My daughter and I have been going to PACFE for a few months now. The beautiful appearance of the salon is what brought me there the first time. They have a huge selection of gel, powder and regular colors and always have plenty of staff. The salon is so clean and you never walk in without being greeted by someone at the desk. They have amazing pedicure chairs and they offer they best back massages as you get your nails done. Ling has been doing our nails and I can't say enough about her. She makes sure our nails look exactly how we want them to look. My daughters birthday is this week and she brought in a picture of a very colorful design today and asked Ling to make the design glow in the dark. She was very Meticulous and made sure they were PERFECT!! She made my daughters day and her Birthday NAILS are Exactly what she wanted!! I consider myself very picky with the cleanliness of salons and very particular about how my nails are done.. I am extremely pleased with this salon and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone! read more

This Nail Spa is so clean and beautiful. The front desk is all about customer service and treat their employees & customers with respect, which makes the atmosphere calming and enjoyable. The prices are average for the area, but the service & ambiance makes you feel like you're getting more than you paid for. Not the best experience. If I pay for a service I always look for best quality service. Serena is the person who did the pedicure. She looked like she was in somewhat hurry and kinda tired too. She clearly rushed it. My feet are usually smooth after each pedicure but my feet were extremely rough right after the pedicure. Callus was not properly removed! I took a spa pedicure so callus removal was included but she didn't do a good job at all! I did not get my money's worth. I still gave her a tip but I am not happy with the pedicure I received. Based on my experience I do not recommend this salon to anyone. I must add, massage chair was broken too. I asked Serena to fix it for me but she was not able to adjust the chair so she gave me a small pillow to keep, but I was not very comfortable with it either. read more

I was recommended this place by a friend. Honestly It was really beautiful place but for what you are spending It wasn't worth It. The pedicure was OK. Really didn't spend a lot of time on It and then my manicure they spent a lot of time, but didn't do the design very well on my friend and when I asked if they wanted to double check the picture they said no and It ended up not really being what I wanted. I went yesterday 4/19/24, to have my regular gel dip powder mani. I had Maggie first, she was so mean and nasty. I gave her a design which I wanted , she said "we don't have the color for that so chose another." I did. Then she said "we don't have that color", meanwhile I was looking at the color on one of the rings. She yanked the color ring from me and said "that's the wrong color." I said "no it is the right color just like my shirt." All the while she had the acetone on my nails soaking!! She left and went to the reception then the receptionist came over. I told her Maggie is mean and I don't want her to do my nails. The receptionist looked on the ring and saw the color I requested, and assigned me to Melody. She was ok. The nails were done as the design which I requested but I had no, NO manicure!!!! I will not go back there and I am going to file a complaint to BCA and the DOH, since I saw so many violations in there. Also, I was not given the service which I paid for -- $72 for a powder manicure!!!! And no manicure was done!!! Maggie was so mean and nasty!! So I. have been to this salon about 3 times already it is very good. However my problem is with the front desk girl, Long light brown hair. There was another girl behind the counter who asked me what pedicure wanted I told her I usually get a gel pedicure......but this time since it's winter I might try a regular pedicure but I wasn't sure what you get, being that I like callus eliminator, she said that is all included, I said really? she said yes, I also asked if they would charge for taking off the gel she said No I dont think so. so I go to start and what do you know They want to charge me 5 dollars for taking the gel off and no callus eliminator on the pedicure. The Manager ( maybe owner with long light brown hair) came over and explained to me that she is new and didn't know what she is talking about. Ok but you have her at the front desk alone! if she is in training it is the person training her responsibility to be with her so there is no miscommunication....I did tell her this and she didn't like it. Made for an uncomfortable pedicure situation with the girl coco and I. Now I know this place,,,,, at the end you go up and pay...so she sends the pedicurist over to me to pay now, no she would not have to face me on the way out. besides that fact that everyone was getting thank you gifts, and By some strange coincidences I didn't!!!! it made me realize that what I was feeling was correct. The right thing to do would have been to apologize for the incident with a smile so it won't happen again.....not walk away all Pouty like because she was confronted. got my nails done on saturday (6/26/21) by Angela. first off she did a great job, got so many compliments on my nails. once i showed her the design i wanted she was quick to make recommendations based off the photo & while i was a little apprehensive it turns out it was the right call to trust her judgment. i really appreciated her explaining everything to me and showing me the pricing breakdown BEFORE starting the process so that i could let her know if i wanted to change something or whatever. they do also offer massages while you were getting your nails done but i did decline that so i cannot review that part. I really appreciated how Angela explained everything and took the time to get me signed up for their loyalty program/give me her card after. Not to mention the sheer volume of patrons they allow in at once not adhering to social distancing whatsoever. This time was horrendous, Gary did my manicure and it truly looks disgusting. As a first time customer I def expected more with their beautiful Instagram and great reviews. I went in wanting a multi color French. I showed the picture to my nail tech and gave me a crazy look and basically talked me out of it. Whatever. So I did one color, I chose a light peach orange color. UPDATE: Ada, as I appreciate your generic reply to my review and offer to have our nails redone, We will never return to your business. We were made to feel very uncomfortable and I am not happy with the service so why would I return? What I would REALLY appreciate, is having my money refunded to me. I am attaching a picture of where I was cut by the drill and an updated picture of my nail that was chipped the same day, 2 days after my appointment it was even worse so I have to go have my nails redone and another salon. Also, just as an FYI-it's probably not a good idea to cut someone and put their bleeding toe back into the pedicure bowl. I came here with my best friend for a relaxing girls day as I will be having surgery this coming Monday . We normally go somewhere else but I work in Centereach wanted to try Pacfe because I drive past it every day on my way to work and it looked beautiful. Well, it's definitely beautiful but it was one of the worst experiences for both of us. First, we didn't even get a hello when the two girls came to get us for our pedicures. They just stood in front of us until we realized they were waiting for us to go with them. We sit down in the chairs and my girl (Vivian) doesn't even ask me what kind of pedicure I want. The girl who had my friend asked her and that's when I said what I wanted. She had to use the drill to file off my polish because I had gel . She cut my toe. Twice. She never asked if I wanted my nails cut or filed, if the water was okay, (which is was actually too hot) , or anything actually. They were both very rough. When it came time for us to do our nails we were already pissed off but we were still trying to be optimistic. They barely spoke to either of us. Again, no questions were asked about shape, length , or anything. I asked her to cut them down and she didn't even check to see that they were even. (They are not even). I paid $108 today. The most I have ever spent in a nail salon at one time and the beat part of the experience , the ONLY good part was the sweet woman who massaged my shoulders. Now after all is said and done I just said okay well, lesson learned and at least my nails are done for my surgery/recovery. Nope. The polish is coming off of my pointer finger. One coat of it. I'm sure it's because she didn't keep my nails in the uv light long enough . I text my friend to tell her and she tells me her nails are already chipping on the tips (regular polish). Seriously? Now I don't want to go back because 1-I have NO time before my surgery. That is why I did it today on my day off, and 2- I am not happy with the service at all. I work in the service industry . I am a hairstylist. Today was unacceptable and I will never go back and I will make sure whoever asks me about pacfe hears about our experience being that I work very close by know many people in the middle country district and surrounding areas . I was a new transplant from Brooklyn to Long Island when I started going to Pacfe. I already tried out four or five salons before landing here. I get my nails, feet and lashes done every two weeks. The receptionist is a doll. She's easy to engage and always remembers your preferences when you call to schedule. Everyone there does great work. The services aren't cheap. I pay a little extra to go there because I don't want my nail salon experience to feel like a fast food takeout. Overall I'm happy and have recommended Pacfe to several friends and colleagues. read more

I always gave this place 5 stars . I referred many people/ clients here . For the first time since coming to them for over a year now I was not happy ! I pay well over 100 for nail feet and of course I can't forget my massage . I still recommen this place ! It's beautiful the atmosphere is amazing and almost everybody there is super friendly and kind . Unfortunate for me. I got stuck with the one person who's not ! I have seen his nasty attitude before but never been the person effected by it well this past weekend I was .... Stay clear of ryan he has the worst attitude will rush as fast as he can to get you in and out with not great results... all my nails were different sizes ... then I asked him to fix them he got loud and then I said you don't have to do my nails if you don't want to and he said ok and got up and walked away beyond unprofessional! Lucky my girl brandy stayed late to fix my nail the way they should look. She has done my nails a few times now and I will be going to her only from now on I have seen just about everyone and their everybody excluding Ryan does do a beautiful job. I feel that he needs to be addressed and that his actions should be taken seriously being that I walked out spending $185 on my nails feet design and massage again my nails look beautiful I don't mind paying that price because you pay for what you get, but I don't think I should have to subdue to somebody's nasty attitude when I'm paying a lot of money for service. I've been to this salon before for pedicures with Maggie and she's excellent. But I went there this morning to get my powder gel soaked off and just a regular manicure. I've never been more rushed at a salon in my entire life. I sat down and Vivian took a Metro Card and attempted to pry my gel off my nails. She took the edge of the card, slipped it under where my polish was starting to lift and popped it off. Surely this can't be healthy for the nails? Not to mention... gross? I didn't even know what to do, I was baffled. Once she realized that wasn't going to work, she took the drill and removed the gel normally. She was extremely rough with my hands to the point where it was extremely uncomfortable, grabbing at my fingers/hands and contorting them in weird positions. Once she was done she just put her equipment down, mumbled "enjoy your massage" and walked away and disappeared. It was just a really weird experience. For a gel soak off, regular manicure and a 10 minute massage it cost $30, not including tip. Such a shame because it is a beautiful salon and close to my house but I'd gladly make the trip elsewhere from now on. read more
