I went in to get a service on my Trek Fuel. Great customer service, clean location and helpful staff. Only reason I am giving two stars is because they didn't air up my tires on the bike. Indicates to me that they either don't check or completed all maintenance on the stand and didn't test ride the bike after maintenance. I will mention that air fill is not technically listed in the maintenance package, but I assume that would be a complementary service offered. read more

Poor customer service. They are very difficult to deal with if you have an issue with a defective product. I would advise to look elsewhere.

Bike packing across country and these guys saved me. Joe was very helpful and accommodating, I had a side wall puncture and needed new tire. He not only replaced tire but did a quick overall check of bike, gave me a great piece of mind. I started in San Diego and stopped here for the tire. Don't waste your time and money. Took bike in for warranty service. they didn't touch it. just gave the name back to me as is and said all was good. Rose the bile. same issue. All they really excel at is charging. read more

Went in as a new mountain bike enthusiast and as a prospective customer on 5/3/22 at approximately 4:30pm. After lengthy research on which mountain bike to purchase, I was set on purchasing a TREK bike. I wanted to purchase one or reserve one that day. I had measured myself and it turns out I need a size SMALL Mountain Bike. When a worker that seemed to be helpful at first took a look at me and said right away I was a MEDIUM. I stood firm to my size SMALL and I explained why to the older gentleman. He was very knowledgeable and the more he helped me the more it felt like I was a CAR DEALERSHIP. It seemed he wanted to sell me what I did not want. Turns out that the TREK store had no SMALL mountain bikes in the show room, so I figured he just wanted to sell me anything from the inventory. The older gentleman finally gave in and said he had 1 SMALL mountain bike in the back still in the box. The older gentleman then showed me what he had in a PC MONITOR. I then asked for the measurements and I mentioned that I needed specific measurements. That's when he turned in to a SUPER PROFESSIONAL MOUNTAIN BIKE RIDER. The older gentleman informed me that only professional riders can tell the difference and they get to choose their sizes. And I would not be able to tell the difference because I'm a NOVICE rider. I said all wanted was to measure the bike before I purchased the bike. The older gentleman replied by saying that if I buy the bike now they would assemble it and it would be ready tomorrow. And I said to him to go ahead and assemble it and I would come back Tomorrow to measure it. The older gentleman said I would have to buy it first because he would not hold the bike for me. I replied by letting the older gentleman know that he would not have to hold it for me, to go ahead and sell it. That's it I walked out. Drove to Las Cruces and all the staff at the Las Cruces location were super nice to me and they acknowledged what I was looking for. They did not try to up sell me or sell me something I was not interested in. They earned a customer that day. read more

The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Louis, who worked hard to find a bike model that was out of stock and would not be available for months. Trek El Paso bought the bike from a Trek shop in Boston and had it shipped here for My wife's birthday. They didn't charge me anything to do this. They are well stocked with most other models. I am a busy healthcare professional and I was interested in getting my measurements via the dynamic bike fit testing because I wanted to buy a new road bike. I changed my appointment a couple of times because the shop is far from my job and I did not want to show up late. I was reassured that that I will get fitted on my last rescheduled appointment. I showed up on time for the appointment but the staff at the store had no knowledge of my appointment and the technician was not even there. It was quite a disappointment. The staff lack the communication needed amongst themselves. I am glad I did not go back there. Plus they are expensive; I got an extensive detailed testing in another place with half what Trek is asking. Bottom line: don't go to this place. read more
