After checking my vehicle, Eddie let me know that the tire on the opposite side was also in rough shape and wasn't far from having the same issue. In my mind, I already knew I simply didn't have the money during this season of life to replace a second tire. Embarrassed, I made up a reason why I couldn't do it, even though the reality was I just couldn't afford it. While I was waiting, Eddie walked over with a smile and said, "The guy just came over to me and said, 'Hey, I checked in the back and we have a semi-used tire we're going to throw on the back... for free... so you have two better tires. I just wanted to tell you first.'" After the past few days, and honestly, after the season of life I've been walking through, that simple act of kindness meant more than I can adequately put into words. It gave me hope at a time when I truly needed it. I came here specifically to leave this review because people like Eddie deserve to be recognized and celebrated. His kindness wasn't just great customer service, it was genuine leadership and compassion in action. Management, if you're reading this: get this man on the promotion track. Employees like Eddie don't just create loyal customers; they restore faith in humanity. Thank you, Eddie. I'll never forget what you did for me.

In the current economy, dealerships should appreciate customers choosing them. However, the salesperson I dealt with would not provide numbers or attempt to work out a deal, which was incredibly disappointing. Then watched for an hour while technician tried to link monitors to car. Could not be done. Brought them to Lexus to try to get them to link. $90 charge to try. Not successful. It seems that they rig it so that after market monitors can't be linked, so that you have to pay for the obscenely overpriced Lexus monitors. Lexus monitors cost $250 each. What does this nearly 400% markup get you? Do they shoot out colorful fireworks while you drive? They are freakin tire pressure monitors. I guess gives you an idea of how much they markup everything else in their service center. How do they arrive at a 400% markup? I mean, I'd bristle at 200%. Ridiculous. They can do it because my dumb ass buys their car and brings it there for service. Absolutely love the car. Hate the feeling of being a sucker every time I service the car. Will be buying a new car in the next couple years. What do you you think the odds are that it will be a Lexus? $&@#%*!

Instead, I was met with high-pressure sales tactics. They claimed the advertised online price was a "mistake," refused to hold the car with a deposit, and pressured me into buying that night. They also offered me next to nothing for my trade-in, then shooed me out without an orientation to the vehicle. I was told I had an option contract, but when I found a better financing rate, my calls were ignored. I was also pressured into buying an extended warranty, when I called Lexus corporate to cancel, I later learned the dealership hadn't submitted the required paperwork and the car was not tagged as certified pre-owned in the system. Emails and calls went unanswered for weeks until I contacted the general manager. If you buy here, make sure you secure outside financing before you walk in. They will relentlessly pressure you to finance through Lexus. The experience was so bad that I now go to Lexus Escondido for all my service instead of returning here. Edit: I forgot to include. They also charge you $2,000 for an "optional" security device which isn't a car alarm and they can't explain what it does- but it's actually not optional.

Leaving this review for the young man named Justin who surpassed all expectations I've had for car…read moresalesman. My best friend and I have visited dealerships at least 15-20 times in the last 10 years. So... naturally, we went into it expecting the corny comments, the prying, the over promising and under delivering. It's so prevalent that it's comical. They all have thought that it would be "cute" to make comments on our relationship, always assuming we are a couple. Which is just a weak way to approach a potential sale. No one wants to be best friends with their sales associate. Everyone wants someone who is genuine, honest, and a strong listener. So, we walk on the lot originally looking at Bronco's, we'd looked in the past for my best friend, and there was a group of 4-6 sales associates huddled around where we walked in. And without using the overused statements like "How's it going folks?"... Justin was in the middle of checking some information posted on a vehicle, and he acknowledged us. In a very approachable way. Did not immediately get the thought that he looked at us with dollar signs in his eyes. I get it. It's a job, and you're there to make money for yourself and the dealership, but putting that "vibe" on the back burner will only win you points. Justin asked the right questions. So much so, that after effortlessly getting the parameters to what my friend was looking for, he went outside the box. He suggested the Mach-E. Walked us over, and it was never a model that she had ever considered. Or that was on my radar. He switched the approach from "selling" to "providing options". Doing test drives with a sales associate has to be one of the most awkward experiences someone can go through, willingly. He offered to sit in the back. He casually mentioned highlights as we took to the road, and he was relaxed and friendly. I say relaxed because I don't know if I would just trust anyone who showed up to the dealership. No weird comments, no prying, just a good dude with information and a fresh and respectable approach. The finance employee was great as well. We mentioned how much we appreciated Justin. We were told that he was new. And I just hope that he keeps with it. He was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Justin - You were the reason she purchased!

Review for tire center…read more Contacted them multiple times by email, text, and phone and received no response. We were approached by them during a service by Carl. Carl advertised that they price match so we should do our tires with them. Thought it was a good deal until we brought our car in to get new tires only to find out they don't honor their price match bc they make you add on their "warranty" without choice which other tire shops don't. So you have to add the "warranty" from the other shop and coupons don't apply to get the total price. We already brought our car in at this point and didn't want to hassle bringing it another place, don't got time for that but if they answered one of our communications then we would have known that prior and ended up getting our tires at Discount tires. Even with their buy the 4th tire free, they aren't lower in price. I'd be okay with it if the service was better, but their service is also worse. Moral of story don't get tires here and I'm sure discount tires can do it much faster and they have lower alignment prices too if you need that. I've also had issues with their service center in the past but unfortunately they are the ones with appointments slots available versolus other Toyota centers.
