Shoutout to Andy and crew at Outrider Motorcycles for taking such good care of my motorcycles. They are affordable, professional, trustworthy, and do not sit on jobs. Have used them before and was happy then, too. Thanks Outrider for saving me the trips to Temecula. #SupportLocalBusiness

I dropped it off and asked for the repairs to be made. I was contacted and told that the brake system had milky fluid and needed to be flushed and some components replaced. I granted permission to make any repairs to get the bike running safely and correctly. I was told that the carburetor was cleaned and the unit now ran as expected. I picked up the scooter. Three or four days after I picked it up I tried to take it for a ride and it wouldn't go faster than 10 to 15 miles an hour down the street. Although it idled well, it did not function as expected. I spent over $530 for the brakes and carburetor work. I then recently took the scooter to Scooter West in San Diego to have the carburetor looked at, as they specialize in Vespa. They rebuilt the carburetor and gave me new tires, a spare key, and fixed a blinker issue for $700. On the invoice, they stated the following: Removed carburetor and inspected. choke and heater wires were not routed correctly throttle cable was not installed correctly. CV slide was pinched in the cap Main jet was partially clogged. I believe Tavo May be very knowledgeable when it comes to motorcycles, but for my Vespa scooter, I was not happy with the service I received

The SxS was not completed until September 5th; anyone struggling with math, that's 8 months! The SxS was left outside, in the middle of rain storms and summer sun all those months. I asked why he did that and he told me he didn't have a tarp. The car was left outside for 6 months. My seat belts are completely faded and rusted. Underneath the SxS had to be sprayed with rust oleum to cover all of the rust. The lights are all faded purple from the sun. Had to pull the roof off and redo it cause it rattled louder then the noise from the motor. If you want to be lied to and have all your stuff left outside this is the guy for you. I would advise buying a tarp & a can of Rustoleum if your gonna go here.

The shop isn't set to handle a repair on a vehicle this advanced but that was not made apparent at the time. Just a blunt response of I'm working on it and I'm busy. Don't spend the time.

TWO WHEELS UP AND RUNNING (5 stars)…read more Mobile service to the rescue! I've called around and this one seemed the best and most responsive. There are simple jobs to be done for easy money but finding people willing to do it is the challenge! I am lucky Dridox provided mobile service and came to my home to take of services I need... call service ($75) battery replacement ($65 + $29 for battery) and oil change ($85) , maybe tank flush if it didn't start up after the battery replacement. This is what I get for letting my two wheels sit idle in the garage during the winter months collecting dust. I reached out, got a quote, and scheduled the service with Adriano. I had intentions to do this all myself but didn't have all the tools and would like to see it done first before taking a hand at it... also eager to ride and want these services done ASAP! Adriano arrived early/on time, charged my battery and tested it (def needed a new one), replaced my battery, hooked up my charger device (recently bought it and didn't know it's needed for maintenance), it started so I didn't need a tank flush, but went ahead with an oil change since I was overdue. I did tell Adriano I been nearby g to do this on my own so he did show me how-to and what tools and what to look for or be careful of, which I super appreciate his professionalism and expertise. My little two wheels was probably a cake walk to what he is use to servicing. Within the hour all was done. If bigger jobs need to be done such as engine rebuild - they do that too and can rack your two wheels to their shop. The business accepts credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. The motorcycle shop that usually serviced my two-wheels for years stopped providing service and only to Surrons going forward... they gain some but lost a lot of the only tailor to only a specific kind. My choices were 1) Do the services myself 2) Tow it to Fun Bike Center and get it serviced 3) Fine a mobile service to do it. With the impatience of not riding and budget considered, mobile service was best especially when watching and learning to (maybe) do it in the future yourself. For any future assistance with my two wheel maintenance, I'll be giving them a call. I highly recommend their services.

Luckily I had a spare tube, but unluckily I didn't have my 18mm wrench to remove the rear wheel. They said they could do it, and I dropped the bike off. They closed in two hours and said it would be done by 5. Walked by about an hour later (no call), and the bike was in the store and done. Go inside and no one was in the store, but I heard someone in the back. After a few minutes we looked in the back and asked if the bike was done. It was, and it was $20 for the fix. I was happy with that! Started riding out of OB, and by the time we hit Morena area, something felt off. Looked down and the tire looked soft. Within 5 more minutes it was dead flat. Had to call for a ride all the way back home. Today I looked at the tire closely with a flashlight and saw that they never removed the tiny piece of metal in the tire that caused the flat. Took the wheel off and put pressure in the tube, only to find the leak was on the inner (rim side) of the tube. Nothing sharp on the rim, so they must have messed up on the install. Why replace a tube and not inspect the tire? And a bike shop that installs a tube wrong that causes a flat? Gave this place 2 stars just for the fact that I'm only out $20
