She sprayed something on me and I asked her is that antiseptic and she ignored me. My cuticles continued to bleed. I got up to wash my hands and they still continued to bleed. She got mad that I got up to wash my hands. She intentionally hurt me. I was so nervous and upset that I just had to walk out. Now I am so scared of an infection. She did this to me and she still continued to dip her tools into whatever she was using, I just could imagine what type of bacteria or fungus she is sharing. Never will I go to this place again! Just want to WARN the next in line who will sit in her seat! Manager is always on site and did not intercept!

I went on a Saturday morning for a pedicure and was still able to get seated quickly because they have a lot of staff working. The salon was very clean, and I really appreciated how careful they were about sanitation and protecting clients from infections. The technician did an excellent job on my pedicure. She was very thorough and professional. This is hands-down my new go-to spot for pedicures. I didn't try getting my nails done this time, but maybe next visit!

Where do I begin!!!! I was greeted nicely and barely waited and I didn't have an appointment. I got extremely lucky with the most perfect and funny nail technician I have ever had. Her name is Delilah. Truthfully she needs to be the head nail technician there (even though I haven't had anyone else) she really sealed my experience. I will never go anywhere else going forward nor use anyone else. The main thing amongst others was that she was SO knowledgeable and patient with me about the different services they had and that she made it clear the choice was mine (did not push any expensive options on me like most nail salons do).
