Every year for the past few years I've gone to the fire fighters chili cook off at Biggs. It's a fun event with donations going to a good cause. Everyone is very friendly and excited for you to taste their chili. I love trying the variety people make and hearing about their family recipes or the reasons they put certain things in it. Over the years people put in peanut butter, chocolate, hot Italian sausage and even soy sauce. It's definitely upped my home chili game playing with ingredients I might not normally try. Inside you can look at all the bikes and merch and they even run specials. The staff is super knowledgeable and they have everything Harley related you might need. The separate departments even participate in making chili too and having their own competition. The raffle is fun, the chili is great, the hot dogs are good and the music is always enjoyable.

The customer service here is top notch. I came in for a new helmet and was greeted right away when I walked in. Chris was the person I spoke to. He was extremely helpful and thorough in explaining the differences between all of the helmets and which might work best for me. He took the time to help and wasn't just "trying to make a sale". He wanted me to feel comfortable with my purchase without rushing me and it was refreshing. Not many places take the time to actually help the customer. The showroom was very clean too. They have new and used bikes and have apparel, parts, accessories; everything you need! I'll definitely be back to this location. Thanks guys!

What can I say about the personal service I get from Chad in Service. Love the Parts Guys and how helpful they are. Yes, I recommend Biggs.

    The inside part rusted

Let me start off by taking some responsibility for this given that I should have asked about it and made it a point when buying the bike. I was a dumb 21 year old. With that said I bought a 2016 soft tail deluxe from them and as usual they upsold everything to make the bike sell for way more than it's worth but again I'll take that one, my fault. When I bought the bike there was a chrome Harley Davidson sticker on the rear fender that I noticed but didn't question because I just assumed no dealership would pull some bs like this. I just figured they threw a sticker on it. Well I found out why they did that. There's a massive paint chip underneath that's completely rusted out... so instead of replacing the fender like a reputable dealer they slapped a sticker on it and pulled one over on me. The salesmen no longer works for this dealer or any dealer but this just shows the kind of practices Biggs hd is willing to do to sell a bike that the know needs work without telling you

Amazing experience here! If you are going to buy a bike, let it be here! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Serena, a sales manager. This was the first time I have ever been greeted by someone in a place that sells motorcycles. Immediately this place was off to a fantastic start! My wife needed to use the restroom and they had no problem with that. I started to look around and Mike, the owner or manager of the place, greeted me and asked if he could help in any way. I let him know my wife and I were looking at buying a motorcycle because we had been thinking about it for a few years. Mike asked more questions to get a feel for what we liked and what we wanted, and he pointed us in the direction of a very nice bike for an affordable price. Mike encouraged us to sit on them and taught me how to properly get a bike started so that it wasn't as heavy, and he answered all my questions (since I'm a very beginner)! He even took us around the entire place on a personal tour and showed us some bikes he had in their garage. My wife and I truly had a great experience here, and even ran into an old friend/boss! My friend/previous boss told me we were in the right place to buy a Harley! I told Mike that we will 100% buy from him after we take the driving training classes they offer, because we had such a great first impression here. Customer service makes a difference and thanks to Mike and Serena for acknowledging us and going above and beyond, we will 100% absolutely buy a chopper here!

Bought a 2025 lowrider st, I absolutely love the bike. Put 600 miles on it already. Great service, and staff!!

Quick update on my purchase of my 2022 Road Glide from Biggs! Three years later and after a pre Sturgis inspection by Chad and techs, I enjoyed every mile, 3,200 to and from the 2025 Sturgis Rally! Extreme heat, possibly but not admitting to above average speeds and my 2022 Road Glide was amazing! Thx to Chad and the tech or techs who inspected my Hog and insuring I made it unscathed. And all while wearing an elbow brace as I busted up my elbow about a week before the ride. Team Biggs, you guys kick ass from sales to service

Chad in the service department took care of me and kept me informed every step of the way after I had an issue with my 2025 Lowrider ST. Sales staff was awesome as well and stayed late to make sure the deal I got was fair and welcomed to the Harley family.

If you're looking for a new bike this is the place to go to! Amazing bikes and great people. Andrew was the sales person who helped me out and he was a true professional.

Telling me this includes the detail. Which is was originally quoted at 300.
    Ryan S.

Edit: Chad took care of me and we worked a deal out that was fair. That works for me and for him. Word of advice though don't come in a ragey like I did. But give them time to work it out. Also that being said after talking with Chad I hope they get better with the communication. I will give Service one more shot. Original review: Sales and Parts is great and if I had only ever dealt with them I would give Biggs a 5 Star review. But every time I have taken my bike here Ifor service which was 2x it have left something to be desired. There is a severe lack of communication. The initial quote was 1490 in the Text which confirmed I was supposed to get the detail( That was originally forgotten and the still not completed the day I was supposed to pick up my Bike.) You would think that with out the Detail I would have paid somewhere around 1150 to 1250. But they are trying to charge me 1462 30 dollars less then what I was quoted. Does this make sense. I think not. The proof is in the pudding look at my direct texts with Chad. Take your bike down to what used to be El cajon Harley for service every time I have been there it is great and they maintain constant communication. I recently moved to Temecula and will post a review of the next. Like I said Sales was great just avoid them for Service

I worked with Kevin who I found honest, fair and upfront. I felt zero pressure, but only the willingness of Kevin to assist in me making the right choice that is good for me. He showed his extensive experience, dedication and care. Once a decision on the motorcycle was made (2022 KTM 390 Duke), and the finance was addressed (by him), then Marc from Sales provided me the guidance on the motorcycle and professionally answered all my technical questions. Kevin assisted in the delivery of the motorcycle to my location. It should be noted that I came with a plan to review other makes and visit other dealerships, but with Kevin and Marc I knew that I will buy my motorcycle at this dealership. So based on this special experience, I highly recommend NCY Motorsport, their trustworthiness, fair prices and their high level of service. It was a true pleasure working with this 'A Team'! Thank you!!!

The staff were super friendly, polite, and genuinely passionate about motorcycles. You can tell they really care about the brand and the riders who walk through the door. I used to own a Triumph Speed Triple, and it was an awesome machine. Triumph has always had that perfect mix of British character, performance, and style. Walking through the showroom brought back great memories. That said, I have to admit -- the MV Agustas they had there... wow. Absolute speed machines from hell. The design is insane, honestly even more striking than most Ducatis. Pure motorcycle art. Great bikes, great people, great atmosphere. If you're into serious machines and legendary brands, this is definitely a place you want to visit. One love.

I wanted to establish a relationship with a local Ducati dealer, found Moto Forza and asked them to…read morereplace a fuel level sensor on my bike . I dropped the bike off with Quentin, the service manager. I requested additional scope: powder coating rear subframe, the brake calipers, and installation of rearsets I had previously purchased. Quentin said 'powder coating was 3-5 days and he would "get the bike on the schedule" to install right after that. A week had passed, and asked Quentin to call the powder coater to get an update but with a sigh and then a long pregnant pause which I interpreted as his annoyance at my request. I never received an update and I think it was another 10-15 days. I requested an updated estimate several times from Quentin as to when the bike was scheduled to be completed, but again I only got a pregnant pause and then an annoyed and dismissive "I don't know...I'll call you when it's done" I reached out to Balz and explained during our call that the bike had been in the service department for nearly 8 weeks and I asked could anything be done to get it expedited sooner ro come pick it up. Balz just referred me back to Quentin. "I have one of my guys working on it with his extra time between other projects. I don't know when it wil be done but I wil call you when it's ready". I'm sorry, but that is not what "on the schedule" means. Another week passed, so I called and Michele in finance answered the phone. She said Quentin wasn't in and wouldn't be back until the following Tuesday, so another weekend would pass. Michele offered to step in. I called Quentin on Tuesday and he clearly sounded annoyed and said he was aware of my call to Michele and to Balz to complain, but I could come pick it up the next day. At pickup, I really started putting it through its paces on the ride home through the curves and heavy high speed traffic The next day, I was doing some work and leaning down to put some new decals on the bike and I immediately noticed that one of the brake caliper bolts was missing on the right front caliper which had fallen over and leaning against the brake disc. The other bolts on the left caliper I was able to loosen bolts as well with just my fingers. This sent a cold chill up my spine considering the real danger I was in on the aggressive drive home that evening and the thought that I might have an accident that left my 13yo Son without a Father. Quentin said the mechanic adamantly remembered torquing down the bolts on the brake calipers and that they would send "someone" to get the bike . I immediately became paranoid that my bike could have been sabotaged, so out of caution I called to make a report with SD Sherriff's Department about what was happening without making any official accusations until there was additional evidence to support , but just so there was a record of what happened should there be a need to escalate further I told Quentin not to come to my house or for him personally to interact with my bike when it arrived in the service department, so I loaded the bike onto my trailer myself the next day and when I arrived to Moto Forza, I spoke with the manager and Michele (who seemed visibly shaken and upset about me being there, even though I had only spoken to everyone in a calm and respectful tone the whole time). The manager suddenly took an aggressive tone with me and told me that they weren't going to work on my bike anymore and told me to leave. I said I wanted to speak to Balz and that I would not leave, but I would leave if they called the police and I received a formal trespass notice so that I had documentation entered into the legal system in addition to the report I had already made previously to SD Sherriff's department. So we did that and I left as I said I would. This all happened in the last 48hrs, but I honestly hope we eventually can rule out sabotage as a possibility, but I would think that Moto Forza would want to work closely with me in any case to determine the real root cause of what happened here and prevent it from happening in my again. It could have been something as easily correctable as an issue requiring retraining of the mechanic to verify and write down recorded torque readings on the work performed. I can't say honestly because Moto Forza doesn't seem to want to investigate this to prevent any similar incidents from happening to other customer getting work done in Moto Forza's service department. Has anyone else had an experience like this with Moto Forza? I am new to San Diego, so please reply and let's see what we can do to make sure riders don't get hurt or killed in the future. I attached here a short video of my brakes. I sent a message to Balz yesterday and offered to sit down with him to try and figure out what happened here. Please do the right thing here, Balz, and let's get this figured out as two civilized Men.
