Went to an early dinner today with my daughter and grandkids. They just love and will only eat PF Chang's low mein noodles and chicken. They won't eat them anywhere else but here. So we had Angela as our server. She is the best!! So attentive and helps us with everything. Ordered the veggie lettuce wraps and when they came out they were the style that they had years ago with the really small chopped up water chestnuts and tofu. But they really lacked flavor and I was so disappointed because I really loved the bigger squares of tofu and mushrooms with the bigger water chestnuts. So Angela must of went back to the kitchen and told them we wanted the kind with the mushrooms and chestnuts and the tofu that they fried and tossed on a great sauce. She did that for us. So thoughtful. Soooooo much better and the flavor was great. Love how they were able to do that for us. That's just great service. And I love the new decor with all the red and gold. Very disappointed with my visit I ordered the Miso Glazed Salmon Lunch to eat in the restaurant, and Kung Pao Shrimp to go What I received was Kung Pao Shrimp, No salmon The server apologized. I told her just to leave the dish since service was sooo slow and by then I was starving. I also reiterated with the server that my order to go was Kung Pao Shrimp. She confirmed. The server forgot to put in my to go order, even with me asking her if she had. Total time spend in the restaurant was 1 1/2 hrs When I finally got my food to go it was WRONG again I received Kung Pao Chicken not shrimp So they had to redo the order ( don't eat chicken otherwise I would have taken it) The server who was a super friendly girl told me she was having a really bad day, apologizing again for messing up my entire order What was disturbing about this entire visit was they charged my credit card a higher amount then what was on the receipt read more

I got a chance to try P. F. Chang's again and I was delighted, the food was tasty and the ambiance was great. You can sit at the bar or have a table for a special occasion. I went for lunch and I had the Honey Chicken with Lo-Mein noodles, it was very flavorful. The service was good even though they were quite busy., but the service was great kept checking if we needed anything else and would top off our drinks when needed. Enjoyed the steamed shrimp dumplings as a starter. The sauce that comes with them is delicious! My dad and I shared the large wonton soup. When this location first opened, I was encouraged that they would not be like all the others. Over priced, and mediocre service and food. They used to seem to have pride in their service level and dishes, but it's seemed to diminish since opening leaving just another over priced PF Changs one would expect. Sadly Chinese food in this area is limited, and choices are scarce. But, if I have to deal with mediocre food and meh service....i can certainly do so at one of the cheaper, smaller places. read more

We were excited to see they carried Disaronno Amaretto, so we started with two a Coke Zero's and two shots of Amaretto--such a treat! For appetizers, we ordered the pan-fried dumplings, and for our main entrees, we tried the Mongolian Beef, Chang's Spicy Chicken, Sweet Crispy Honey Chicken, and Pepper Steak, accompanied by white rice and beef fried rice. Plenty of parking, including extra handicapped spots. Beautiful entrance with giant, regal horses at the entrance. Outdoor seating area if you have to wait for a table. We arrived an hour and a half before closing, so we didn't have a wait. Nice choices of seating, regular booths, tables, and modern booths where you can move the bench seat if needed. We opted for a modern booth, and I found the retro couch-like bench seat quite comfy. Ordered short rib appetizers, which were accompanied by a spicy slaw, which was excellent. The ambiance was romantic, and everything was very clean. We ordered salt and pepper prawns, combo lo mein, and fried rice. The prawns were crispy, although a little too salty for my taste. The lo-mein was full of small pieces of pork, chicken, shrimp, and beef, although it needed soy sauce but was a good contrast for the extra salty prawns. The fried rice was perfect. My first time reviewing, hi!!! I ate at this PF Chang's a few times with some friends, we usually get the Lo-Mein noodles as our main dish, it was pretty savory with the soy sauce and veggies that were on there too textures too. (along with the chicken AND beef with it too! ) As for appetizers we got Vegetable Spring Rolls with the sweet chili dipping sauce which has a sweet yet tangy flavor too. The food here is usually very flavorful, I'm usually a picky eater but I have fun trying new tastes and textures sometimes. Ambiance is usually very quiet and chill and has good service and the employees are friendly and nice! (I loved the horses outside LOLOLOL) I personally enjoyed it though, and usually having some positive dining experiences every time we head to this PF Chang's. read more

4 adults and 2 kids had a disappointing dinner at P.F. Chang's. We had previously had bad food experiences but thought why not treat ourselves with another try. Was even worse. We ordered 3 hot teas and the water was room temperature. Not hot enough to steep the tea. The lo-mien was slippery saturated with oil, over cooked falling apart into small pieces, like baby food. The kids orange chicken was stale tasing, heavily bread coated like McNuggets. Off stale flavor. Sweet and sour chicken had the same chicken that appeared to be heat and eat protein just coating with their syrupy sauce, stale and pre-made tasting. Changs spicy chicken had the same floured sticky pasty texture. At least the fortune cookies were fresh. read more

I honestly had a great experience here. I was not expecting to like it so much. This location is so nice and intimate. The lighting is a bit dim (romantic), and the decor and wall art are great. They really set the mood for a nice date night or solo outing. I got a mocktail, and it was so delicious and refreshing. I also tried the sesame chicken and the kung pao chicken, and both were so delicious. I would get either of them again. Their shrimp dumplings were also so good and yummy, and the sauce they came with was great. The service was great, and the waiter was so kind. He made some great recommendations and was very attentive to our table. Prices are a bit high because rice and protein are separate, but the portions are a good size. This restaurant is beautiful. From outside to inside. Very clean and cozy. For starters we were greeted with beautiful smiles from the front hostess. I will say everyone seems to enjoy their job. Our server Cartney is a very special young lady with excellent customer service skills. I'm very observant and who ever did the hiring hired a restaurant of skilled workers as I looked around everyone was being attended to. Brooke came over after she was done assisting in the kitchen to me that was very impressive. There was also another gentleman I'm not sure of his name he also stopped by our table. I can't say enough about this place. I will definitely make it one of my go toos if not once a month or once every two months. My family and friends will also visit here. Even though I live 30 minutes away this is the type of service I'm use to it's also the service I provide in my line of work. Now for the food. Oh my goodness. Very flavorful. The cooks did an amazing job. Also the presentation of the food was excellent. The hubs and I finally made it to PF Changs today. We hadn't tried to go there since they opened because we knew there'd be a mad rush. A little nicer that some of the other PF Chang's. The staff was extremely attentive and well trained. The plating was nice. The food was very enjoyable. We felt well cared for while we were there. Oolong Chilean Sea Bass was served on a delicious bed of spinach. The fish was cooked perfectly. Needed just a splash of soy, but they keep a nice quality, low sodium soy sauce at the table in some nice dishware. Chang's Spicy Chicken isn't spicy, but tastes great. Reminds my of sweet Thai chili sauce. Chicken is breaded in potato starch and lightly fried, which is better than being batterer in my book. Shrimp dumplings (steamed) were a nice appetizer and presented beautifully, with the white dumplings placed on a black plate that was seated inside a larger black plate that was decorated with large chunks of white sea salt. Great contrast. The server poured sauce on it at the table. It wasn't a traditional dim sum sauce (it was a little sweet) with no chili oil, black vinegar or sesame oil. But it was nice. We also enjoyed a pomegranate lemonade, which was served in a beautiful glass, topped with a sprig of mint. It was a nice experience. Good to see that the franchise isn't losing its touch. read more

We arrived at P.F. Chang's at 3pm on Thursday and it was pretty empty which is not unusual and quite nice. Nice lighting and quiet. We were hoping to start off with happy hour menu with food n drinks but it was only available for service to bar customers which wasn't stated anywhere on their menu so we settled for the regular appetizers and menu. We recieved both glass of water and drinks for a family of 5. We ordered the crab wonton, california sushi roll and pan seared dumplings. The appetizers were awesome And presentation was very eye appealing. But at the same time as the appetizers were served so was our main coarse meal overloading our small table with a family of 5. For the main coarse meal we ordered the sesame chicken and the house special Lo mein combo. The main coarse meals are served to pass around and share but the quantity size was disappointing since it looked and did serve for two people. My husband and kid's opinion was that the food was overpowered by sauce but at least I was satisfied with the appetizers and that was it for me. It was a nice experience but it would be more of a date night with the hubby kind of place for me but there are more options that I would still rather prefer. read more
