There were other cars pulling up and there was an issue with the payment system but he was unphased and got the situation straightened out. I appreciate him a bunch for his help! I bought two new tires and asked them to keep the 2 best remaining tires on the back and install the new tires on the front. What happened was they put two new tires on the front and installed the tire that could not be patched on the back along with another one of the original tires. They did not inform me they put the unrepairable tire back on. When I returned a couple of days later to inform them that they put the wrong tire back on, they did not admit anything, refused any responsibility and said the only option i had was to install yet another two new tires. No apologies nor did they claim any responsibility. The most unprofessional place I have ever been to. Incompetent service.
