    Love the cartridge kit

Major major kudos to the whole staff at Moto Forza for the service I got done on my 2019 Triumph Speed Twin this week. I called around a bunch of shops to see what it would cost to get my front forks upgraded on my bike - Myles in the parts dept did some research, called me back quickly, and gave me a GREAT low cost recommendation on a cartridge kit for $510 (Triumph SD wanted $900 for something comparable). When I came in for the service today, everyone in service from Chris to Quentin were very friendly and gave my bike a good once-over. They were careful to only recommend services I needed (specifically, a new rear tire). I ended up going ahead with the recommended rear tire install as well. I came back to pick up the bike and WOW, what a massive upgrade! The bike rides like a brand new machine. It's so planted in corners and buttery smooth on the road now compared to stock. You could tell the install job was obviously done to the highest standard. I couldn't be happier with my end to end experience and the professional job by the team at Moto Forza. 100% my go to shop for all things Triumph in the future.

I recently purchased a new bike (Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro) from Tony and the team and couldn't be happier with the the excellent service and the entire purchasing process. A no fuss test ride, zero pressure to buy, but exceptional support when I decided to go ahead with the deal a couple of weeks later. This is our second bike Moto Forza that Tony helped us with, as my wife purchased Vespa 150. And don't forget the excellent parts service from Miles and Salbeth, as well the service team who fitted me in promptly for the first service. This is how every motorcycle dealership should be run.

Service department totaled the bike I bought from their dealership

Bought my dream bike from here. The service department didn't do the valve adjustment properly which caused the motor to blow and the bike to get totaled. Moto Forza wouldn't own up to the mistake so I had to have my insurance provider send someone out to do a damage report and prove it was the service departments fault. The whole situation was a massive headache and was handled very unprofessionally. I understand that mistakes happen sometimes. If they were polite and professional about the situation I'd be writing a totally different review. I do NOT recommend doing business with these dishonest people.

    My pride and joy.

I have been a happy Ducati owner for over twenty years and Moto Forza has been my go-to bike shop. Unfortunately, medical issues have forced me off of my beloved, liter-class, sport bikes. All of my transactions with Balz have been very fair and congenial. I will never forget the excitement that I experienced when I reserved my, limited edition, Paul Smart 1000. It was still in the concept stage and I was a giddy kid, looking at pics of my grail bike. That was a monumental purchase from my friend. Recently (and reluctantly), I sold my beauty back to Balz. I also signed my 2001 ST2 over to him and asked Balz to keep anything that he could aquire for it. It had low mileage and had never been down; however, general maintenance would be more costly than its current worth. Balz insisted that he would split any funds received with me for the project bike. Balz is a person of generosity and integrity. I received a call and was informed that cash was waiting for me in the office. That call came from (always wonderful) Michelle. She has been with Moto Forza for about a dozen years. David, in charge of Service, had formerly given me the prognosis for my ST2 and actually suggested that the costs to get my bike in shape would only be warranted if I had a strong emotional attachment - what honesty! I also have nothing but positive to say about my interactions with Sibeth, Tony, and Holland. It is my opinion that you will not find a better group of intelligent, considerate, friendly, and honest professionals to meet your riding needs. Kudos to the stellar team at Moto Forza!

In a sea of difficult motorcycle dealerships, Moto Forza stood out in a very loud and positive way. I've managed dealerships for over 6 years and I would highly recommend this store. Everything was transparent, easy, educational, caring, and personalized from the start. People in parts helped me look around while my designated sales guy finished up am appointment he had. Michele in finance was super easy to work with and accommodating. Tony in sales answered all my questions about the bike. Looking forward to buying our next bike here, already planning for it

The service department is top notch. Sales/finance are friendly, quick and easy. This is the best bike shop I've been to. Reason why I go to them for all my bike needs, service, parts and sales. The Sales Manager is straight forward and finance is upfront and easy to work with.

Quentin and the service team are good, but I wouldn't buy a bike here due to the GM's lack of honesty when I've dealt with him.

I only found this out by calling them because I never received my order and it was showing transaction pending in my bank account. I paid for 2 day expedited shipping and when I asked their customer service rep to please speak to a manager, he put me on hold and said that no one was available, and he would just refund my order. I told him NOT to cancel my order, but I want a manager to contact me. There is nothing on their website that states it take 3 to 4 days to process your order for shipment and if it did, I sure would have not wasted my time to order from them and paying for the expedited shipping fee. I am still waiting for someone, a manager or someone that cares about their business to contact me. Until then, in my opinion stay clear of ordering from them unless you have a lot of time to wait!

I NEVER make reviews and it's unfortunate I have to say this because I thought we would be doing a lot of business together. Long story short, randy is VERY unprofessional. I came in for an oil leak on my 05 450R and randy had said that it was problem A and B and I said okay do what you have to do. Charged me $400. No problem if the leak is fixed. Come pick up the bike when it's done, bring it home and take it for a 5 minute ride, oil everywhere again. Immediately brought it back in and said hey still got oil he said okay it could be problem C or D and I said okay do what you have to do. He said he would pressure wash it and clean it up so he could see where the oil was coming from. He ran it back and forth in the parking lot a few times and said it's not leaking and ready to be picked up. *But never dove into the problem to see where the oil was actually coming from or why* ** where it all went south ** I called him after a week that the bike had been done (with the holidays I was busy and not able to pick up the bike) I said his phone wasn't working or something was wrong and then I asked him if he did anything to fix the problem other than pressure washing it and proceeded to call me an ***hole and completely caught me off guard. I said okay no need for that I will be by to pick up my bike today. I was not saying anything in a bad tone and even if I did there's no need to call anyone an ***hole for something that minor. I'm a business owner myself and I would NEVER call a customer names for any reason. Proceed to go pick it up and I move my bike to where my stand is at the back of my truck so I can warm it up and take it for a ride to prove that the bike is still leaking oil. And it's a LOT OF OIL. not just a little bit. He comes out hot and is cussing at my girlfriend and I and things just take off from there. Things get escalated very quickly and he's calling me names and I'm yelling that's he is being very unprofessional and if he's having a bad day to not take it out on us. I proceed to take my bike on a 5 minute ride JUST TO SHOW HIM THAT HE DIDNT FIX ANYTHING. I get back and lo and behold what do we have here? Oil. Everywhere. Hes saying that there's nothing he can do to recreate the oil pressure build up needed to actually find the oil leak. All the while we try and have a nice civil conversation and reset the situation bc maybe it did get a little out of hand at first. I'm doing my best to keep my cool and he's just being very condescending like he did NOTHING wrong. At this point he's looking at the bike and says this is your problem and said thank you for the input, but we will no longer be doing business together. He didn't like that because he started going off on me again. And I packed up my bike and left because he is too weak of a man to know when to take some constructive criticism and he wasn't worth the time to explain my side. Moral of the story I came in for an oil leak to be fixed and it was not fixed. I still have the same short $400 for a problem that really wasn't even there. Randy called me all sorts of names, saying that I don't know how to work a phone, called me a f***ing prick, called me an ***hole and many other names. This all started because Randy got offended on what I said over the phone that his phone wasn't working and I asked him if he actually fixed the problem other than pressure washing the bike. Randy could've went about the situation many different ways that many different points of the interaction. When I was explaining my side of the story he constantly interrupted me and talked over me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Attached are pics of the oil leak I still have. Randy you failed to do your job and you dropped the ball on so many levels.
