The salon is conveniently located in the Fred Meyer center at Linder and Chinden, next to the UPS store and Nick's. It's a little tucked away, but once you find it, it's not easily forgotten. I am welcomed in every time that I come (which has always been on time - it's important to be punctual here as they are very busy!), usually by Phi. On my most recent visit, I booked a mommy-daughter pedicure and they ensured that our chairs together. The new chairs are quite fancy...very comfortable and I love that the massage options are easy to select and understand. We chose the deluxe pedicure with regular nail polish at $55. It was well worth the price considering how masterful Phi trimmed my nails, cuticles and then moved on to the multi-level scrubs, massage, heels and painting. I felt utterly pampered. What a wonderful experience. I would recommend over and over again!

The guy was so rushed and aggressive; he cut me twice within 10 minutes of being there. He was distracted the entire time, constantly getting up and down to talk to his employees or answer the phone with the nail tools still in his hands. The nail clippers were so dull that he had pull on the ends to get them off. He also paid no mind when doing the clear coat and slathered it all over my skin (huge biohazard). When I brought this to his attention he did nothing to fix it. He was also extremely rough with the "massage", so much so that the entire chair was shaken back and forth. I left with EXTREMELY short, sore, and completely JAGGED nails that are too short to be fixed elsewhere.
