It's a small local business that will never overcharge you and will also accept to work with your own parts (including your own oil!). Best place to have a carburetor rebuilt ($200), Duane knows what he is doing! They will work on all motorcycle brands, with a preference (more experienced!) for Harleys. It was 2:15 PM, Saturday and my motorcycle had a front tire flat. When doing a Search many places were closed already or were not open on Saturday. But D & D Cycle was open and closed at 4:00 PM. Matthew replaced the front tire tube and put a patch on the hole where the nail came through to puncturing the tube. I noticed my bikes rear tire was showing the wire belts on Wednesday last week. I called several motorcycle service centers. All were challenged in have the needed tire in stock, as well as overall price for the tire and labor. I called D&D Cycle after finding them in Yelp. Looking at the positive reviews I decided to give them a try. I spoke to Duane, who was very helpful, and was able to get the needed tire sooner than anyone else. I decided on a different tire, which was not problem for D&D Cycle. I gave Duane a deposit to order the new rear tire, on Thursday. He called me on Friday afternoon, to let me know the tire arrived, and seeing if I could drop the bike off Saturday morning! I dropped the bike off Saturday morning, around 9:30am, and pickup the bike at 11am... Duane did a great job, as I have no issues with the work done and price he charged. Awesome service. Its a small shop run by one guy. He was willign o take a look at my bike without an appointment and was able to give me a reasonable time when he could work on it. THe work was done well and the price was great. It took a few days to get my bike back but his shop was plenty busy and now i know why. I discovered this shop last year while looking for a mechanic to wrench on my wife's and I Harley's. I was tired of taking it to the dealer being ripped off and having different mechanics looking at it every time I was there. I wanted the same guy working on our bikes so they would know and take some ownership in our bikes and then I found Duane at D&D Cycle. Small shop. Personalized service. Very accommodating to your schedule. Very knowledgeable and they fix it right the first time. Needed carb & other work done on my V Star 1100. I can usually wrench it myself, but no luck this time (very frustrating). Took it to Duane on short notice, expecting the worst and he was able fix and dial in the carbs within a couple days. He told me the other work (starter) wasn't needed at this time.
