I ordered for the first time from here tonight. The pizza was okay while the breadsticks tasted as if they were chipped away from a block of ice in the deep freezer. My main issue is I also got a house salad, but didn't realize they didn't give it to me until we got home. I called the pizza shop wanting to obtain a a refund for the salad and interestingly, the girl on the phone was able to recall the forgotten salad pretty quickly. This made me ask myself, "would they have even called if I didn't? Were they hoping I'd forget and keep my money? I should've asked the girl. Anyway, first and last time I'm going there. I'd really like my money back instead of a credit towards my next purchase because there won't be one. Refund my money, please. I don't care if it's $6. I came across PJays pizza watching New Day Cleveland. We saw the pizzas and immediately bought the deal! I ordered the Jumbo 3 top pizza, 12 garlic parm traditional wings and 12 mild buffalo. I also ordered the chicken salad and an order of French fries. Everything was amazing! Every bite made us very happy we made the right decision for lunch today! Everyone was happy. The woman who I placed the order with and made our food was very polite and her manager was nice too. Transaction was smooth with the new day deal and paid difference. Great pizza! Lots of cheese and toppings. We got one regular crust with pepperoni and extra cheese, and then one gluten free taco pizza. It really hit the spot! The gluten free crust is nice and thin and not at all dry or crumbly. The pizza had good flavor and was a really nice change of pace. The other pepperoni pizza was good too. This is not a restaurant, but they do have good pizza., and other things you would expect in a pizza place. Ordered a pizza, Stromboli and the cookie for dinner for three ppl. ~The pizza was supposed to have, and I paid for, extra pepperoni. Nope just regular pepperoni pizza. ~The Stromboli was advertised to have banana peppers...it didn't. It's a real shame bc without them it's just not as good. ~The cookie was fine a little small but very rich you only need a small piece at a time. Not a great dinner. Heard good things about PJ's Pizza so I decided to make the 20 minutes trek to try it out and it didn't disappoint. Got a traditional veggie pizza and the sauce was tasty, not too sweet. Tried something entirely different with the potato pierogi za and it was like eating a twice baked potato which I love. Finished off with a sampling of the apple pizza and it was tasty. I am not sure why the ratings are so low! we ordered food for eight people, and it was ready and under an hour for pick up! when I got the food, it was still hot and very flavorful, and not too greasy! Place doesn't look like much from the outside, but some of the best takeout pizza joints don't. P Jay's Pizza is a lil pizza shop near the intersection of Ridge and Snow roads in Parma and I genuinely enjoy their pizza. Hey he sign for them on Ridge isn't much, but there's ample parking in the rear parking lot with a takeout entrance. Just give em a hollar and let me know whatcha need. They'll get your order ready and then when you park in the back, go in the back entrance and walk all the way to the front register to be served. You'll pass the kitchen and the ovens, in case you wanna see the works. We ordered an extra large deluxe and I emailed to ask if they offer take and bake pizzas. Mainly because I was going to be in the area around noon and wanted to pick up a pizza I could bake later that evening. The awesome folks at P Jay's got back to me quick and offered fantastic advice. They said they offer a half baked pizza that I could finish baking later. They even asked in I had a convection oven and provide excellent instructions for baking. The pizza came out amazing and had wonderful cheese, a savory sauce, plentiful quality toppings, and a tasty crunchy crust. I could not find a single thing wrong with that pizza. I searched for pasta via Door Dash and PJays came up. Prices looked reasonable so I gave it a try. I got the spaghetti and meat sauce and that was really delicious. It came with a small side salad that was only lettuce with a little diced tomato and red onion (yuck) on it .. took me awhile to fish all of the little pieces of onion out. I opted for the honey French dressing so the salad once de-onioned and the dressing added was edible and fresh tasting for what it was .. really just a pile of lettuce and diced tomatoes. The Parma area pizza shops must be known for their large pizzas being on the smaller end. Ordered pizza for delivery and was impressed with the large selection of specials they had to offer. When you bake a pizza with sausage on it, the grease will exit the sausage, and filter down to the crust. Imagine a pizza filled with sausage and what would happen. And that's exactly what I got. I have been getting P.Jays since I was a teen and have always enjoyed it. The sauce is on the sweeter side. It's pretty cheesy, and the crust is crispy on the outside-soft on the inside. We really enjoy everything we get. The jojos are great, and we love the sauce they come with. We usually order the pierogi pizza, which is pretty good imo. I ordered a large stromboli with hot peppers for me, and a small cheese pizza for my kids. Delivery took 45 minutes as indicated. The pizza was hot and fresh. The sausage and mushrooms were large and very tasty. My stromboli was very good. The peppers had just a hint of heat. I was hoping for a little more kick there. The mozzarella and ham were tasty. I spent an hour composing a fair & detailed review on Google Reviews & it wouldn't post. We got the New Day Cleveland $25 for $50 deal. You get 2 certificates. They are good on take-out or dine-in. We had never been there so I looked at the website menu. The first order was 2 lrg. pizzas. Sausage & m.rooms & bacon and chicken, g.pep. & bacon. I was never asked what SIZE toppings I wanted. The bill was $35. This time we got 2 lrg. pizzas with sausage & m/rooms, and m.balls & g.pep. "Jumbo" size toppings. The online menu is not clear as to what you are getting or paying for. The bill was $31. No matter how I try to figure out the cost, it won't come out like they say. The pizzas were ready on time. They were very greasy so PJ's put a waxy paper under each one. But this made it hard to get the slices out of the box w/o getting paper in the food especially since the crust was barely cut. The meatballs come in slices. There was about one piece per pizza slice. In general, the taste was fine. We may or may not be back. read more

I wish I could tell you whether or not P.Jay's is good, but they refused to even make my order due to some dispute over a Doordash promotion. When I arrived to pickup my order, I was told that "All Doordash orders are cancelled today." No warning, no notice, no apology. The manager even argued that I hadn't placed an order at all. After showing my receipt, she very rudely told me to deal with Doordash directly. I completely understand that sometimes mistakes happen, but there's no excuse for not informing the customer that you've canceled their order and then being completely rude about it. Let's hope their pizza isn't as salty as their attitude. read more

Meh. That really does sum up my entire experience. The large salad (~$5) has a ridiculous amount of cheese, 4 tomato wedges, and lettuce that was wet. They make spin driers for a reason. Great that they do the sanitary thing and wash their lettuce. Most don't. Got a black olive half sheet pizza (~$16). Pizza was nothing special. In fact it was better cold the next day. It was almost a poor Convenient Food Mart pizza clone. Maybe their normal pizzas are made differently? Doubt we will be back to find out. Redeeming the experience was the hot wings (~$9/dozen). They actually had a bit of spiciness, which is lacking in the area. This might bring us back. Breadsticks (3 for $2.50) were pretty good - light and airy. Other pluses are the staff is very courteous and this is the only place we've encountered in the Parma area that includes their menu with orders (take note competitors). read more

Was notified my order was ready to pick up via DoorDash. All I said was hello and that I'm here to pick up an order. The lady up front asked if it was DoorDash and I confirmed it was. The lady immediately copped an attitude and said all DoorDash orders were cancelled and to take it up with DoorDash. No explanation of why or an apology. Wanted to try a new pizza place in my area. Found this place on door dash. Definitely not my favorite pizza place around. I ordered the thick crust pizza. I did not realize that thick "crust" meant that the crust around the pizza was super thick while the rest of the pizza was super thin. So thin in fact that it could not hold the topping on it and they all fell off when I picked up the slice to eat. For years this was my go to place for pizza. Recently they have cut back. The sausage used to in large chunks. Now it looks like small crumbs. The pepperoni seemed to be limited to 1 or 2 per slice. One time the crust is burnt. One time it's almost raw. I won't go back. I can get better at the grocery store. Very sad. read more

Pj's has consistently had our vote as one of the best pizza places in town. Their crust is to die for. We usually get the sheet pizzas and they have always been awesome no matter what toppings we get. Ingredients are always fresh.
