I called the Allison Park location on a Monday morning looking for some dress alterations by the end of the week. After a small game of telephone, I got in contact with Sandy at the Cranberry location. Despite being very busy, Sandy was able to fit me in later that morning in Cranberry. The dresses have pockets in the exact area she would normally take them in at, so she used another technique along the back of the dress (I forget the name), so that the pockets wouldn't be affected. Sandy kindly offered to bring the dresses to Allison Park location for pickup, which is much closer for me. Finally, while the estimate for pick up was Friday at 4pm, I was surprised to receive a text that the order was done the next day (Tuesday).

Then most recently, I came in with a pair of pants with a broken zipper. They told me they were too busy to do it. I have given dry cleaning business to them for years, and all I get is "too busy."
