Waited for them to order my new bumper. Scheduled. Dropped off my car on 10/24(3pm). My car was ready for pick up on 11/4. Little disappointed they needed a whole 6 days just to paint & replaced a new bumper. My Ex used to work as an auto painter & he never took that long for that simple job. When I picked up my car, I saw an alert saying my "audio system unavailable". My horn & alarm wasn't working. We went back next day & they checked. They forgot to reconnect the wires to my bumper. When I picked up my car, they still had it on service mode so I had to ask someone to change it. 3 stars for friendly staff, completed work & +$3500 I didn't pay out of my own pocket. But it was a stressful 10 days w/o my car!!!!!!

It was already around 10 AM, and Google Maps showed they were closed on Saturdays. I called anyway, expecting to leave a message - but someone answered and told me to bring the car in right away. From that moment on, everything was outstanding. The store manager inspected my car, gave me a clear estimate, and an expected completion date. I was shocked (in the best way) when he said it would be ready by Tuesday. The price was also very reasonable, much lower than I had expected. Since I needed a rental car, I planned to walk to Avis in the rain, about 20 minutes away. But the young lady at the front desk stopped me and said she would ask her boss to help. A minute later, the store manager personally drove me to the rental location. The kindness truly meant a lot to me, especially because of the unusual events I had to go through that day. By the end of it, it was spendy, but they did amazing work putting the car back to original condition. The paint matched very well when they were done, and all the seams between the door, hood, and fender are all symmetrical. Kandice was awesome in reaching out to give me updates every few days on the status of the car. Diana was also very helpful in reaching out as well. At the end of it all, the car came out beautifully. A couple days after I got the car back, Diana reached out to ask how the car was driving and if I was happy with it all. I mentioned there were a couple small scratches in the clear coat of the bumper that weren't there before (which is half to be expected as they had the car for a month and there was a lot of work to do). They told me to bring it down the next morning and they buffed out the paint on the bumper in 10 minutes and were able to make the scratches nearly disappear.
