Greg as well and sends whoever is in the market for a BMW to him - I'm grateful. read more

I took my BMW for body repairs. The Pacific BMW has an on site estimator and it is very convenient. Karo was very professional and kind. They have repaired the car and returned it to me before the weekend so I can enjoy it. Excellent service. My next car is also coming out of this dealership after my current lease ends. read more

This review is for Marco! He is a member of the service department and does an exceptional job every time! I always take my 335 to him and there hasn't been a time where he hasn't been able to help get my car fixed. He is very friendly and professional and I highly recommend asking for him personally if you need your BMW fixed right! read more

I worked with Greg Poland to get my 2015 535i. I'm very happy with the overall experience. I knew what I wanted, and so was able to ID the car, options, and put together the deal before arrival. On arrival, Greg had all the paperwork done and ready to go. I came up from San Diego on the train, and he picked me up at the station (about 1 mile from the dealer). We talked about a few final options, looked at a couple of other possible cars, and then went to Lucy in Finance (who was also awesome) and I was on the road in about an hour. Greg and the team did a very good deal, were upfront, followed through on all commitments, and didn't play any games. I will definitely be back here when it's time to get my next BMW. Great work guys! read more

Even though I didnt end up actually buying from pacific bmw, I would like to make a comment on the service I received from Steve Saroyan. He was very helpful, and especially quick in his responses over email correspondence. Very knowledgeable and his willingness to help look through the inventory, even though it was raining and we were on the roof lot. Like a bearded navy SEAL, an expert in his craft. He guided us towards our objective through adverse conditions. Ask for steve. read more

Really happy with my new 328i Anto is great and very patient. He helped find me a lot of different leasing and CPO options. In the end I drove out to Glendale just to do a deal with him! read more

I have never given a "review" to car dealer but I had to go out of my way to heap praise on Pacific BMW and especially Steve Saroyan who went the extra mile and then some to find me the exact car I wanted (an i3 in the exact color I wanted and with the exact options) and also gave me the best deal in SoCal- believe me I shopped around with every dealer in the Los Angeles area. Steve is friendly, professional, courteous and is NEVER about the "hard sell." He seemed genuinely happy to find me the car I wanted and at an incredible price. He even held the car for 6 days while I was out of town on business without a deposit. Pacific BMW is really a top notch outfit and Steve is by far the BEST car salesman I have ever worked with - and I have bought or leased over 15 new cars in the last 35 years. read more

I really can't say enough good things about my experience with Pacific BMW. The process was straight forward and they delivered everything they offered. I contacted them online about a special offer on their website and they got back to me within minutes. When I stopped by the dealership that afternoon the service provide by my sales executive, Anto, was excellent and he kept his commitment to everything we had spoken about via phone, text and email. My great experience continued with the loan officer, Victor, and finally with Janice from the service department who were very cordial and professional. I am looking forward to working with Pacific BMW the next 36 months of my lease! read more

Raffey was an awesome salesman and has been a tremendous support ever since. The service dept is fantastic and makes sure everything is always perfect. This is a fabulous dealership.. Update: This dealership will make sure your car is perfect when you need service. They will set you up with a loaner and be absolutely thorough. It is without a doubt the flagship BMW dealership in SoCal. read more

the worst! i bought my car 2years ago, cash. and they have a lean holder on my car because they accidentally forgot to uncheck a box when doing my paper work. no apologies what so ever. i've been waiting 3 weeks for my pink slip now. also i hated the slime ball finance guy trying to sell me extended warranty. i must have said no 20 times and he just kept talking me in circles trying to pressure me to spend an extra $3,000 on something i never needed. wasted an extra hour of my time sitting there listening to his BS read more

DO NOT go to Pacific BMW! They lie to you. Their salesman tell you that if you lease another car they will take care of the return cars lease return fee. Nope! Bmw financial has been telling me they haven't done it and it's been over a year. Pacific BMW, you guys lost a loyal customer and our whole family. We've leased at least 12 cars from you guys. I took my car to Pacific Bmw for a break noise which Comes from 2017 BMW X5 e40 which costs around 75k. I got the car 1,5 months ago. On my first visit I haven't seen my services associate. Cause he was on his lunch break on my both visits. Break noise is still there not fixed. Called couple of days ago to schedule another appointment. Have been told to bring it back on December 22nd. I asked if it's ok to have it sooner checked the rep told me that will call me back about that. No one yet called me l. I feel ashamed driving a BMW and feeling that driving an Oldsmobile with noisy breaks. The break noise needs to be fixed. read more

What an awesome buying experience at Pacific BMW. I work in the car business so I appreciate when a dealership "gets it" in regards to creating a great experience around buying a car. From their upfront online pricing information to the staff at the dealership, the entire process was easy and fun and most importantly, I love my new BMW! I worked with Henson Santiago in the internet sales department who was fantastic. He was very responsive to my initial contact and incredibly straightforward and transparent during the process in helping me find the right car. He has a great pressure free, purely consultative approach and made it super easy to work with. Ask for Henson! read more

Very polite and helpful staff but beyond ridiculous wait time. Why make an appointment if you still have to wait over an hour to get serviced and a courtesy vehicle. read more

Everyone here goes out of their way to be helpful. Amie Gasabyan the service advisor is very accommodating and understanding. I had my brand new X3 serviced there for an electronic defective part. Overall experience is A+. read more

Emilio and Emil at Pacific BMW were very professional, nice, and did everything I asked for to work out a deal for my trade in. Dealerships can be frustrating, leaving you feeling jerked around or tricked but these two gentlemen were straight forward with me and there were no tricks or games. Fantastic lease experience with Greg Poland and crew at Pacific BMW. My factory order took longer than expected to arrive, and Greg bent over backwards to make things right and lessen the pain of extending my existing lease by a month. They were very responsive and accommodating throughout the process. The best recommendation I can give is that I will be a repeat customer! read more

Pacific BMW does not take care of you after you purchase a vehicle. Once they have your money, you are nobody to them. The vehicle we had delivered to MN was missing the remote for the entertainment system. We have not been able to use the system w/o the remote. We have called and called, emailed and emailed. They have not even given us the courtesy of returning a phone call. Run, don't walk, away from Pacific BMW dealership. read more

Took car to Pacific BMW for positive battery cable recall, which requires that they run a new cable from the battery to the fuse box behind the glove compartment. When I picked up the car, the cupholder in front of the glove box was mashed in and no longer worked, and the trim was scratched up. None of this was present before I dropped car off. After showing the problem to the service adviser, I was told that "they don't need to go there" and after I said that the cupholder worked before and the trim was not damaged, and that there was dirt and fingerprints all over the mashed cupholder, I was told that the cupholder wold be reordered. I sent in a picture of the trim that was scratched, waited for two weeks, and then was told that they would not fix the trim and that they were only doing the cupholder to be nice since they did not do it. It does not cost much to replace these items, and I simply told them that if I was going to be told that they did not damage my car I don't need to deal with them, and I ordered the stupid parts myself. My main issue is that they (1) did not take responsibility and deal with the issue to begin with - someone had clearly been struggling with the cupholder and left prints all over it with mud, so it was no surprise to whomever did it, and (2) to be told that they did not do anything when they have to remove the glove box and related items to get in there. I have had other experiences with their service in the past - they are huge and you just are a cog in the wheel. I fixed both items myself at my own cost, but not a great experience. read more

Electric fast charger isn't working at all, even the regulars go on and off and don't think they'll do anything about it since it's been months the chargers are out. They don't even show up on the ChargePoint app. It's just an embracement that a dealer with tons of electric cars don't have where to plug. If this is how they care for Bmw customers then don't even consider buying here. read more

If I could I would give 0. I went in today to look at a M6 convertible to buy and I wanted to drive the car to see if I liked the car. The "Manager" turns around and tells me because of their Policy I can't test drive because I'm not 21... the most insulting part was when they told me to come in with my Mom and or Dad. I work and provide for myself thank you very much. Their Loss I'm going to another BMW dealership... and I'm just a few months shy of being 21... read more

I drove over an hour from OC in search of a no-nonsense sales process. I found it here. Can't really ask for anything else. Extremely satisfied!! read more

Fell in love with the BMW X1. So started looking for the right CPO one for me. Talked and visted a dozen dealers. Some of the dealers were pleasant to deal with but many were pushy or treated me with disdain. But not Pacific BMW. The CPO Manager Serj patiently answered my questions through prolonged email exchanges and in person. He was reasonable with the negotiation and I feel really good about my purchase months later. There was a minor issue with the car on delivery. Front bumper was not correctly installed and there was a missing part. Serj scheduled a fix immediately at no cost with a loaner. However I live 90 miles away 2 trips would be a hassle. The service manager "found" a replacement part and fixed the issue within an hour. I did some work in their luxurious customer waiting area equipped with WiFi, computer tables and tasty self-service cappucino maker. You guys are awesome! read more

Going into Pacific BMW for our second car, the manager under the name of Arsen was very rude and disrespectful. We were trying to negotiate a deal with a car we were interested in, In his words he said to us "I don't wanna waste my time" and turned his back on us as if we were not customers and did not even give us the time to talk. The salesman are very humble and try their best to deal with any problems we have. If you want my personal opinion, the manager ruined the whole experience for us and I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP. read more

Service with GALO Yes they have coffee. Yes they have a nice Lounge. Yes they wash the car after. But with Galo I feel I truly have someone who is looking out for me and my car. With repairs large and small he is always looking out for what is the most value for me and my car. Galo never pressures me into anything that isn't necessary or a smart idea. I own 2 BMWs, and as my 2007 leaves the Warranty Service bubble, Galo has been amazing in terms of ensuring my car will run like the Ultimate Driving Machine while most importantly looking out for my wallet! read more

I don't buy cars, my broker does for me. So can't comment on the sales force! However, the Service department here is quite excellent. Got set up with Gilbert as my adviser, and he is awesome. Gave detailed info about what would be going on with the car, and was accurate with predicting how long it would take to be done etc, and also reserved a loaner for me! One especially nice thing is that without even asking, Gilbert stapled his card to the forms I took with me, AND when I called later that afternoon to check on the car - he picked up on the second ring!!! SERIOUSLY - at BMW Beverly Hills - I called and called for an entire day and the adviser nee Entire place is clean, and everyone in the service bay is very friendly, even though you can tell they are extremely busy. read more

I had an amazing leasing experience delivered by Greg Poland at Pacific BMW. He gave me a great deal on a special build (one of the last 2015 runs) on my 435 GC with no questions asked or back and forth. He sent me the tracking number of the vessel the car was on as it crossed over the Atlantic, through the Panama Canal, and up to LA. I live in the Bay Area, but drove down my old car just so I could work with Greg - it was worth it for me. When it came time to turn in my old lease, he was more than reasonable with that as well. All in all, a wonderful experience and my second car from Pacific BMW even though I don't live terribly close. He's certainly earned my repeat business.
