I called before I came to check availability and Darrell was very knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I needed to select the correct equipment. After my arrival to the store it literally took about 10 minutes to get to the point where my equipment was ready to drive off. Lastly, I returned the trailer only to find that a pin was missing. Not only did Darrell not charge me. He allowed me to go home and see if I could find it, I did not, I called back, and Darrell said that I didn't have to worry about it. He didn't charge me. I was shopping around to have a tow hitch installed on my Mazda CX-5 and discovered that U haul at…read morethe super center locations sells and installs tow hitches. I made an appointment and thinking it would take 2-3 hours. When I first got there. I spoke with Larry and he was incredibly friendly. They were able to install my class 2 tow hitch within an hour and it includes a lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend purchasing or having your tow hitch and installed by U Haul at this location. It was a level 5 star experience all the way around.

Dislocated finger suffered at this location. I tried to call their claims number, and no answered…read morethe phone after I made several attempts. I then tried the website for claims listed in the brochure a U Haul employee gave to me (he offered no other aid while I was almost passed out from the pain; the other U Haul employee saw my finger and went back to work without offering any aid than to tell me to report it to office staff while I crouched on the ground for perhaps 5-10 minutes, about to pass out). I finally got in touch with a U Haul claims representative after almost a month of effort to report a claim. The claims adjuster then said that U Haul denied the claim. I have photos of the finger, along with the trailer and location. I will be posting them shortly.
