Came in on a Saturday night. Sat at a table and a bartender gave us a menu but never came back. Waited maybe 10 minutes or so with no service. Not a lot of patrons either. The only reason for the two stars is because the bathroom was clean. The only other thing worth mentioning is that the hand cleaning area is a shared space for males and females. read more

I have had the best experience many times except tonight with a tall blonde bartender. I have never had an issue but tonight on 3/17 me and my friend ordered our FIRST drink and the tall blonde bartender acted like we were belligerent patrons. We were there to celebrate my friend's(also a villager) birthday on a regular Tuesday night and it turned into something it never was. I cannot believe we were treated how we were. I'm leaving this review to document an uncomfortable experience based on unequal treatment. During my visit, my table was treated noticeably differently from other nearby tables that appeared to be white and heterosexual. The staff made it so uncomfortable that I did not order food out of discrimination. Staff were attentive, friendly, and prompt with those tables, while our table experienced delayed service, minimal interaction, and a clear lack of the same courtesy. For example it the waiter 20 minutes to take our order while others a couple of minutes. Plus one other staff made a comment even if we were legally able to drink... There were no verbal comments made, but the difference in behavior was apparent and difficult to ignore. Because of how the situation felt, I did not feel comfortable addressing it at the time. A bar should provide the same level of service and respect to all patrons, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. read more

Tried this for lunch today and was not a fan. When we walked in, there were 2 people at the bar and they just stared at us until finally saying we could sit wherever. They only had one table of people with children running around so it wasn't busy. We had tried a tall table that was wobbly and the waitress attempted to fix it but we switched tables and then she didn't come back for over 10 minutes before we could order anything. The chips & dip(queso & salsa) was bland and the marinara that came with the mozzarella sticks had no flavor to it. We decided against eating anything else there since the food was bland and I had to get the bartenders attention to get our waitress back so that we could pay and leave. Just an overall disappointing experience. The place seems to have potential to be a fun experience but the service is terrible and the food is bland. read more

Skip this place. The waiters are unscrupulous, paid a $52 bill and left a $10 tip. And came back to find that they charged my card $107. Double my whole bill. We went here for their Tuesday evening trivia night and had a great experience. We probably got there at around 6 and the trivia starts at 6:30pm. They have happy hour from 4-7pm as well so it was great that we could take advantage of the deals. I got the $1 cauliflower wings with the gochujang sauce. I thought they were pretty good and a very good price. The place was pretty packed once the trivia started but the service was still quick and they kept checking up on us which was great. Not sure what's up with the mediocre reviews here. This place is great. We were super bummed to learn Roundhouse (next door dining hall) closed so decided to give Over Under a try. It's a perfect family friendly sports bar. We particularly enjoy spending weekends on the roof with our whole family and even meeting other families there. The kids have multiple options to play around within a close distance. There's an arcade / game room on the roof top along with the outdoor huge baseball field by the village. The service is always great and the staff takes great care and pride in serving guests. The food and beer is always great as well. They have tons on tap and if you don't know what you want, the staff will help you. They've also got a kids menu that the kids love with plenty large sized portions. The highlight for me has always been their burger. It's one of the best in the Dfw area. Their fries are also super tasty! I highly recommend picking a beautiful day and making an afternoon of friends, family, and good food and drink! read more

Love this place. I come here at least once a week since moving to the neighborhood. The Mac & cheese is fire. I will say they need to make salad as a side option instead of fries. There is a Greek salad on the menu, so why not have it as a side as well. Got the burger today and it was way over cooked at well done vs. medium rare. Other times I've come the food has been great. The chicken & broccoli flatbread is good, the Alfredo pucks are amazing, and the Cuban is super good and filling. Just some things that could be improved. Staff is great and glad it's not too loud. They got rid of specials when Dallas teams are playing. Brick oven pizzas are taste wise bad and tiny for $15 minimum pricing. All The food prices here are outrageous, especially for the quality. The food is superb. I had lemon pepper wings and since it was lent I had fresh fish and chops. The fish was Cod. The drinks were reasonably priced they great vodka blood sweat and tears. It's one of my favorites and no bars carry it because it's not the main stream. The staff is great and the bathrooms are clean. Free outside parking on top. The rooftop is beautiful so this spot is all in one. Lastly the best tartar sauce. I hate tartar sauce and I am from California but the chef's green chili tartar is the best.
