I'm very much a creature of habit, I know what I like and I stick very close to it, though I must say Yelp has helped me to venture out of my comfort zone on occasion and with good results. But I found myself at the BBQ truck, they had a special which came with baby back ribs, hot links, mac & cheese, baked beans, & what they called garlic bread. The baby backs were pretty spot on, packed with meat and tender to the bite, the Mac & Cheese was pretty terrific as well, but the garlic bread was truly just steamed sandwich rolls. Sandy ventured over to the cheese sandwich truck which never had a lull in business & got a plain cheese sandwich , she said it was delicious. My friend Maria got Chilaquiles from Maria's Mexican Kitchen truck, & one thing you have to know about me and Maria is for years our office would venture over every Thursday morning to the CMH cafeteria to get their famous Chilaquiles , so we have expect any Chilaquiles we have to either taste like those or to exceed our expectations While she said the were good, she wasn't that taken by them and ended up throwing them out. All in all not a bad night, glad I finally tried it out.

NOPE! Mediocre at best. I can't believe I spent over an hour waiting for one of these things. I don't even eat cheese and I made an exception this time because I thought I was going to try the best grilled cheese sandwich ever! Sadly it was just a plain white bread with a few types of cheese not even melted all the way. YUCK! Anyways, they did have tons of other trucks there and it is a definite must go for everyone that loves all types of food.
