Robert and his team are THE BEST!!!!! Not only are they car repair wizards, but their customer service is above and beyond any customer-based business I've experienced. They have taken care of my mom and dad's vehicles over the years and always go the extra mile to make sure that everything is up to snuff, which is especially important to me because my parents are elderly, drive older cars and I live in a different state...so knowing that if they ever have any car issues, they can go to Robert and he'll take care of them, is a HUGE weight off my shoulders. He's HONEST, FAIR, RELIABLE and A CAR EXPERT. If you ever have any car issues, go to RM Automotive!

My daughter went in for a state inspection. The guy told her that he was going to fail her because…read moreher windshield wipers were not good. She asked how much it would cost to fix that and he said $20. She called me and asked about it, and I told her that her windshield wipers were fine because I just checked them since we recently had snow. (Also, I was using her car during the snowstorm using the windshield wipers quite extensively the week before. ). But since he was only charging $20, I told her to go ahead and let him do it since that's a pretty good price. When she went to pay at the register, he said it was $20 each windshield wiper! Again, the windshield wipers were fine. They were not torn, they were not leaving any streaks, nothing. Total rip off. He was obviously taking advantage of a young girl.

I got a statement on 7/27/2026 stating I had a $30 balance on the account because of interest charged. When I inquired with the credit card company, I was told it was on "promotional balances" and that the tires I bought must not be considered a promotional balance. What a scam! I paid the $30 and closed my account. I will never deal with Discount Tire again because of this. That's just shady. It's really a shame because I like the tires and the service was good, but I won't get fooled again.

Waterlick drove around with me and agreed with the assessment. They said they could do the work but really encouraged me to call Mazda again and have them own up and cover the repairs at the dealership. I took their advice and Mazda finally did take care of it all. After the warranty on the new transmission ended I left the dealership and have been going to Waterlick ever since. They are quick, efficient, and friendly. I also really appreciate the time Dave takes to educate folks. If there's a problem that needs fixing, he will walk you out to your car and show it you. I also always stay and wait on my car so I sit in the waiting room a lot and I hear him calling folks saying, why don't you come back down and let me show you what I'm talking about. As a fairly new car owner, it gives me a lot of confidence in him and in me as I learn new things about my car and caring for cars. I recommend this garage to anyone who's looking for a trusty, reliable, and locally owned car garage!

I would like to start by saying we are loyal customers of BRTA, we have referred several family and…read morefriends to this location. Up until this last visit, we have been nothing but pleased. We brought our car in for a brake issue. While working on the brakes, they told us it needed a steering repair and new tires. We picked up the car and scheduled a time for the steering repair. The repair was supposed to take a coupls of days, they had the car for several weeks. I left a message for them to quote me tires while they had it, so we could possibly get they done while it was there. There seems to have been a change in front desk staff, the previous guy was also super friendly and helpful. The new person acts like he's miserable every time you call. He stated he didn't get my message but could work up a quote for tires. I didn't get the quote until I called to pay for the steering repair. We found cheaper tires somewhere else, had them delivered to the shop and scheduled a third visit in a month. The front desk person told us to bring it back the following Monday at 11 and they would put the tires on. While I was on the pone with him I told him the brake light has been on ever since they fixed the brakes, the power washing fluid container has also been leaking since they repared the steering. My husband took it in at 11, as requested and was told they thought we were going to drop it off. The front desk guy went to the back and talk to the garage staff, my husband could hear him cursing and complaining about us bringing the car in and not dropping it off. Then, my husband mentioned the brake light and he said we'd have to make another appointment. Our car has been in the garage for nearly a month and still is not completely fix. Every time we call to ask a questions, the guy at the front desk has an attitude of he doesn't want to speack to anyone, and our questions are not answered. I have never experienced this at this garage, but it is enough that we are considering a new gagrage.
