And that is Vania and David to a T. The first time I went in, my friend and I declared that we were "just window shopping" and we had no intention of buying anything. We had actually been in the store next door (which we wandered into after seeing their sign from Ashker's...spoiler alert where we had spent the afternoon lounging....but I digress....) Anyway, so we had no idea that Vania and David was there until David invited us in to check out the store. And I'm so glad he did. We had a blast wandering around, asking questions, checking out the leather goods and jewelry that Vania designs herself and much of which she makes in house. They've had a bunch of movie appearances so it was fun to see items from the store in the movie screenshots. I love people who put Buffalo on the map! Of course the window shoppers couldn't help themselves and we each bought something - my friend some beautiful citrine earrings and me a bracelet, which Vania customized for me while we chatted. Most recently I went in to buy birthday presents for two very special people. I told Vania what I was looking for and what my budget was and she was so sweet about helping me find the perfect gifts for both of my friends. And when my friends opened the gifts they were beside themselves in love. This is definitely not an inexpensive store. It's the kind of place that you go when you want something nice. If you want a chaka, go to the thrift store. If you want a piece of jewelry or leather that is also a piece of art, then check out Vania and David. And tell them that Kate the window shopper sent you!

He then asked me what model it was and I told him, and he said they didn't have that in stock it would have to be ordered and for me to "bring the numbers in." Me: "So I have to drive there, come in for something that I can't even look at because you don't have it in stock but to give you SKU numbers that I can just as easily give you over the phone." Him: "Yes." We just moved here and need to furnish an over 2k square foot house, but this place will never get my business. What a ridiculous way to run a business.

Even the cardboard costs in hundreds ! The expensive file cabinets for a great price. Well, if you go to their website, you can see stuff from office desks, computers, file cabinets, couch, chair and beautiful paintings for heavily discounted price. The BEST of all is that staff is very friendly and they deliver to your home too if its in the area. They are located near the airport and are open until 4pm. You can also make an appointment for the weekends and walk through the warehouse to shop what you like. They also repair the computers and you can talk to them more in regard with this. Karen was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She helped me find a completely different brace which happened to be over-the-counter. And economical in price. Lucky me! I found much relief with this simple pull on knee brace. I've been using it since I left the store couple days ago. It has reduced my pain level and dysfunction. I really was impressed by the Customer Service and knowledge of the staff here. As well, I bought a shoe insert at the same time. And this too is helping my left foot quite a bit with a nerve and plantar fasciitis problem. I'd definitely go back here if needed.
