Separate note, I asked if they had military discount and she cut off the younger gentleman and said no because "people were abusing it". What does that even mean? Anyway, just seemed like one more opportunity for her to take another rude jab. Oh, she also dismissed our request to get our two little boys measured because they were "due for a growth spurt" but given her attitude thus far at this point in the visit, my wife and I are pretty sure she just didn't want to deal with us any further. The younger gentleman and lighter-haired lady working there were incredibly nice, she was very much not. Will avoid this location best we can moving forward, if not Men's Warehouse altogether. I thought, "no way will I find my wedding dress here." But I asked a sales associate where bridal was, and she pointed us towards a small door in the back. The bridal section was much quieter and nicer and less crowded. On a Saturday, I anticipated to be sharing space with many brides, but there were only two of us. My consultant was Michelle. She was so kind! I have seen the overpowering moms and entourages on Say Yes to the Dress, and I think she has too, because she said we would go through ALL the dresses alone without my entourage (mom and grandma) so she could my hear my unswayed opinions. We didn't go through every dress, mainly because I had picked a lot at the beginning and budget. One thing to keep in mind is that the dresses they have online are just every dress their designers make, NOT every sample they have. They have a TON of samples in store, but just because there's a dress online doesn't mean they have a sample in stock. I came in with a very particular look in mind, and I pulled about 10 dresses from Justin Alexander, Lillian West, Allure and Mori Lee. I only ended up trying 4 as we eliminated styles as we went. The first dress I tried on, my family loved. I also loved it, but Michelle made a point of asking how I felt once we were alone in the fitting room. She really wanted to make sure I was picking the dress I loved without feeling forced. In the end, I went with dress #1. I was really conflicted with what color to order, but Michelle gave me her opinions based on my skin tone and wedding aesthetic. She pulled the PERFECT hair piece for me too. It was such a fun day, and I'm glad I found my dress here.

I booked a private dress trial early morning and do not regret it at all it was fantastic. I loved working with this employee. However in May 2025 this amazing experience was followed by an awful experience of going to see my gown for the first time since ordering it and finding out they had lost my gown. Not only did they lose track of my gown, they didn't even notice and stuck me in a room with the wrong gown. No one checked to make sure the gown they were showing me was actually mine. No one checked the tag or the order form. My dress was completely different than the one they showed me in a dressing room. When I of course had a major anxiety issue about it, the staff were extremely rude. The one working with me was new and went to get another staff member to help tell me the bad news. While the second employee didn't tell me her name, she had red hair. She told me "stop being anxious, this stuff happens all the time" EXCUSE ME? I just paid over $3k for a dress that you have no idea where it is at. They lacked ANY accountability and didn't even apologize. She genuinely rolled her eyes at me when I got teary eyed. She shrugged her shoulders like it was no big deal that my wedding gown was missing. They couldn't tell me where my dress was for a week or so and I had to continually call to even make sure they were y of it. They tracked it down in California, claiming the labels got switched.. Be very cautious about this place.
