Just watched a flatbed State Towing truck cut off me then the Safeway Semi next to me on I5 N to 599 Tukwila, semi honked as it was very close cut off. Then the tow driver turned his VERY bright white light on the rear of cab & blinded us all for a mile while he sped up. That's when I gassed it to catch up & get the name of the tow company. Shame on that driver very dangerous and illegal. read more

Was just on I-90 going west bound near Preston and the State towing truck was passing in and out of lanes, spewing awful exhaust and tailing plenty of cars. It was towing a jeep and and at the speed, I'm thinking I would trust my car with another towing agency. read more

Andy just picked up my car and he was extremely professional, friendly, on-time/early, and efficient. I'm sad to say that most people don't work at this level of integrity and excellence these days. They could learn a thing or two from Andy!He called me in the morning to set-up a time for pickup. He came 3 minutes before our discussed time. He took the time to go through what I may need from my car, "fastrak, sunglasses, garage openers, parking passes, phone chargers..."; he was thorough. Since the cars were parked in tandem, I had to move the rental car before getting access to the car being towed. He asked for my keys and suggested that as I'm moving the rental car out, he could back out the car being towed, and I could quickly park the rental car right back into the garage without delay. It was quick like a blink of an eye; the entire transaction from the handshake/greeting to me closing the garage door took no more than 5 minutes! Also, I have a small/tight garage, driveway and he expertly maneuvered the car with ease.Andy is AWESOME. I wish I could give zero stars. When my car got hit in a hit-and-run on I5, I called State Towing because they were the closest tow company to the scene of the accident. I was promised they would be there within 30 minuets. TWO AND A HALF HOURS later, they finally picked me up off the side of the freeway. The absolute incompetence of this tow company is hard to overstate. The driver was on the wrong side of the freeway, passed us multiple times without stopping to pick us up, and kept promising he was only "15 minutes away." To cap it all off, he still charged me $200 for the tow. It is insane that they would leave me stranded in a dangerous situation on the side of the freeway for that long. If you're in an emergency--or if you care at all about your time--DO NOT use this company. read more

Car broke down 2 cities away from home and I was really worried I was going wait a couple hours but I gave State Towing a call and didn't even wait an hour! Amazing customer service, Leo is super friendly and fast at what he does. Got home in less than 2 hours with no problems. I highly recommend!
