The menu is awesome, and honestly, their food options are priced really fair. Coffee does seem on the expensive side (two lattes for ~$20) BUT it is speciality coffee afterall. You can also see where they're roasting it, so you know it's fresh. I got the s'mores latte and my husband got a dirty chai. They obsviously use super high quality ingredients AND make syrups in house. Very unique, fresh flavors in both mine and my husbands latte. And both were SO GOOD. Espresso was pulled perfect and had great taste. Their patio is awesome, they have a little indoor space in their greenhouse as well, but we opted for outside since it was a nice morning. It's a beautiful property, and if I ever need a place to sit and work, this would be it. If we lived walking distance, this spot would be dangerous. Definitely one of the more fresh, tastier coffee spots in the city!

The bacon cheddar scone was served at room temp and did not seem fully cooked; it had sticky batter in the middle. Unless I missed an adjoining room, seating is limited to counter stools and tables for two-- both high top and low options. There's plenty of outdoor seating, though it wasn't shaded when I visited. Several people were working at computers in the morning I dropped by, and a few tables of two were talking. I think it would be a stretch to have a larger group in the space.

i came across a former employee talking about their experience working here, and honestly, some of…read morethe things they mentioned made me think twice about this business. they described concerns about employee tips allegedly not being distributed, the food allegedly not being made from scratch as advertised, issues with gnats and flies, and problems with employees receiving their pay when leaving the company. while i wasn't personally an employee here, i can't speak to these things firsthand, but i do think it's worth knowing what a former employee has said about their experience before deciding to support this business. a huge part of having a successful business is treating your employees with respect, dignity and humility.
