We had to email them for them to send it to us. When in reality, shouldn't they have just done that in the first place? So what I have to say is sometime management is not the best, but I will say that the person that cleans and manages the building and makes sure that we have a clean building does an amazing job. Cristina is amazing her and her husband Are always cleaning up the building every single day, ensuring that the building looks presentable and nice at all times for all of the residence to be able to enjoy the building. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Not even two months since we moved in to one of their apartments on Victory Blvd Van Nuys and all my experiences have been bad with them. Literally had to get somebody's car towed because they were parked in our spot and because of a lack of communication from their side all that happened. Once we settled in, the next thing that starts happening is a constant theft of packages. At first I ignored it but when it became a habit I completely lost it. Even after giving them proof with pictures and time stamps they did absolutely nothing about it. It happened again today and as of now I'll be going to their office tomorrow and resolve this once and for all. I want to warn anyone thinking about moving here. My apartment has been infested with roaches since I moved in. Management has sprayed my unit but the roaches keep coming back. Instead of actually fixing the source of the problem, they've now started leaving roach traps in the hallway, which tells you how bad the situation really is.It's embarrassing, unsanitary, and frustrating to live like this, especially with how much rent costs. I 'ave been living in a building owned and managed by PAC Properties for more than a decade, and I must tell you, it 'as been, how you say... a complete disaster. This PAC Properties building, located between Oxnard Boulevard and Erwin Street, is in such unhealthy and unpleasant condition that no person should be living 'ere. The roach infestation under PAC Properties buildings is incroyable--in the worst way. Roaches everywhere: inside the apartment, outside, in the open trash area, coming from the floors and the walls. Because PAC Properties never sprays under the foundation, the roaches, they breed by the thousands. It makes your skin itch just thinking about it, oui? There are also the constant water shutoff notices from PAC Properties, always happening, always inconvenient. The laundry room, mon Dieu, it is dirty and not maintained. And since PAC Properties does not put a fence around the property, any random person can walk inside, steal packages, or wander around as they wish. Inside the building, because there is no proper subflooring, you 'ear absolutely everything from upstairs--every step, every conversation, and yes, even the moaning during their intimate activities. It is truly not acceptable living like this, mon ami. Some neighbors who 'ave been 'ere more than ten years stay quiet because they pay only around $1200, but when a unit becomes empty, PAC Properties rushes to do a cheap, quick repair just to rent it again immediately. New renters move out very fast because this place is not luxury at all--just very expensive for nothing. PAC Properties, owned by Peter and Barbara Coeler, manages more than 200 properties, yet they do almost nothing to fix these terrible issues. If you complain, PAC Properties turns it against you with letters and harassment. You cannot even 'ave small decorations or plants in front of your door, and yes, they discriminate too. Absolutely abysmal time living here. Only lived here for a year and not only was the property damaged by every rain we had due to poor roofing which multiple complaints were filed about and 'fixed'. Safety at the apartment was sketchy as the locked door to the back alley for the garbage had a homeless gent camping out there for a bit which was stellar for a woman living alone. The property management does not care and will not care as mold occurred due to rain damage yet nothing got fixed only painted over. Lived with a gaping hole in my windowsill for a week since the gent who came to fix it only dug out a hole. Even after rainy season bugs started crawling through the window. Never have had bug issues with any other properties and only around windows here. When contractor #5 came in to fix the window he even made a comment about what a hassle the past tenant had been to fix a different window in the same one bedroom apartment. Get used to having your water shut off every other day since the plumbing is also terrible. Had to pay an extra couple hundred even after moving out for their pick of painters/cleaners. I've lived in a PAC property for over 3 years now. Aside from liking the building/unit itself and the most basic maintenance request, PAC has been virtually useless in helping in any extenuating circumstances. Every response is the most corporate response you could imagine. Utterly heartless and unwilling to help in situations they have culpability in. You are just a number in a spreadsheet to them. This has been one of the most unprofessional rental experiences I've ever dealt with. The first unit we were shown was in terrible condition! Roach infestation, holes in the walls, and generally unlivable. Despite that, we left a deposit and were promised that everything would be cleaned and repaired before move in. None of that ever happened. After expressing our concerns, we were given codes to tour several alternative units. We spent our weekend viewing them, only to find out later that they were already rented. Why were we sent to view unavailable units? This entire process has been a waste of time during a stressful and urgent situation. There has been zero communication or accountability from the team. Definitely should be "need be" scenario to lease with this company. The buildings are all sprayed white, roofs leak when it rains and some have mold growing in them due to being old. And on top of that don't get me started with the leasing staff. Maintenance staff is fine though. Also to show how much the staff doesn't care here is a video of an apartment a leasing staff member allowed me to check out while I was considering moving. In case you didn't know yes these are all roaches. When I asked why would they allow anyone to see it and why isn't it taken off the market one of the blonde boys (dirty or bleached idk) at the front who answers the phone told me it was priced cheap because they know about the roaches and that it's still on the market in case anyone is ok with it... Pipe system is totally faulty.They were not honest about the conditions of the unit and building.Water shut off often, more than 5 times in less than a year. no manager on site and personnel assigned to the building are neglecting all is need to be fixed and take care of. They delayed handing over the keys of the unit by 4 days when I was supposed to move due to "plumbing problems". Too late for me to regret signing the lease. First day we moved in, toilet gets clogged, water pressure is none, so it is not flushing. Dirty and sewage water coming out of the drain from the tub, and it needed serious work. Breaking through walls to get old piping replaced. That first inconvenience lasted several weeks. They had to come back to replace what was fixed in the first place, because the first guy only patched the problem. Second plumber was honest about the actual repair needed. Then it took several weeks for them to patch the walls which were cover with just plastic. During winter we were out of hot water for 5 days in the entire building, for obvious reasons. We have received countless notices - more than 10 in less than a year- about water shut off due to work needed . it is non-stop. Water in the faucet of the tub still coming out dirty. I live in a PAC located in Newhall. The building was constructed in 1964. Because of this, there is frequent maintenance. Water gets shut off a few times a month but not for extended periods and we are ALWAYS given advanced notice. I have never had an issue with the office. Never! Maintenance is on issues immediately. I am so content in ny little 51 unit building. I feel treated well and plan to stay. Also, no drinks, no tweakers!!! read more

Regarding 11255 Camarillo, North Hollywood. This place is a slum!!! There are unhoused people rummaging through the trash dumpsters, which by the way are literally in the driveway of the building so when people pull up, all they see is garbage. There is literal garbage all over the building - broken toilets, used goods that no wants and filthy mattresses. The management company does nothing! Now for the people. For the most part everyone is pleasant. There are two families that use that outside like their living room. Their children scream and yell while the father drinks beer and watches them. This happens all day and the property manager does nothing despite all the complaints. It is untenable to live in place where there is no common courtesy and two families have taken over. They use the pool everyday and this past summer, one of the children pooped in the pool! The manager took over a day to get a pool guy out who by the way just put in some chemicals. Disgusting! Don't move it here if you want a calm and clean environment! Property managers, please do your job to make this a livable environment for all your tenants! read more

While they may have moved their office location, PAC Properties is still very much open. It's interesting that they have not updated their location - likely because there are so many awful reviews on here. Let me preface this by saying, I used to love living in my building. The onsite apartment managers were wonderful, the property was well maintained, and construction/repairs/changes in policies or tenant expectations were rare. After those managers left, the building went downhill. Our bins for disposing of pet waste were taken away, so the only place to toss dog bags now is the big dumpster in the back alley. This can be very unsafe in the evenings for single female tenants. The bench near the front entrance was removed (to deter tenants from sitting outside). Basically, you are not allowed to hang out in the courtyard or anywhere besides the one table near the pool. Laundry room now has hours of operation and there is always at least one machine that is broken. Plants cannot be set anywhere outside of a unit, bicycles cannot be stored anywhere outside of a unit, etc etc. And rather than addressing issues with specific tenants that break these rules, there are frequent lecturing emails sent to every tenant in the building. In the past 3 months, the water to the building has been shut off on SEVEN different occasions, usually with only a 3-day notice. Changes in how rent/utilities are processed has tacked on multiple fees with no available options to avoid them, and the cap on water/sewage utilities has gone up $15+ per month. Repairs are done poorly and sloppily, usually with a mess to clean up after maintenance leaves. My AC unit has had to be replaced almost annually, because they keep putting in cheap ones. Any issues will always be blamed on the tenants, and never the management's responsibility. The building feels more like a strict prison than a peaceful and comfortable home. All of this to say, PAC doesn't care about their tenants outside of getting their money. They'd rather you move out, so they can charge the next person even more for your apartment. Ultimately it's a hostile and indifferent dynamic. Many tenants in my building feel exactly the same way, but there's nothing that can be done. Save your money for elsewhere. You'll be grateful that you did. read more

Pro - They generally handle maintenance issues quickly. Cons - Do not live in a PAC building if you want to be treated with any ounce of respect by the property management company. At our building it's literally something every single week. The water will be turned off for entire days with barely 24 hours notice. There have been construction crews present weekly for approximately two years now, since the building owner decided to turn what was once parking spaces (previously a pool) into two new apartments. PAC lies to residents every time we ask about the new construction and says the contractor is with the 'building owner' as a smokescreen to any wrongdoing or inconvenience. When one of the new build apartments was available for rent, guess who was the company to rent it out? PAC, of course. The construction crew also parks their giant trucks behind residents' cars in the carport area, so we have to go ask them to move if we want to come and go throughout the day. I've logged multiple complaints about this via email to PAC and it continues to happen regularly. The construction is ongoing with no end date ever given. Just this morning we were given no notice that PAC was sending a roofing crew to work on the carport roof and then at 9am they sent a text out telling residents to move our cars on the spot. I have countless nightmare stories about PAC including when they let another resident harass me for months before I was forced to use the court system... because PAC wouldn't get involved in 'neighbor disputes'. Yesterday my tiny Maltese(6lbs) was killed by a large Pitbull on the apartment premises. A physically unfit woman was walking TWO large Pitbulls. When one locked his jaw into my fur baby, crushing his ribs and organs. The woman could NOT CONTROL HER KILLER DOGS so she called out for her husband Who couldn't get the dog to release his jaw. Another man came and choked the Pitbull until it finally let go, when the husband got my fur-baby he then threw him on to the concert floor! They then walked away with their dog, not offering any type of condolences, or apologies. Very inhumane. I did not know who these residence were until I saw them walk into their apartment. They are the property resident managers! WTF?!?!? What company hires on-site managers that have two uncontrollable pitbulls! What if it had been a child? The previous owner only rented to high credit rated people which brought a higher level of maturity and my rent was only raised $50 in three years. I had one neighbor in 3 years. It was awesome, the good life. Now the turn over rate is ridiculous people moving in and out every 6 months! Every time rent goes up, people move out. There is ALWAYS vacancies. Figured I would add a review just in case anyone reading it might be dissuaded from renting a property managed by this company. I'm out of the LA renting life now (thank god) but have spent many years in different apartments. This company wasn't the worst... but it's at the bottom. My lease was transferred over to them after the building was sold. Such a bummer. I went from a nice personalized experience to one in which they process everything online, including all maintenance requests and such. Now the guys doing the maintenance are great. But that's pretty much it. A list of things that sucked, there are more but this is what I remember: (1) After the building was sold trash pick-up did not come for weeks, even after I alerted them and kept complaining... and complaining... and complaining. It piled up for weeks. Finally I reached out to the city to report them and whether for that reason or someone finally payed attention, the trash was picked up. (2) They had two different sets of gardeners come each week, one with high powered industrial gas blowers for our small 5-unit property. They were so disorganized I don't even think they know they were paying two different sets of gardeners LOL. I called to report about gas blowers being used literally on my windows and doors, to clear leaves, which was wild (like the apartment would vibrate) and... they did nothing. (3) I finally left and did a walk through before moving out, made sure everything was in good shape (in fact we improved the space by fixing doorknobs, hanging nice drapes, etc), and I hired professional cleaners to clean the space. They charged me a cleaning fee, not part of my lease agreement, they just deducted it from the security deposit! Like no one even checked the apartment was sparkling clean, they just have this scam fee they charge everyone I guess? How gross. All in all, I feel bad for the people working there, and all the tenants, just seems like a disorganized company maximizing their 20% cut from the property owners having them manage their properties. read more

Roaches, roaches, and more ROACHES! I lived in one of their buildings for about seven months before calling it quits. I saw the first roach crawling across my living room floor exactly three weeks after moving in. After reporting the issue, while the maintenance department responded promptly, it took about three weeks for their pest control vendor to come treat the apartment for the first time, in which time I saw a few more. When the vendor called regarding the appointment, he asked me what size the roaches were, and if I had seen any small ones. At that point, I hadn't seen any small ones. However, when I got home from work that same day, there was a small one on my kitchen counter, so I called him back to inform him of that. He replied that it didn't make a difference, they were still going to treat the apartment with a gel bait. Why would he have asked the question in the first place, if it didn't make a difference? When the pest control technician (the owner of the pest control company's brother) came to treat the apartment, he was clearly in a rush. He put gel bait in cabinets, behind the stove and refrigerator, and along wall/door frames, without attempting to determine where they were coming from. If I hadn't slowed him down by asking questions, he would have been in and out in under five minutes. He was also slightly condescending, and suggested that I might have brought them in with me in a box of fruit or something, then implied that roaches are unavoidable, by saying that it was getting warmer (it was May 13th), so roaches would be out more. To me, this was a big indication that they had not, and would not appropriately treat the apartment. I've lived in multiple apartment buildings, one for nine years, and never had this issue. Anyway, after that first treatment, and me duct tapping any of the cracks/holes that I could see around the apartment, I didn't see roaches for almost two months. Then all hell broke loose. Over the next three and a half months, I saw approximately 150 roaches, up until I moved out. Over the course of this time, P.A.C. did send maintenance to try to seal up cracks/holes throughout the apartment, but the apartment was FULL of them, and it was on me to get on my hands and knees to try to find every little (or some quite large) one. Pest control also came back during this time, but nothing they did seemed to work. During one appointment, the tech (company owner) told me that they had not treated the neighboring units yet, but would eventually do that if just treating my apartment didn't work. I'm not a roach or pest expert, but I suspect that you can't get rid of an infestation by treating just one unit. As far as my communications with PAC staff and maintenance are concerned, they were all pleasant. Their maintenance requests are all submitted online, and are typically replied to/scheduled pretty promptly, except for the roach ones, that is. Two of my complaints about the the roaches were completely ignored. I suspect, at least in part, because they are fully aware of the issue in the building, and have not (as of about two months ago) been successful in resolving it. It is quite time consuming to pack and avoid taking any with you. Not to mention, quite expensive. Save yourself the hassle. read more

He forces people to buy renters insurance and without their permission he uses the insurance to open claims to fix things wrong with the property. He does not care about the well being and safety of the tenants. He only cares about his pocket. He provides broken down units, covered with mold and roaches, water damage, paint pealing everywhere, laundry machines broken and never get fixed or replaced and charges people premium rent! I hate to join the ranks of bad reviews, but here we go... My partner and I lived in a wonderful Valley Village apartment from the end of 2019 until July 2022. At first, we couldn't believe our luck with the apartment - great room space, good neighborhood and decent accommodations. We were stuck working from home throughout the pandemic and had very few problems to speak of.... Until January 2022. We noticed a small bug here or there once and a while, beginning in late 2021, and thought nothing of it. Then, on an evening in January 2022, we opened a kitchen cabinet to find a LARGE amount of cockroaches running around. Having lived in numerous apartments in both the US and Europe, this was a first for us. What was worse, because all the kitchen cabinets were hastily made, there were gaps in all the tops of the cabinets from one to another... a bug paradise, move from one room to the next! This would then kick off the most horrible process we have been through thus far. Once or twice a month, pest control was sent to our apartment to lay traps, poison, etc. then, a few days later, we would start seeing more roaches coming back through the cabinets, sink, in the dishwasher, etc. we even started having them show up in the bathroom at one point, which became problematic. The worst of it? PAC couldn't be bothered for a permanent solution. It felt like everything pest control did was based on what PAC was willing to pay... and it was NEVER permanent. I know roaches are tough to get rid of, but we had at least 2 instances where pest control did a "deep treatment" that did nothing (except kick us out of the house all day and force us to wrap all our things in plastic, which was time consuming and emotionally taxing). For all this, when we finally spoke up to management about how insane this process was becoming, we got NO help and PUSHBACK from everyone who made it sound like OUR problem. It was gut wrenching and offensive - while the cushy PAC people go back to their comfortable homes, we got to live in a roach mansion while still making timely, expensive rent payments. We moved out in July when things became to unbearable. So many mornings finding roaches in the kitchen... so many instances of turning a corner and seeing them on the walls... not to mention the one morning I was napping on our couch and one found it's way on the pillow next to my face. GROSS. I hope PAC does better, but the reviews break my heart. Hell of a lesson in taking care of your renters... especially considering how expensive rent is. Enjoy the photos, they are a doozy! I keep waiting for PAC to get their act together and I'm disappointed to see it only continue to go downhill. When I first moved into my property, I had no complaints about management, but my unit required frequent repairs. Please listen to ALL of the reviews on here that say when a repair is done, it is done as cheaply and haphazardly as possible. The maintenance workers are consistently rude, condescending, and leave behind a mess. There is always an excuse for why something is not handled in a courteous, timely, and thorough manner. Be prepared to go back and forth with management multiple times to receive any resolution. The reviews that state that the company does not take responsibility for their shortcomings are understating. I have had a theory for some time that PAC is careless with their tenants to encourage a faster turnaround of renters to make more money. I had two friends that lived at a different property than mine, that also moved out of their units due to the unbearable management. (Their property had to be bug-bombed on a regular basis to limit the amount of roaches and other bugs that infested the units) I'd like to say I'm hopeful after receiving so many negative reviews that all consistently say the same things, PAC might actually take a look at themselves and improve the way they treat people and run their company but after seeing how they've responded to honest feedback, I don't think that's gonna happen. I was hesitant to leave a review for PAC because not unlike many others have mentioned, my experience with them and their staff was great. People at the main office, especially Katie, are very helpful and kind. Maintenance typically responds quickly and they are always friendly and very respectful of your space. The reason i'm here though is because of the roach issue. My partner and I moved to a P.A.C. building in 2019. We loved the unit, but the red flags started almost immediately. The day we moved in we stepped out onto our balcony and the floor literally caved in. We were on the first floor so thankfully it wasn't a catastrophic accident but still, it was completely rotted and as soon as i stepped on it it gave out. A few weeks later, the roaches start. We noticed a few small ones here and there and did our best to report it to maintenance and put down some DE around the perimeter of the apartment. After a few months it became unbearable. I would wake up for work in the morning, turn on the lights in the kitchen and they'd scramble. They were in our utensils, dishwasher, coffeemaker you name it. We decided not to renew our lease at that particular building so we took a look at a few other P.A.C. buildings nearby and fell in love with what looked like an amazing unit directly next door. As soon as we moved we spent the first day patching up and sealing cracks in the walls and floors (at our own expense of course) and we had pretty decent luck here for about a year. A few roaches here and there but nothing like our old building. That is, until a few months ago. We are now absolutely infested again as well as our neighbors. The problem with P.A.C. is that i'm really not sure what can be done here. These buildings are old and the roaches are coming from inside the structure of the building. TLDR; Their rental prices are fair, the locations of the buildings are great and again, I had a great experience with the staff but the buildings are absolutely infested. read more

I wish we could give a negative star review- P.A.C. is the absolute worst. PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THESE BUILDINGS- THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CO IS SHADY AF! They purchased a building that many of us have lived in for many years and we have all had so many issues. Water damage, flooding, it was raining in our unit at one point, rat droppings, faulty electricity, and roof leaks, just to name a few. And to make matters worse, they decided to build a new unit in the alleyway and kick other tenants out of their garage spaces, instead of repairing the actual things, like the roof, that need to be taken care of. The office staff are all extremely incompetent, rude, and condescending and no one cares about actually solving these problems. The owner of the building, Peter Andrew Cohen (P.A.C.), claims online to be "a church-going generous, giving family man who gives back to the community" yet there are so many terrible reviews so the math isn't math-ing. (That's gen z for adding up) In conclusion, PLEASE do not rent from this company. Save yourselves the money and stress! And don't be fooled by their images and misleading descriptions- they have a way of making their properties look bigger and better than they actually are or will ever be. NOT recommended. read more

If I could give a complete zero star I would. PAC properties has been the worst management I have EVER experienced in my 24 years of renting. The person trying to sell me on renting my apartment was great, and I believed him, but what he sold me was a cockroach motel with a fancy coat of paint. And it's not just the cockroaches that are bad. I should have known that something was wrong when the manager tried to rush me through signing the paperwork for my lease. This did not give me time to notice that nothing had been cleaned, it had just been painted over. Evident in even the hinges being painted and the uneven drippings of paint. Within a week I saw my first cockroach. I'd never dealt with cockroaches before, so I didn't know that when you see one, it's just the tip of the iceberg. Under all the counters there were gaps for these creatures to hide. There were holes in the walls, and under the cabinets that led into the walls and under the building where these critters could navigate easily from one apartment to the other and from outside in. The weather stripping on my door was badly damaged from previous tenants taking a knife to it to unlock the door and years of wear and tear. There were gaps all around the door so the cockroaches didn't have to be sneaky, they could just walk in. They were even traveling through the light sockets and cracks in the ceilings! I often found 20 cockroaches a day and my already bad asthma and allergies were awful from all the cockroach feces and body debris. I contacted management and they sprayed my apartment. I told them they needed to fill the holes and fix the weather stripping to stop access to the apartment. The next week they came and left after putting down poison and filling some cracks and me having to wait all day for them. They came the next week and did some more caulking and said they completed the job, yet there was a huge hole in the wall still and gaps under the cupboards leading to under the building. This went on for weeks!!!! Now over 10 visits have come and gone with me having to fight to have them come back to complete the caulking that should have been done before I moved in. During that time 2 other neighbors have moved out because of the roaches. One of these neighbors only lived here for a few days and left after finding her new apartment was overrun by these critters. She never even brought food into her home, but ate in her car and slept with the lights on yet still found these creatures in her bed. Now the whole building has been sprayed and yet I've found 2 cockroaches since and I'm anxiously awaiting the flood to return. If that weren't so bad, there's been two gas leaks since I moved in 6 months ago. Without me reporting the first it would have never been fixed. The second they decided to ignore. It was at the front door where everyone had to inhale the gas before entering our building. If anyone lit a cigarette out front we would have all blown up because management said the second gas leak didn't exist. They made us live with it for 3 weeks without telling SoCal gas, and claiming that it was a natural leaking that happens sometimes. Thankfully SoCal gas was doing their job well, and found the leak during a routine survey and fixed it a month after it started with no casualties. But maybe that's why PAC makes you get rental insurance before you are able to rent the apartment. Because they care about getting money for the building, not that you have a safe home to live. I have given them 6 months to be a decent management company and continued to to be polite and patient even in the midst of them risking my life and health during a pandemic, and the response I got from them now after giving my notice to leave is that they may not let me out of my lease without penalty. I have to pay for movers for a second time during a pandemic, while I'm unable to work due to a lung condition, because my health and life have been risked daily living here. Oh, did I mention that on multiple occasions the maintenance workers were walking around and even sat blocking our entrance without masks on mid pandemic? I wish someone had warned me before I moved in... so here I am warning you. These guys are slum lords. Do not trust the painted outer exterior. It may look great on the outside but it'll cost you more than just the money they try to squeeze from you when you leave, it'll cost you your health and maybe your life. So I lived in the 5921 Whitsett Ave location. It was a good little apartment with a balcony and central AC. Do I recommend this place, yes absolutely it is fairly priced and has a lot of leg room. Before I left they even changed the AC controls to touch automation for free which was nice. I didn't notice any bugs/pest in my unit but I did see a rat going through the trash bins in the parking lot. Pros: no bugs, easy to contact landlord, online pay. Cons: Random Water maintenance. Just wanted to jump on to leave a review of my recent experience after seeing so much negativity. I get that each situation is unique. Maybe it's just that positivity doesn't get reported very often anymore. Two days ago, I had a major plumbing leak in the middle of the night and needed help. I called the emergency line and the woman I spoke with was wonderful. She had a plumber on the way within 15 minutes. When he arrived, he went straight to work, stopping the water and then repairing the leak. It took over an hour and required a hole be made in the bathroom ceiling. After, he set up drying fans and cleaned up. He was very nice, apologized for the problem and said the office would be following up the next day. The maintenance department did reach out to schedule a follow up appointment to repair the hole. I could not be more satisfied with how this stressful event was handled. read more

Every since the company took over this property the maintenance has gone to shit. They don't keep up with garden, the on-site super doesn't have keys to your apartment if you get locked out ( one time a apartment fire alarm caught fire and the 2 Super attendant just watched because they couldn't open the door to the apartment because PAC took the keys offsite, and now wants you to call a lock smith) They change the landscapers to the cheapest crappiest professionals, it's so bad they only cut half the complex every 2-3 months , while the other half looks shitty. The Maintenance man come two out of five times when they need to repair a issues . They also tried to establish a emergency hotline that you have to pay into if you have an emergency on the site of my building. They have fixed a few things but , it takes harassing them to get things done on the complex. read more
