However, there are tables of boxes of different sizes and then in the same table there are open packages of items. Most boxes aren't marked with what's inside of them. The only way to find out is to take the boxes to a counter where staff will open them for you. I understand that people are careless and probably leave things a mess. But if this is the only way to see what's inside the box, why wouldn't they take the time to actually write what is inside of the box before you take it over? I walked past so many items that probably were great, but I really did not want to stand in line and wait for their staff to open up every box. The pricing leaves something to be desired as well. I understand that there are discounts according to the day, but you would go in on a Thursday and get the items for $.50, and on a Friday the exact same items are $12? Seriously? I know many people enjoy this kind of store but I can honestly say this is not for me.

After looking for a bar unit almost everywhere from brand name stores and discounted furniture stores and even online, i found a great hutch made of real wood (not cardboard) for price in two digits. Even the cardboard costs in hundreds ! The expensive file cabinets for a great price. Well, if you go to their website, you can see stuff from office desks, computers, file cabinets, couch, chair and beautiful paintings for heavily discounted price. The BEST of all is that staff is very friendly and they deliver to your home too if its in the area. They are located near the airport and are open until 4pm. You can also make an appointment for the weekends and walk through the warehouse to shop what you like. They also repair the computers and you can talk to them more in regard with this. I was very happy to discover this place and find the exact stuff that i needed . They even sanded and polished the part of furniture where needed.

I had a little spare time while passing by again today, and pulled in. I was immediately greeted by Riley, a good natured Golden Retriever with a tail on non-stop wag mode. Passing through the door, I was also hailed by Dan Curtis, who owns the shop with his wife, Julie. Dan warmly welcomed me right away. For a small, cozy shop in someone's home, it is PACKED full of lovely things; handmade candles, birdhouses, decorative hand painted signs, antiqued furniture, floral arrangements, tea, etc. And even though the sheer amount of goods was a little staggering, there was definitely order to it. I was immediately charmed. While I browsed, Dan chatted with me and another customer perusing the shelves. "95% of the things you see in the shop are made right here by my bride," he informed me. "There's nothing she can't do." Looking around, it was hard not to be impressed. A few minutes later, Julie came out, and like her husband, I found her very gracious and welcoming. She was happy to chat with us. For handmade things, I was surprised to see that the prices really weren't as high as I expected them to be. I picked out three wall accents, and I think I spent less than forty bucks. Not bad. I could have bought more (and wanted to) but my budget wouldn't allow it. This place is awesome, and I love love love supporting a local business, especially one run by such friendly people. I'll definitely be back - they have great gifts! So creative! Don't be fooled by the primitive syle country store that it is. They are so creative, they nailed the modern look design in their craft as well!
