What I like is that they've always been very reliable and flexible with us (we have a lot of schedule changes). I like my dashboard on their website - I use it frequently to move my appointments around. I like the texts I get to know when they're on their way and when they're parking - I work from home so that's very helpful. Overall, I've been consistently happy with GetClean for years now.

I've had a regular cleaner through them for a while now but today they sent someone different. In…read moremy profile, it's marked GREEN CLEANING and CATS. This means no bleach should be used as that's TOXIC to cats. Today, the substitute through GetClean - her name is Natalia - decided to skip reading my preferences and used bleach to clean my bathroom. Thankfully, I take my cats to a neighbors house while cleaning is happening so I was able to catch this when we returned before the cats got in the bathroom. I am now cleaning my bathroom AGAIN and airing out the house. In addition to having cats, I have breathing issues - hence the reason I ALWAYS have requested GREEN CLEANING. Will not be rebooking. It's totally unacceptable to ignore these preferences and put people and animals at risk. Find another company to book through.

I had a burst pipe a few weeks ago in my home, I have been living here for the past 10 years and…read morenever experienced a burst pipe. My plumber recommended I call ServiceMaster by Zaba to clean up the damage. The process was more complex than I thought, the burst pipe was on the second floor bathroom, there was damage on the second floor but the first floor and basement suffered more damage. Interesting thing about water is that it travelers in the weirdest direction and can cause extensive damage. Needless to say once ServiceMaster came out they did an inspection, spoke with my insurance company and began their work. I have a small child at home, my husband and I both work from home on occasion so this was on overwhelming situation. ServiceMaster did a great job, they were fast, efficient, and professional. There was a lot of damage in my home so I had to be placed in a hotel for a few weeks. They completed their services quickly, they also packed our belongings and took them to the hotel for us. They are going to be starting the reconstruction of our home this week. So far I am impressed and satisfied with their work. ServiceMaster by Zaba is a great company, I would recommend them to friends and family. I worked with a lot of the staff but my point of contact were Joseph and Alecia, everyone was wonderful and very accommodating.

Their idea of 'no rush' and mine are clearly different. How hard is it to work up an estimate? I contacted 3 other places in the meantime and they're all around the same price. I'd have gone with Servicemaster had they returned my call. You snooze. You lose.
