The driver arrived in only 25 minutes during 4:30PM rush hour, pulled in and arranged to pull my car up onto his rollback flatbed. My Porsche ride height is only about 2.9" off the ground but the driver had long extended plastic ramps with a gradual grade so it was super easy to get my Porsche on and off his truck bed without a scratch! Cash's towing picked me and my vehicle up and took us the 15 minutes to Wayne's. The Lexington AutoZone about ten minutes away had the necessary part; Wayne drove over to pick it up himself and dropped me off at a local restaurant to get some lunch while they worked. All told, the job was done and I was back on the road in a little less than two hours after we first arrived at the shop. The price was fair and the both Wayne and the only other gentleman working the shop on Saturday were friendly. It's never great to have a vehicle failure, but shops like Wayne's make it a little less painful!
