I would like to give a shout out to the two young men from Pacific Bath who were our shower installers. Allen Hurtado and Juan were OUTSTANDING. They arrived on time, were always courteous and respectful of our home. But more importantly, their work was impeccable. They had to do a job which our sales person said could be done. However, upon arriving at our home the first day they didn't know how it was going to be done since they had to not only remove existing tile in the shower but also tile surrounding our tub. Then they had to install the stone panels in our shower, as well as wrap the stone around our bathtub. They found a way to cut the stone perfectly so it wrapped around our existing bathtub. These two young men, especially Allen, should be commended for his craftsmanship. We are thrilled with the finished project. I highly recommend this company. Just be aware of a sales person promising more than can be delivered. read more

I expected a sales call. I didn't expect a super support team! From the plumbing/technical staff to the support team at the office Pacific Bath is the greatest. In 2 days (long for them, short for me) I now have a gorgeous new huge shower - with a place to wash my feet (not just my hair like my old shower) and a place to sit to wash or dry. Your install team was super, customizing how high to place my grab bars and my chair. I've completely abandoned my old shower. I just love my new Kohler walk-in shower. I had a walk in tub installed in January of 2022. One person in the install team stole my wedding ring and also some $1400 cash that was in a drawer. I could not believe that it happened. I called immediately, within 15 minutes of them leaving and reported the problem. All they did was asked both employees if they did it and that was it. When they told the boss they didn't do it that was all they did. They didnt compensate me at all. The least they could have done was take a few thousand dollars off my price. They did NOTHING. Consumers are who keep them in business and the VP actually quit taking my calls. I warn everybody to never use this company because they don't care what their employees do. Pacific Bath $17,000 installation took 19 days from August 7 -28, 2024 Installer Darrell arrives with helper. Polite. Arrived with incorrect size for installation. Return to warehouse. Failed to use carpet protection Gouged bathroom wood door trim severely on multiple places. Tile floor gouged, luckily, we have a few replacements available Scratched our new Renewal by Anderson door on exterior Shower wall next to toilet physically moved causing crack in wall and open grout area along baseboard Baseboard on front of shower, not cut correctly Contacted Bo about quality workmanship Requested carpet to be cleaned numerous times as it has just been professionally cleaned. Finally cleaned, however, severe soiled spots showed up again within a few weeks. Second crew arrives august 11 all new workers and worked a few hours Brought sufficient tarps for soiled carpet Used incorrect tool to remove chipped, floor tile, gouged two more adjacent tiles Wrong shower, glass door, return to warehouse for correct shower door Will need to replace one of the shower walls due to holes drilled incorrect location on day 1 Shower door installed not plumb. 1/2 inch off to the naked eye. Did not fill in grout along floor tile where wall had been pushed out Called Bo again and sent him photos of list of unresolved problems. He came out and assured all would be fixed. I believed another crew arrived the following Friday. Continuation of disastrous start. Informed we would get the Pacific Bath trainer Tim to fix all items. August 28 Bo arranged for Tim to fix everything that had not been done correct! The majority of the items were repaired. BUT Most importantly, the shower door is still not in installed correctly and does not close properly. Did NOT report to Bo as he said Tim was the BEST! We were heading out on vacation and weary of project. Signed the paperwork . Wrote check for remaining balance of $8500. We would never recommend this company. September 14 we received a standard follow up call from corporate out of state. They may advocate for final shower corrections by Phx Pacific Bath and cleaning carpet spots. read more

P.B. did a shower/tub to walk-in shower renovation. It took 5 visits, but the final result looks good. We had a few problems: 1) The salesman told us that the style we wanted was available, but a different style was installed at first. Then the salesman told us that our style was not available, even though our style was shown on Kohler's website and on the back of the paper catalog the salesman left with us. We refused to sign the paper that said we were satisfied with the shower. After multiple texts and emails, the salesman agreed to install the style we had initially chosen. 2) The salesman sold us a "shower locker," which is a storage unit approximately 4 feet long. When the installers arrived, it was apparent to me and to the installers that a storage locker would not look good with along with the long grab bar we had ordered. Luckily, the installers had a 2 foot long shower "niche" in their truck, which we substituted for the 4 foot shower locker. After the substitution, we contacted the salesman for a partial refund, since the smaller unit would likely cost less than the longer one. The salesman told us that the two units were the same price. When l told him that we doubted that, he said that he would email both prices from the Kohler catalog. To no one's surprise, the catalog pages he emailed were illegible. 3)The salesman çharged us $400 extra for rain glass, which we did not ultimately use because it would not look good with the style of shower we received. We asked the salesman for a refund, but he never responded. Our advice would be to get an itemized price for each item you buy before you sign up with Pacific Bath. That way you will know the price of each item should any changes be made. The salesman may try to sell you the most expensive items, even though they would not look good together. As always, caveat emptor. One of the installers told me that the salesmen are Pacific Bath's weakest link. The style of hardware offered by P.B. is surprisingly limited, considering that Kohler is the supplier. If memory serves, only 2 styles in only 2 colors. As stated above, the final result looks very good, but it took 5 visits and a bit of a struggle to get there. (For example, on first try, shower doors were installed with a 1 inch gap on each side. The shower leaked, leaving a puddle on the bathroom floor.) We believe that not signing off that the shower was installed to our satisfaction gave us some leverage. In the end, P.B. responded to our concerns and installed a good-looking shower that doesn't leak. However, we are still waiting for P.B. to respond to our refund request. read more

Remodeling our shower was a nightmare from day one. It took three days to do the job, which was done so poorly they had to send a new crew out to rip it all out and start over. They finally got the remodel done, then we had little to no hot water. They sent someone out and told us it was an easy fix. I told them we had plans that night and needed to leave the house by 4. This was about 11 am. We were assured a tech was on his way out and would be there in about 20 minutes. He showed up an hour and a half later. While playing in the shower, he left the rain shower faucet on, then turned our water off. He needed the proper parts so left the house at 2:20 to go back to the shop for the correct parts. He called at 3:15 and said he was about 20 minutes out. I told him he would have to come back the next day because we had to leave at 4. He insisted he could finish before that. Due to their track record I told him no. It was after that when we realized he left the rain shower head on, so we had no water. Had to stay in a hotel that night and we were promised that someone would be out first thing Saturday morning to fix it as well as they would reimburse us for the hotel and we would receive a follow up call Monday morning. Not only has no one followed up with us, paid our hotel bill, they won't return our phone calls. Very disappointing and unprofessional! read more

I would never recommend Pacific Bath!! It took 3 days to do 1-2 job. The first day they were suppose to have 2 people, and they pulled one guy for another job and were at my house till 7:30 at night. The second day they had 2 people, but stayed till 9 p.m., unacceptable. They didn't have the shelf we ordered and said it would take 2 weeks to get and hadnd't told us beforehand and they left 2 scratches in the fluxstone. We needed to keep calling them to come back to make the repairs and install the shelf. 4 weeks later they finally installed the shelf but would have had to tear down the entire wall and replace to fix the scratches, we decided to leave as is. They didn't measure properly and left a 3" gap between the shower bed floor and our tile. They ended up putting down a piece of fluxstone next to my tile and didn't look good at all. Now I have to hire a tile person to install tile instead of their fluxstone!! read more
