Cute little place next to the remodeled publix it's a little dark inside but their egg rolls are delicious!!! Definitely recommend trying them. I also bought the combination platter general tso it comes with rice and an egg roll and some sauces and a fortune cookie. The general tso is okay in my opinion I think it needs less onion and more spicy like red pepper flakes and sweet flavoring. It also taste a little like mustard. Overall rating: 3/10

Easy to miss, but glad we found it. The staff are personable and the food is delicious. The Red Curry Seafood was a little sweet and a little spicy, and 100% amazing. Wish I could've eaten the whole thing, but this just means I can enjoy it all over again for a midnight snack. 10/10, would recommend!

Ok food Critic here feeling like a little Asian today checking out this place for the first time. It's 440 I'm the only one in the restaurant a little worried... looked at the menu was gonna get the crispy duck but was informed they do not have duck at this time. Strike one So I ordered the green curry chicken and the Wong tong soup the soup was very good the curry chicken in my opinion was very salty the heat was nice but very salty.

Came here Tuesday January 19, 2021 at about 5:00pm. ORDERED & INFO: - water - Explosion Roll, no spicy Mayo - Chicken Pad Thai to-go, no sprouts or onions, no spice - I posted 9 pics of their menu - They seem to do a lot of take-out orders PROS: - I was the only person there so it came out fast - the shrimp tempura was just made and it was delicious and crispy - my waitress was really nice and conversational - they have a mixture of Chinese, Thai, and Japanese food. CONS: - the place needs some updating in the dining room and the stained ceiling tiles replaced. - didn't offer alternative milk for the Thai tea. I can't drink regular milk - I would have ordered the pad Thai but I was told they cannot make it without any spiciness. I'm pregnant and get heartburn too easily. But I'm gonna try it at their mildest and update later. - place was dead but floor was pretty dirty - Bathroom was disgusting and frightening. Seriously they need to throw some money and redo it. It's really disgusting. Mold around sink, grime and years of old life stains. It wouldn't cost a lot to get that bathroom up to minimum standards. It seriously needs attention IMMEDIATELY LATER UPDATE: - the pad Thai was still spicy even with minimum spicy. This seriously should be corrected for those who honestly can't have spicy but want to provide business to the restaurant. But oh well. - did a pick up order and they said 15 min for it to be ready and it was ready in 15 min which was great. - side salad could've used more than 2 slices of cucumber ORDERED: pad Thai, side salad, explosion roll

Lunch bento box, soap and salad also came with it

Is this the same Pacific Bistro allocated in the Tanger outlets in Daytona beach?

No. They are different. This one has been here for a few years and the ranger outlet one came and went already

Disappointing the second time. Food was oversalted and the chicken and beef chewy. The scallops…read morewere again good. But the lobster that I liked last time tasted off. I had a bite and thought it was weird and my husband tried a bite and said the same. I started a second bite and spit it out. I told the yaki cook and he said he did not recommend him making another because they were all "like that". Our server pretty much disappeared after the food started so we had to ask for him. When we told him about the lobster he seemed to have heard it before. He asked us if it tasted old and we said yes. He said he could not do anything without talking to the manager. She asked him to bring the plate back but spice I was still eating the scallops he said we could put the lobster on a side plate to go back for the chef to see. But then this manager woman came out and started grilling us about how much lobster we ate. She said it was a 6 oz tail and not near that much came back. I said I had a bite and hubs had a bite and there were 3-4 bites sent back to her so there's your 5 oz. She kept saying too much was eaten. We told her we've been there before without complaint. She said she would just take the lobster off the bill and we said that was all we were asking. She clearly thought we were scamming her for free lobster. As it turned out, the bill was $17 less with the lobster refund. We paid and left. No fun. Luckily we weren't seated by the door so we didn't freeze. our cook didn't do much of a show-- no shrimp tossing, and too much salt.

Great food, service was great and they had Yamagobo. Always a good sign…read more Check them out!

This is…read morehands down one of my go-to spots when I'm craving fresh, high-quality sushi in the Daytona area. First, let's talk about the food--the most important part. Everything is incredibly fresh, and you can absolutely taste the difference. The fish has that clean, just-cut quality, and nothing ever feels like it's been sitting around. I really appreciate that everything is made to order. Instead of overwhelming you with everything at once, you can order what you want as you go, which makes the whole experience more relaxed and enjoyable. It also ensures that every dish comes out fresh, at the perfect temperature, and exactly when you're ready for it. Another standout is how quickly the food comes out. Even when the restaurant is busy, the kitchen runs efficiently, and dishes arrive promptly without sacrificing quality. That balance--speed and freshness--is not easy to achieve, but they do it very well here. The service is truly impeccable. Aidan, in particular, was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell he enjoys what he does, and that energy makes a difference. The entire staff is consistently warm and professional, making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. It's the kind of place where you're not just another table--you're taken care of. The ambiance also deserves recognition. The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained, which is something I always notice right away. There's an open kitchen, which I love--it gives you full transparency and adds to the overall confidence in the freshness and quality of the food. The lighting is just right--bright enough to see everything clearly (including how beautiful the sushi presentation is), but still warm and inviting so you can relax and enjoy your meal. It's also a very spacious restaurant with plenty of seating, so you don't feel cramped, even during peak hours. Parking is easy and convenient, which is always a plus in this area. Overall, Sushi King delivers on every level: fresh, made-to-order food, fast service, a clean and inviting environment, and a team that truly knows how to take care of their guests. If you're looking for a reliable sushi spot that consistently gets it right, this is it. Highly recommend--and I'll definitely keep coming back.
