We were on our way to Salt Lake City airport to go home to Seattle and decided to stop here for my husband's birthday dinner because he had never been and it had been years for me. What a disappointment. Basically the food is mall food court quality but priced like a high end place. We had two non-alcoholic drinks, two appetizers and two entrees. We could have gotten the same thing from Panda Express for a quarter of the price and been happier. $17.50 for some spicy chicken that was not even spicy. Our server was nice but she was new. They were going to bring my husband a complimentary dessert for his birthday but that never happened because we waited for too long. Our dining experience took over an hour. I really love this chain! I was a little disappointed in his visit, I don't recall going here and experiencing bad service, and not am I just leaving this review because I had a bad experience this time. The food was good as usual. The lettuce wraps are always bomb, but the lettuce was a mess and wasn't easy to use for a lettuce wraps. That's my only complaint of the food. The server we had seemed extremely overwhelmed and for some reason seemed much busier than any other server in the restaurant. We weren't able to get even water for about 10-15 min after we sat down, mind you there were only 3 of us and the restaurant was not busy. It was 6 pm on a Tuesday night. There was no reason we should have waited for so long, we could have left and no one would have known. Overpriced Chinese food that really isn't that great. The lettuce wraps are good though. I came with a group of six on a Friday night. We had reservations for 6:15, and they got us in right away. They took our drink orders quickly. I had a coconut drink that was really, really sweet. I don't think either of the two of us that got it finished it over the course of the meal because it was so sweet. The lettuce wraps are decent, though a couple of us thought that some of the lettuce tasted too bitter. They were willing to bring out new lettuce though, which was good. I went with a kung pao chicken and asked them to make it as spicy as they could. It came out and really wasn't spicy. I've had spicier meals at Taco Bell. It was a big disappointment. The fried rice I had was fine, but nothing special. My fiancee had the honey chicken. That was good. At $15+ an entree though, I expect a little bit more. One of my friends had the Poke bowl and hated it. He took about 4 bites from it. To the waitresses credit, she noticed and offered to take it off the check. The food was good, but for a two person meal $50+ before tip, I expect a little more. I ended up wishing we had gone to another Chinese restaurant that can actually deliver spicy food. read more

A friend and I went to P.F. Chang's for a healthier lunch for her. It was really good!!! We did the Miso Glazed Salmon and it was amazing!!! I loved the spinach, mushrooms, and bok choy!!! Loved all the veggies and the sauce they were cooked in!!! The Salmon was super tender and the glaze was amazing!!! We also did the Sichuan Style Asparagus!!! That was really nice as well!!! Spicy and super tasty!!! The Strawberry Cucumber Limeade was very refreshing!!! Super refreshing and it was $3.00 because it was one of the daily specials. I have been multiple times just never reviewed. I will defiantly go back to try more it is so much better than just regular Chinese food. Love it!!! read more

I will never go here again. Tried ordering to go on Christmas Eve. I understand that it would be busy so I ordered a few days before. When I got there they said they were an hour and a half behind. You would think when they know its going to be busy like that they would limit their online and to go orders. I could write a novel on how terrible that night was because it got better and better but I don't have time for that and wasted enough of my time that night. After that night and then calling a week later because they never refunded my credit card from the cancelled order that night they sent me a small gift card to apologize and come back. We went back about a month later and got take out and it was so bad. They got us the food fast this time and they were very nice the little time I was in the store waiting but the food was a total let down. The egg drop soup was like eating slimy water there was zero flavor on anything and everything was pretty greasy and bland. The lettuce wraps were the only thing that was actually good so I guess if I was craving lettuce wraps and that's it I would go back to get those but other than that I wouldn't go back again. read more

If I could give this location a negative review I would. Honestly worst experience for Mother's Day. Over an hour wait to get our entrees to us. No way of even having the manager come and apologize to anyone in the restaurant. Nothing was comped or even take care of as a way to apologize. Every table there sat for awhile to get their food. I get it it's a holiday but the service was the worst. The thing that is most frustrating is that the manager did not once apologize to anyone. I love P.F. Chang's but this experience makes me rethink if I would want to visit any of their locations again. read more

Oh that's why I shouldn't order all those.... Same sauce on everything (the jig is up).... Get some variety in sauces... a little walnut shrimp would be great! My husband and I went there on a Monday night around 7:30. We were seated right away. The table was sticky & hadn't been wiped down very well. (Yuck!) We ordered and our food took forever! (We ordered 3 items: pad Thai, low mein, & honey chicken). The waiter brought 2 of our items out & the serving spoon had a piece of paper stuck to it. I couldn't get it off (disgusting!). The 3rd entree was delivered to another table. When the waiter realized what he had done, he quickly put in another order for us-which took forever again. We realized our low mein had chicken in it instead of the beef we ordered, but decided that after waiting as long as we had, we weren't going to mention it. It will be a long time before we go back. Disappointed with the experience, came in today and we were the first table there at 11:16. Got our order in and didn't get the food till noon. Yet a few other tables came in after us and got the food like 15 min before us. Not sure if it had to do with our waiter since they had a different waiter, but the waiter we got didn't come around till we almost left. This place is the place to be if you're looking for a high class Asian cuisine! Anddd a high class manager Keith. We also had a great server, his name was TJ Taylor. They were very prompt in getting what you needed. I came late to dinner and got seated when our food was out. Then, not knowing Keith was the manager and not our server, I asked Keith for some crab wontons. He politely took my order and brought them out within minutes to eat with our food. He even then put it on the house. What an awesome manager. Thanks so much Keith, you're the man! And TJ, can't thank you enough for your willingness to sing happy bday to my brother Jackson. P.F. Chang's isn't, in our opinion, nearly as good as it was when the chain first started expanding some years ago. I'm not sure what's happened but the food quality and the service have both been declining. Maybe they've just gotten too big. We've been to various locations around the country and our experience is about the same wherever we go. So I guess you could say that there is a level of consistency between locations. The lettuce wraps (with chicken) are always good. In this particular instance, the starting portion of lettuce provided wasn't enough for even the three people at our table so that seemed a bit odd. The crab wontons were average at best as were the pan-fried dumplings. Some of the entrees we've enjoyed over time were the crispy honey chicken (and the shrimp version), the dan dan noodles (which are no longer on the printed menu) and the mongolian beef. The beef has been "upgraded" to chunks of steak but honestly for us the older recipe with the thinner slices of meat had much more flavor. Despite not being on the menu, our waiter said the kitchen could prepare the dan dan noodles for us which was very kind. Unfortunately, they were very bland and barely resembled the dish that used to be on the menu. The desserts may be their strong point. The banana spring rolls and the molten cake were both tasty. One of our molten cakes was much to cold and the chocolate sauce inside wasn't melted at all. This is still fairly good quality Chinese food with some healthy options. Not sure we'll be back anytime soon. read more

Pooped over to PF Chang's for 3:00pm meal. Upon entering the restaurant there were problems. Music was not conducive to enjoying a good meal and the 2 hostesses were not friendly. Ordered soup as a starter and it came out with our entrees. Singapore street noodle dish came out with uncooked noodles; dish was sent back for a re-do and the dish was still uneatable. We were told there's a new chef and some dishes are having issues. Our server was very nice but not attentive at all and our table was lacking in the traditional condiments and fast service we are used to getting at this establishment. It seemed there was zero management with staff running everywhere. We love PFC, but this trip and meal was horrible. read more

There's certainly a lot of sugary faux Chinese here. With a little work, there are some reasonable items, but I've had more meh than things I love. The atmosphere is pretty nice. The experience is upscale. We have no other Chinese in the Valley that can say that. However, if food matters, I'd rather go to an inexpensive heavily Americanized Chinese or something that actually has more authentic food. I see no reason to pay for little more than atmosphere. I am obviously in a minority in my opinion. However, those who read my reviews aren't going to be surprised. The last trip was interesting. I asked for a Manhattan. Who could see that coming? They apparently had no clue. They muddled the cherry, mixed the drink to almost cold and served it in a rocks glass with no ice. Really? It ended up slightly red and now sweet with floaty stuff in it. Stick with the sweet pre-defined cocktails, or just get Woodford with a little ice. read more

Had a reservation for a special occasion and no acknowledgment from the host or server about the occasion. My server was attentive, and had a serviceable attitude. However, 2 out of 3 of my orders were incorrect once brought out. Instead of addressing the issue, the server made excuses about how it was a busy night. I understand mistakes can happen, I prefer service where taking responsibility and rectifying an issue is prioritized over hearing excuses about a restaurant being busy, on a Saturday night. Brought these issues up to a manager, he was incredibly swift, attentive, and apologetic in rectifying the situation.
