We just have a cinnamon roll French toast in the southwest omelette. Both dishes were really good. Service was excellent, friendly, and efficient. The French toast order was huge, coming in four large cinnamon bun toast. It was hardy and flavorful. The Southwest omelette was prepared really well. The hash browns were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Overall, if you wanted a really good breakfast, you should come here. read more

This review is for the disappointing experience we had on March 14, 2026. I looked on the Over Easy website and joined the waitlist, it showed we were third in line and also generated an Open Table reservation. We arrived about 15 minutes later and hostess informed us they are not able to honor the online waitlist, Open Table reservation and the wait is 30 minutes for a table. We decided to go to Sunny for Breakfast and Lunch, where the parking is easy and no wait time for a table. The reason for not honoring the online waitlist was the hostess didn't have a tablet today. Not a satisfactory answer IMO in the current age of technology. The manager should disable waitlist on the Over Easy website and Open Table reservations if they are unable to honor them and be more considerate of customers time. The challenge parking only compounded our frustration. read more

I met a dear friend for breakfast at their downtown Chandler location, and it was perfect! The restaurant is so cute, and the service was great! They have a large outdoor patio and plenty of seating inside. We ordered the 2-egg breakfast and the biscuits and gravy. The portion sizes are huge!! Unfortunately, I took zero pictures because we were both so busy catching up. Next time I go back, I'm going to try one of the items that was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives! This is conveniently located in historic downtown Chandler. We came on Saturday morning shortly after opening at 6:30 AM. We sat inside and had very good service. Ambiance is casual and bright. The staff are fast, friendly, and attentive. The many offers a large array of offerings sure to please anyone's palate. Wifey and I enjoyed a delicious cup of brewed coffee. It's satisfied our itch for caffeine which usually involves cappuccino and latte. They don't offer those here, but it's fine. She had crying piggy and I had a delicious breakfast sandwich. I've always liked the breakfast corn dogs as a young girl so when I seen them on the menu, of course I had to try at least one. I love the option that you can get just one of them for a low $$. We ordered: -Fresh OJ ($6.19): quite pricey for fresh squeezed OJ -Chicken fried steak ($18.49): Signature dish that was on the show. The gravy was not smothered like the description. We ordered a side of extra gravy. The gravy was loose like clam chowder. -Golden waffle dog ($4.25 each): Mini corn dogs with breakfast sausage inside and waffle batter on the outside. -Chilaquiles ($15.35): We did Christmas sauce which was a mix of red and green salsa. I usually go to Over Easy when I'm in Flagstaff. I was in Chandler area for a concert and found this place nearby. I went on Saturday morning so it was extremely busy. My boyfriend and I waited for the food to come out for at least 20 minutes. Also this place gets pretty loud inside. So if you don't like a loud environment, you should sit outside. I had the best experience at this OverEasy. From the front staff welcoming us in and making us feel like home to the amazing service I had by Colby. She explained the menu to us and told us about some specials and then when the food came out it was incredible tasty. The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice and tasteful. As a mom of two young kiddos, I am grateful for all the effort the staff put into making my family feel welcomed. It was a beautiful morning and the restaurant was set up so that both inside and outside seating allowed for people to appreciate the nice day. We had the lemon ricotta pancakes and 2 egg breakfast. Food was delicious. The iced coffee with cinnamon and cardamom had a good balance of coffee, sweetness, and spice. My kids loved the fresh squeezed orange juice. To end an already great meal, the general manager offered to show my daughter how orange juice machine operated. My daughter was over the moon to have this experience. Rude, unhelpful, and racist staff. I was notified my online order was ready even though they did not have overnight oats. When I reached the outdoor seating area, I smiled at the hostess wearing a black t-shirt through the glass door, but as soon as I entered, she turned her back to me and started doing a round to the tables in the restaurant. I'm not sure what her problem is. As she made her way back to the front again, she motioned as if she was going to walk outside when I said, "Good morning" to get her attention. She went to the back to inquire about my order and returned to inform me the overnight oats weren't available before walking away. Another employee wearing a white t-shirt came up to rudely ask me what my order was. I told her it was under a different name since I came in to pick up the order for him, to which she kept interrupting me asking to see the order or asking it was the overnight oats. I asked if they don't have it available if it's possible to refund. She stated she did not know and walked away. Black t-shirt hostess came by when I had a couple waiting behind me. She asked if someone came up regarding my takeout. I explained to her yes someone came up, but we did not have a resolution since she walked away. She curtly respond, "Well I'm just the hostess" and proceeded to warmly help the couple behind me. It felt really awful because the staff were unfriendly and not solution-oriented. I also noticed hostess' demeanor was so much more friendly toward the white couple. White t-shirt employee later returned with a laptop to conduct my refund. She asked for the last four digits of the card, so I made a phone call to receive it. I provided it to her and ended the call. However, she asked me again to confirm the last four digits. It was very apparent she never wrote it down or submit the request for refund properly. I had to make a second phone call and provide the numbers to her. I noticed she used a dry/erase marker to write down the notes this time. read more
