This location gets really busy and there is not much in terms of service. We did get what we needed, but the line was extremely long and while they did have a lot of staff working they were all doing other things and unable to help. This place is horrible. The manager Macario H. Is completely rude for no reason. I ordered brakes from this place a month ago and bought the front brakes as well as the back brakes. Only reason I bought and took front breaks is because I was told that I would get the back brakes within two days. I got the runaround for the whole month. They still don't have my brakes. And refused to give me my money back. The worst part is this mans behavior towards me when they were the ones in error. If I were you I would take your business elsewhere. The man wouldn't let me get a word in and wouldn't give me the contact info to make a complaint to his boss. WORST. SERVICE. EVER. Lost a customer for life. Would give zero stars if I could. Matthew H and YUKI are HORRIBLE They were both berating a young kid part-time employee when I walked in the door, being completely disrespectful to him. Long story short - I stood up for the kid (Jeremy) and told them not to talk to him that way. They responded in an aggressive/combative, and negative way and escalated the situation. ... Then it got even better. I was then told that I needed to pay $60 to replace a battery that was STILL UNDER WARRANTY -- I asked for my original receipt back, and the store REFUSED to give it back to me or even make a decent attempt to look for it. They said I never gave them my receipt. Which was a flat-out lie. I 100% know without a shadow of a doubt that I gave them my receipt. I would bet my life on it. Those Liars. How else would I have known that the Warranty date for my Battery was 12/09/2019??? My memory is not that good lol. These people are evil/horrible/unhappy people who just hate their jobs and take it out on everyone around them. They then kicked me out of the store and refused to replace my dead battery. Leaving me stranded in the parking lot with no way to get home. HORRIBLE Think trying to reach Customer Service will help? WRONG. I spent 5 hours attempting to reach regional managers, and corporate numbers, and customer service lines, AND ALL YOU GET IS THE RUN-AROUND. You can't get ahold of anyone. It's an intentional maze and labyrinth which essentially makes it impossible for complaints to be addressed. *******Oh yeah, and when I finally got ahold of the Regional Manager: -- ---ELADIO LUIS --- HE LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME WHILE I WAS VOICING MY COMPLAINT AND MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO REACH HIM AFTERWARDS.******* Auto Zone is SO unprofessional. I, a VW owner, went to turn on my car this morning and my battery was dead. My husband and I went to Autozone to have our battery replaced. We are from out of town and figured a quick trip to Autozone before our beach day would be simple! Worst. Service. Ever. I arrived at Autozone needing a new battery because mine had died. I give the worker my car information and she looks in her computer system to see if they have any of my battery in stock. She says they have one in stock, based on their system. She begins to look around.. literally walking aimlessly around the back. There was NO organization in the store, she had no clue where the battery was. She even has her coworker help her look for the battery. I am not even sure how they organize or inventory things at this particular Autozone but it was very clear they have a very disorganized way of running their store. Other customers were watching along and laughing, because they could not believe it either. Finally, the worker comes up to me and says "Sorry, it's actually not in stock." So their system says they have one; however they couldn't find it. So I'm standing there, seeing if she will have another solution... finally I ask "Can you see if another Autozone in town has that battery?" And she says "Oh yeah we can do that." Okay?? I'm glad I'm helping you do you're job here. She finally tells me the Autozone a few miles down the road has a battery. So I ask if I can use a battery charger to have my battery charged (my car has to get jumped or the battery has to get charged for me to turn it on, because the battery died on me). She says yes, and once again begins looking everywhere for the charger.... finally after she can't find it, and after I've been seeing her look for it and not find it she says "our battery charger is actually broken right now." At this point I'm not surprised that she lied and simply just couldn't find it in the messy store. So I have to take an Uber to the other store, buy the battery, Uber back to this original store where my car is, and I ask the worker if she can install my battery. She has the audacity to say "Why didn't they install it at the Autozone you bought it at?" What?!?!? Because my car is HERE, because you couldn't find the battery, and then you couldn't find the battery charger for me to start my car! I simply said "My car is here... the battery is dead." She then calls on her coworker to install the new battery. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and HORRIBLE organization skills. Whoever is in charge of this store needs to get it together. 0/5 stars. DO NO go here for any issues. Go to O'Reilly's or another Auto Shop. This place does not care about its customers. read more

I needed to a new battery for my car tonight and Auto Zone was packed. There were only two cashiers and they did a great job of helping customers and moving the long line along smoothly. One cashier in particular I felt went above and beyond. Christian assisted me in finding the appropriate battery, as well as offered to install it for me as well. I knew he was busy, but he remained calm, with a positive attitude and used his time efficiently. He installed my battery for me, I even offered a tip which he refused politely. What a gentlemen! Customer service is great...if you can ever get to the front of the line. You will stand in line for 10 or 20 minutes while the employee at the register talks with the guy about what part he might need for his car when he has absolutely no idea... Sharing the customers screen while they watch YouTube video of some guy fixing a car trying to figure out what parts they might need. When I ask from the back of the line politely "is there anyone else available who could work the registers?" This employee says "no not at this time" while simultaneously another employee arrives from behind a wall of parts saying "hey man why didn't you tell me the line was getting long". To which that second employee proceeds to do the exact same thing with the next customer in line about what battery he needs for his car and then leaving the counter to go search for this battery while the rest of us wait in line. Finally I put the parts I wanted to buy back on the shelf and walked out. They lost a profitable sale...again...and a customer. This is just my latest bad experience here. I have always loved AutoZone stores when it comes to meeting my DIY car repair needs. I first started learning to fix small things on my own car when I was in college, and I've never found an AutoZone that has been disappointing when it comes to the assistance they're willing to offer. They use a similar computer system to other big name car parts stores, where you tell them what your car's year, make, and model and they pull up which part is appropriate for you. Unlike some stores I've been to, they've never been wrong at AutoZone (I hate having to return parts because they've been sold to me in error...or worse yet, recognizing that they've given me the wrong part in the store, and having the awkward experience of having to hand it back to them and tell them that they've given me the wrong part!). This particular AutoZone lives up to the high quality and expectations I've come to expect from the AutoZone franchise. The staff always greet you when you walk in, and they're knowledgeable about the parts they sell. Some of the more seasoned employees will even know which parts to get without even having to refer to their computer. My battery was giving me trouble, and I took it in to this store. They offered to check my battery for free (I believe this is something they do for free at all locations), and I realized I needed to replace my battery. They were able to recommend a battery that was both reasonably priced and high quality. They also took my old battery and recycled it for me. Some parts will have a surcharge when you buy them. This simply means that if you purchase a new part, they charge you a fee that you can get back by bringing in the old part to be properly disposed of. This is a great incentive to get people to bring their used vehicle parts in so they can be safely disposed of without the threat of environmental contamination. I've paid a surcharge on many parts, including batteries, but once I've changed the part out and bring in the old part along with my receipt, they've refunded that surcharge to me without question. If I had to recommend a solid, reliable, consistent DIY car parts store to anyone, it would definitely be Auto Zone! read more

I called on Saturday to order parts for my rear passenger tire, I gave them exactly the part name I needed, told them I needed 2 of each tie end rod plus adjuster, and a rear passenger control arm upper. They said it would come from LA in a day. The next day I picked up 1 tie end rod, no adjuster sleeves, a control arm. Had to drive around for the second, then was told they can't order adjusters so first guy had no clue what he was doing. I got to mechanic on 3rd day the part was for a front tire!!! I lost 3 days. I will stick to online ordering from now on, never going back except to get my 300 mistake money. read more
