She was unable to template the layout correctly and upon installation the vanities do not fit my space and the countertop doesn't even match up with the vanities edges. All she has offered to me is excuses instead of trying to come up with a solution to fix this problem. Even her coworker, Bill, could not understand the layout she created for my bathroom vanities. If she could mess up a simple bathroom, I would be very scared to see what would happen with a bigger project like a kitchen.

Milosz has since not answered for how this happened or even bothered responding to messages. Good luck if you work with them bc clearly the design process is seriously lacking. Also watch them closely during your Reno. I typically get them done in NJ, where there's a plethora of Indian salons offering threading. The salon accepts both scheduled and walk-in appointments. Since I was a new customer, she did the standard procedure of asking whether or not I've gotten threading done before. She informed me that she'd do more of a cleanup than a shaping, since there was some uneven arch shaping from my previous salon. I was very happy with the service overall. The employee took her time to be very precise and neat with the brow threading. I'd recommend Aroma to anyone looking for threading in Bucks County.
