This place's website says they're open until 8pm on weekdays. Yelp says they're open until 8pm on weekdays. Google Maps says they're open until 8pm weekdays. Apple Maps says both the restaurant and "in-store pickup" are open until *9*pm weekdays. *Their own door* says they're open until 9pm weekdays. I walked in at 7pm. Sorry, they tell me, dining room closes at 7pm, and they turned me away! I double checked all of those sources mentioned above, and none indicated anything about the dining room closing at anything earlier than 8pm. I've had pizza from this place take-out before and generally like it, but, man, this was a crummy experience that left a real bad taste in my mouth. If you're a small restaurateur, maybe take some initiative and make sure your hours are correct on any of the online resources people use? Or even on your own door? read more

I visited here yesterday on June 29,2024 with a few of my friends. A server gave us a menu as we waited for each other to show up and then we individually ordered at the counter. My friends ordered small personal pizzas with onions and vegetables. I myself look long-term, so I ordered thin crust medium all meat pizza. It was amazing. It was so delicious. Each bite was full of flavor big chunks of sausage. I could taste the fennel in it with a good chew tasted, fresh pepperoni was flavorful with a little spice, but not enough to give you heartburn and all these other little pieces of meat were falling all over that it was so packed to take for the next day. Today I took three pieces and put it on a paper napkin and put it in the microwave underneath the pizza setting and it came out perfect not as crispy but still full flavor and I was really surprised that there wasn't grease all over the place . There was a movie on the television. It was just the perfect setting for a Saturday afternoon. I'd recommend it and definitely go back. Master pizza you are definitely master of the pizza. read more

The pizza is good, but I cannot believe what I just experienced! The guy delivered it to my house, and I had already paid for it online. However, I didn't add a tip online, because I had cash. When the driver came to my house, he rudely said "how are you paying?" And I said I already paid And he said I mean for the tip. If I wasn't such a nice person, I would have told him to get the hell off of my porch instead of handing him the five dollar tip that I had ready. Between the delivery fee and his tip it was an extra $10 for a pizza. When you can buy a pizza some places for 10 bucks. How absolutely disgustingly rude. I have worked in the service industry, as well as as a waitress, and a DoorDash. And I have never. Please stop hiring rude people to represent your company, and don't be a delivery driver and demand tips from people. I always tip 20 to 40%, but trust and believe, it is optional! read more

The service absolutely sucked. I ordered five large and only got three of five correct. I paid more specifically for the other two and I would've had to stand there another 45 minutes to get those two pizzas. At that point I had already been standing waiting inside for my pizza for over an hour. They told me it would be 10 more minutes every 10 minutes. I ordered a vegan Detroit crust pizza. The toppings were extremely sparse. The one bite of artichoke that was on there was hard and rubbery. The dough was horribly undercooked and inedible. I actually ate in this restaurant tonight and everything was great. Tried the Parmesan Bites which were soft and very garlicky. We got the King Supreme in large with original crust. The pizza was delicious. I don't agree with half the reviews that say this place is expensive. It's actually cheaper for you to get one of their specialty pizzas vs doing the create your own. I live in Key West where everything is extremely pricey so maybe I'm bias on the price but I would still consider this place cheaper than most other pizza places. Plus the pizza isn't greasy like most places and that alone makes Master Pizza worth it. read more

Have done delivery here before so we decided to go in and eat. Nobody in line so we attempt to order. We are directed to have a seat and wait for server. No problem, but time goes by, nothing. This so called server walks out (finally) and drops off food, disappears again. No drinks, no water, certainly no order placed. After about ten minutes we just left. The "support your local business" mantra only applies when they actually do their part. Donatos is down the street and thatll be our go to from here on out. read more

Legit Detroit pizzas! The owner of Master Pizza is well known within the pizza industry. I was excited to give it a try during a recent trip to Strongsville. I ordered 4 detroits and a round Popeye. All were very very good. Rare to see an Ohio pizza shop using such unadulterated sauce, without all the dried herbs and sugar. Very good crushed tomato sauce, light and airy dough, and charred cups of Roni. Hands down best pizza in Strongsville, by a mile. read more

Stopped in with the family because I heard this was a sit down pizza place! They have a small dining room with booths, tables and chairs and lots of TV's with sporting events and cartoons for the littles on! They also have free arcade games for up to two people per table- with two tables down the hall near the bathrooms! Have the kids play a few games while they wait for their food! We enjoyed the cheese, the specialty pepperoni, and the Manhattan. The pepperoni pizza was the star! Spicy, zesty, and delicious! The Manhattan was good too, it's got chicken, spinach, and tomato on it and a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette glaze. I enjoyed it, but would have preferred a balsamic reduction as the vinaigrette tasted very much like vinegar! We also really enjoyed our cherrywood bbq wings! Mmmm so good! We tried this pizza place as it was close to us at the time. We don't live in the area so ordered based on the overall review of 4+ stars. We were hungry and eagerly anticipated it after picking it up. One pizza had four toppings and the other was a pepperoni. Neither pizza had any discernable flavor. The crust was doughy and bland. All five of us were disappointed. We would not order Master Pizza again, nor recommend it to anyone. read more

I was quoted a 20 minute wait time and I am currently sitting inside and it has been over 50 minutes and my pizza isn't even in the oven. There were also a few individuals in front of me who were upset because their orders were very late, too. They prepared the wrong pizza at first which has now extended my wait time even further...
