Just to be on the safe side, I decided to call the day before to verify and once again, Ron told me they were busy and asked if we could push the appointment out 2 weeks. My wife and I missed two group rides because of this lack of professionalism and the experience overall left a bad taste in our mouths. The thing that was upsetting, is that I had explained to Ron my frustration about the potential for missing these rides and he assured me that they would be able to get me in and get this thing diagnosed so that we could be on our way. I've been riding for 47 years and honestly can't remember a situation where I was just disregarded as a customer. So here I am a few weeks out after being assured that they would contact me as soon as they freed up a spot and crickets. AVOID JUST GAS TANKS (October 2025)…read more Just Gas Tanks (JGT) doesn't make gas tanks or anything as far as I can tell, they simply order and drop-ship. Well guess what, you can do that too, and it's the same or cheaper, plus legit companies actually fulfill their orders and answer correspondence. I've had two failed orders with this company and will never have another. Read and avoid your own. Too bad, because they used to be pretty good. Not sure what happened. September 29th, ordered Clarke gas tank via JGT with request for follow-up on timeline because I didn't see the "allow 2-3-weeks" until I got to the final payment screen. Whatever, I have just under 4 weeks to play with. October 10th, I still don't have an update. Calls go unanswered. Emails have gone unanswered. I don't even know if they've taken action on the order and I have a bike I can't tune for a race in a week and a half because I have no gas tank. October 10th, email Clarke directly on a Friday. Receive reply October 11th on a Saturday morning! Follow-up scheduled for Tuesday (holiday weekend). October 14th, first thing in the morning Kayla at Clarke Racing calls me. States that Just Gas Tanks has not ordered a tank from them in over 2 weeks, so my order is definitely not getting fulfilled. Promises to check on it and get back to me. Calls me back later in the day and confirms that JGT has some ordering software problem. Funny part is she found out because someone replied to her email instead of forwarding it, so they weren't even trying to talk to her. Kayla takes my order over the phone in under 5 minutes and less than an hour later I get a shipping confirmation. Tank arrives literally 2 days later. Hallelujah! October 14th, initiate dispute via Paypal. JGT goes by the following on PayPal, but they don't answer that number or email either. A07 Automotive LLC 631-222-2222 powersports-payments@a07online.com October 21st, no response to dispute via Paypal. I initiate request for refund. Should have done this to start and saved a week but I was trying to be professional October 31st, no response to refund request. Paypal refunds the money. Pretty pissed these dirtbags sat on $285 for over a month and didn't have the decency to reply to emails, calls, or requests submitted via their website. Even a "my bad, we messed up" would have preventing me writing this novel on Yelp. AVOID JUST GAS TANKS.

TWO WHEELS UP AND RUNNING (5 stars)…read more Mobile service to the rescue! I've called around and this one seemed the best and most responsive. There are simple jobs to be done for easy money but finding people willing to do it is the challenge! I am lucky Dridox provided mobile service and came to my home to take of services I need... call service ($75) battery replacement ($65 + $29 for battery) and oil change ($85) , maybe tank flush if it didn't start up after the battery replacement. This is what I get for letting my two wheels sit idle in the garage during the winter months collecting dust. I reached out, got a quote, and scheduled the service with Adriano. I had intentions to do this all myself but didn't have all the tools and would like to see it done first before taking a hand at it... also eager to ride and want these services done ASAP! Adriano arrived early/on time, charged my battery and tested it (def needed a new one), replaced my battery, hooked up my charger device (recently bought it and didn't know it's needed for maintenance), it started so I didn't need a tank flush, but went ahead with an oil change since I was overdue. I did tell Adriano I been nearby g to do this on my own so he did show me how-to and what tools and what to look for or be careful of, which I super appreciate his professionalism and expertise. My little two wheels was probably a cake walk to what he is use to servicing. Within the hour all was done. If bigger jobs need to be done such as engine rebuild - they do that too and can rack your two wheels to their shop. The business accepts credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. The motorcycle shop that usually serviced my two-wheels for years stopped providing service and only to Surrons going forward... they gain some but lost a lot of the only tailor to only a specific kind. My choices were 1) Do the services myself 2) Tow it to Fun Bike Center and get it serviced 3) Fine a mobile service to do it. With the impatience of not riding and budget considered, mobile service was best especially when watching and learning to (maybe) do it in the future yourself. For any future assistance with my two wheel maintenance, I'll be giving them a call. I highly recommend their services.
