She's ready to ride!
Leslie W.

The guys that work here are super nice. Even during the pandemic they met me at the door, helped me unload my bike and drag it into the store. It had been in storage for 2 years since we moved here and needed a good go over. They straightened a rim that had been damaged in the move, oiled up the chain real good and made sure the tires would hold air. Just basic stuff. $40 later I'm cruising on my cruiser around the neighborhood. I had lost the key to the security chain on it and I had to find my own tool for them to cut that off (hence 4 stars and not 5). I am having them be on the look out for an adult tricycle for me. Absolutely buying from here.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They helped load and unload the bike from my truck. Easy to work with.

Found this on Yelp because we're new to the area. Had two older bikes tuned up. Couldn't be more satisfied. Great store, people and prices.

I love this store!! Every time I come up to Cloudcroft I…read morestop here and grab something, even if it's just some stickers. They have a great selection of clothes and gear and their prices are fair. The store has a small footprint so things are tight and when it's busy it's a little crazy but they make it work. The staff is awesome, very helpful and always super nice! They also all know the area super well so don't hesitate to ask them about where to go or what to do. They carry all the major brands and some stuff I've not seen in the big stores. They should have any small items you might have forgotten before heading out for a hike or camping trip. The downtown area is pretty small so parking is limited but I usually end up finding something pretty close in front of the store. I definitely recommend stopping in if you're in the area and are an outdoorsy person.

Lady working there is rude and miserable. I expressed my concerns and she blamed my parenting and "lack of correction" for her uncalled for reaction-I immediately corrected them by the way and apologized after she unleashed her Karen on them. They say that you can tell who a person is by the way they treat kids and animals and from the look of the reviews she treats both like trash. That says a lot of the type of person who runs this place. Do yourself a favor and go to ruidoso and shop at Happy Hiker. They are so kind and have a super positive vibe there. I'll never support this rude and stuck up shop ever again. Stay clear and beware if you have curious children and apparently dogs!!!

Came in to buy a mountain bike on different occasions. Each…read morevisit, I was greeted by one of the many gentlemen working there. Through my vigorous questioning and skepticism, any employee that I spoke to have me a straightforward and honest answer. I was able to test out different frame sizes out back in the small lot behind the store. Which was nice, being able to test drive a bike before purchase. After a couple visits, I finally gave in and bought one. I bought this bike on a Monday (8/4) afternoon and popped both tires while out trailing on Wednesday (8/6) evening. I called Atom cycling at 7:50 (10 minutes before their close time) and begged if they could fix both my tires. Much to my surprise, they did. I brought my bike in and the gentleman said they could fix my bike but it wouldn't be ready until the next day. If I didn't need my bike for work I would have left it there, but instead I took the parts I needed home to fix it. As luck would have it, I did not have the proper pump for the tube I needed for both my tires. So I took my tires back in on Thursday (8/7) and asked if they could fix it for me. Not only did they explain what the problem was, but they fixed my tires in less than 8 minutes. During my visit, a young lady with her two children came in. She had a flat tire on her stroller and asked if they had a tire they could repair it with. And you know what? They did! Not only did they have the tire she needed on hand, but they said they could fix it immediately for her. I was impressed. Overall: The employees are knowledgeable and extremely nice. The store is kept clean. The customer service is incredible! I hands down recommend Atom cyclist for any bike/ tire purchase.
