There are times when the brushes are barely touching the car and the one set at the end just drags over the car, not even touching in some places. The back of the car in particular is often as dirty when it comes out as it was when it went it. This seamed to be a very good thing at the beginning, not so much anymore.

They take my money, charge my credit card but at the gate my membership is not recognized. I've gone into the office 4 times to try to resolve issue. They have one assistant manager by the name of Adam with is rude and condescending. Another assistant manager, who's name I never got, is downright RUDE! No customer service at all! I've asked for the general manager to call me but my requests been flat out refused! DON'T WASTE YOU TIME AND MONEY - DON'T GO HERE!
