True story - I spoke to Mike on a Monday morning. Told him what we were looking for, he made some recommendations, we did some research and emailed him what car we decided on Tues morning. We called some car insurance companies for quotes, and Mike got us the paperwork for that car on the same day. A little back and forth with the paperwork, and our car was delivered to our door Wed afternoon. Like that was it - spoke to Mike on Monday morning, sent him a thank you email by Wed afternoon.
