These outlets are fairly new and not too big.....which is a good thing. While the larger outlets are nice, you almost have to rent a hotel just to visit all of the store you like. These outlets are perfectly sized. They offer most of the popular stores people like to shop and you can probably hit your favorite ones all in a day. As far as prices go these are like any outlets - you have to hunt for the real bargains. read more

It was actually pouring rain when I stopped by here, so I didn't have too many people, but I imagine it gets pretty busy. It's right off the 5 and next to the gas stations and food. There are so many stores to choose from and they seem to have a lot of sales (H&M and Express had great ones while I was there). I visited the outlet the first week of Jan and then returned a week after. First trip I was shopping tennis shoes with my daughter. We stopped at all the big name stores Nike, Adidas, Puma, Famous Footwear, Converse, etc. Prices at Nike and Adidas were kind of high compared to other outlets. Converse had an additional 40% off over the already discounted price. The prices were so good we bought 6 pairs of recent models not the old outdated that nobody want. We stopped at Gap and they had pretty good deals on end of season items. I prefer this outlet over Camarillo because they have better prices and merchandise, parking is not a problem, not crowded, traffic on the freeway not a problem driving from Santa Clarita, a relaxing shopping experience... read more

It's a nice outlet with a lot of stores to choose from but not all the stores have outlet worth pricing the prices may be slightly lower than the regular mall stores but not by much!! It's not too busy here either so not fighting through crowds. There is plenty of seating to rest and a food court to refuel! Parking is good also! read more

This review is not for the actual outlets but for the restrooms. I haven't driven through this area in years but to have an actual bathroom that's clean is great! I no longer have to restrain from consuming any drinks on the road trip just because I don't have a restroom to use! I was surprised at how clean the restrooms were in the food court. There is a worker there always cleaning each stall. Didn't find much to buy except everything at Gap was 40-50% off. And for every $50 spent you get a $25 coupon. read more

Coming from the Bay Area I expected something like the Gilroy Outlets but this was a mix of Gilroy/Livermore. For my wife it was a success, she found a couple things at great prices and had a lot of stores she liked. For me not so much... It does make a great pit stop on a long drive (south/north) and there are some decent eats nearby (given how I use to remember Arvin). There is a lot of room to grow here for new stores but I am not sure how much traffic this location gets (when we went no one was here) read more

"Outlet" seems to be a trap to have people stop by when in fact, your local mall has better deals than here. I have passed this outlet multiple times driving to Disneyland and I finally stopped by today. I should have kept driving. I stopped by three stores and there were no sales. Most just had a clearance section that consisted of a couple racks with an additional % off sign. The bathrooms were extremely clean though. It could be that it's because it's still a "new" complex. But if you have issues with the gas station bathrooms along I5, drive up to the Tilly's side and the bathrooms are nearby. read more

This review is for the Columbia Sportswear Store came here around 8:38 p.m. Walked around for a while when I noticed this store went rushing in because I knew what I was looking for! It was 8:54 when I looked at my phone (yikes I thought) but as I walked in I was greeted by one of the cashiers (Abraham is his name) looked around and thought I may not have a chance to try things on they were getting ready to close. Got what I needed asked if I could try it on and with a big smile said "of course go ahead" he even helped me look for my size. At the end he rang me up and I bought what I needed. Great customer service at this Columbia sportswear defiantly stopping by again when visiting my family. Unlike, Gymboree the lady there had a sour look on her face didn't even greet us or asked if we needed help the whole time we were in the store she kept starring at us. Felt super awkward in there ended up buying something there but felt like they didn't care for there customers or the fact that one soul was in there it was dead. This is a great place to find the best deals on clothes, shoes, shirts, pants, and other clothing. The food court is pretty good, too.

Not really an outlet mall type of guy, but I found this one to be rather pleasant. I liked the laid back vibe, and that it's not very crowded. Decent selection of stores too. Prices were a little steep for an outlet mall. Expect retail prices for most things. We will be back at some point I'm sure. read more

Do not eat at China Max. Not many options but China Max is horrible. Had the orange chicken that was made with only oily overcooked batter. The broccoli chicken had no broccoli and the noodles were disgusting. My whole family bit into the noodles and spit it out. Horrible! read more

We recently visited Outlets at Tejon Ranch and were amazed that the shopping center is at full capacity upon its grand opening. There was a good selection of stores and the design is very nice. It is about one third the size of the Camarillo Outlets. I am a big fan of the Camarillo Outlets and this shopping center is about the same distance (at least it feels like it is heading up that dreaded Grapevine!) I did not find anything I liked on this trip but will definitely be back once the "hype" of a new shopping center wears off and the crowds die down. read more

Our first time stoping at this outlet was a success. There is a pretty good selection of stores, such as H& M ,Tilly's, Charlotte Russe, Aeropostle, Cotton On, Pac Sun,Levis, Puma, Converse and Nike. It was a pretty hot day but there was some shade in between the buildings. Overall customer service was average we were greeting warming in some store and were informed of their sale such as Nike and Levis. But no greeting in others such as Cotton on and Aeropostle. Food court was decent and restaurants in area were a wide range. Will probably go back if in area. read more

I went to the outlets during prime holiday shopping season. There's plenty of parking surrounding the outlets with the big name shops marked on the outer rim visible from the parking lots. The outlets here are structured in a large circle with the food court located in the middle. They have a good variety of different stores from higher end stores like Coach and Michael Kors as well as on the other end of the spectrum with H&M. The outside walkways have roofing to provide nice shade from the sun or if it rains, as well as big fans for ventilation for those hot summers. Big plus! The overall appearance is very nice and clean. The bathrooms are clean as well, though the stall doors are very high and don't allow much for privacy (this is for the women's bathroom). The food court area has lots of seating and space though the variety of food choices could be better. read more

It was a great experience! I was set on one particular shoe they had at the store. They did not have my size(well that I thought to believe), so ask one of the guys on the floor. His name was Sean. I express I needed a size nine and he looked all over the store. He even went to the back and look many times over. He didn't give up there he even check all the BOXES I MEAN REALLY CHECK, thinking maybe it was put in a different box. He then said he can call other stores and place an order. So off he went to do so and then I tried a size lower thinking how sometimes it depends on the shoe. It fit! I found Sean and express to him thanks for the help and I found the right size. Sales were good, 30-70% additional sale from the outlet price in many of the stores. Clean and tidy stores. Found a training outfit (pants and t-shirt) for $60. The personnel was not super friendly, and in some of the fitting rooms you were only allowed to be one, which is very inconvenient. Would still recommend if you pass by on your trip. I am reviewing The Fragrance Outlet in the Tejon Outlet Mall. I too would give them negative stars if possible. I want to warn anyone from giving this establishment any of their hard earned money: 1) Never trust a company that only has a store credit refund policy! Especially when the don't have it posted. They are interested in making sales and not customers or customer service. 2) My wife bought me Blue Home cologne for Christmas and another bottle for my sons upcoming birthday for half off. Total sale $124.14. 3) Unbeknownst to her I had it on my wish list at Amazon. Both bottles on Amazon (exactly the same size 3.4oz) $38.00 no postage and no tax. 4) When she drove back from Bakersfield to get a refund she was told they couldn't do anything until the manager got back from lunch and she would have to come back then. When she came back the manager with an attitude told her she would only give store credit and it was on her receipt. 5) My wife not happy said I'll take a gift receipt and let my husband come back and pick out a new cologne. My wife was told she would have to come back to get a gift receipt because they ran out. REALLY! If that's their policy so be it, we'll just never go back and tell everyone we know about this horrible experience and terrible company. Very easy to get to off the 5 freeway. Lots of parking spaces, but there's a few ways into this outlet mall, no designated front entrance or anything. It's basically in a big racetrack shape with a food court and one or two other restaurants with about 50 shops. They must rank up there with the nicest and cleanest restrooms I have ever seen for a shopping center! I would've liked a little more variety in the types of stores, but it's okay overall. Nice outlet for a pitstop off I5. We stopped here for some shopping on our drive back up to SF. The outlet is pet friendly if you have a dog - they just need to be leashed. Check the ground as the pavement gets super hot under the sun. There are some areas of shade under walkways. I only had time to shop at 2 stores but from my experience - all the employees at this outlet are friendly and nice. Overall a good shopping experience even with the crowds. read more

WARNING for this outlet mall. Stopped there on the way back from LA and our car got broken into. Finally was able to find mall security and inform him. They said we could call the Sheriff if we wanted to. When I spoke to the Sheriff, he said he was not surprised because the security there is bad. The closest Sheriff's office is 40 minutes away so you can imagine, it doesn't get patrolled very much. Prime area for people to break into cars and steal luggage and souvenirs from families travelling. The outlet has some nice stores but nothing special. Other outlet malls have the same stuff. Completely not worth stopping there. Upon closer inspextion, I don't even see cameras there. It doesn't seem like security is a concern for the mall owners. Stay away if you have packages/luggage in your car. read more

This review is for the Nike Factory Store at this outlet center only. While the employees here are very nice, courteous, and willing to help, the pricing system at this outlet store is ridiculous. Their "sale pricing" is based on the original price of the garment, not the outlet price. This completely defeats the purpose of shopping at an outlet or factory store. When we mentioned to the employee that this was the first time we had ever even heard of this, he mentioned that a lot of customers were getting upset about it. Of course people are getting upset!! This was my 3rd Nike Factory Store on my trip from LA to NorCal and none of the other stores had this pricing. I will NEVER return to this store unless they get with the program and do the right thing. read more

It's a rather small outlet, but it's clean & has the stores I would shop at. Most of the stores are cheaper than other outlets I have been to & they have a lower sales tax, which gives you an even better bargain. The only downfall is that it's quite a drive to get there. read more

If you're looking for a deal, these outlets aren't anything special. I don't even know why it's called an outlet or "factory store" when nothing is discounted, on sale, on clearance, overstock, or last season. Perhaps it's because these "outlets" just opened on August 7th and everything is so new that it hasn't had a chance to get marked down but it was really disappointing for a "bargain hunter" or someone that is looking for a "deal". The outlets itself don't really have that many stores either. We quickly walked in and out of all the stores we wanted to browse in and circled the whole thing within an hour. A major plus is that the family restrooms are super cute. There are two toilets side by side, a "normal" height one and another one that is slightly lower to the floor for a child. There are also two sinks with a similar setup. A "normal" height sink and another sink next to it that is lower to the floor and can be reached by a child. A very cute setup for "mommy and me" and it was spotless. Sadly that was my favorite part of the outlets. read more
